Objective To explore the correlation between cytomegalovirus pneumonia (CMV-IP) and viral load in renal transplant recipients and to find out the threshold value of viral load for predicting CMV-IP. Methods The blood samples of 56 renal transplant recipients were taken weekly for the first 2 months and every 2 weeks for 2-6 months after transplantation.Real-time PCR were used to quantify the plasma CMV DNA.The mean viral loads of CMV-IP group and non-CMV-IP group in each time were compared using Wilcoxon test.Different cut-off values were tested to find the suitable values to predict the CMV-IP. Results Of the 56 recipients,8 (14.3%) developed CMV-IP.The viral loads were near zero in the first 4 weeks in both groups;from week 5 the viral load of CMV-IP group increased gradually and reached the climax at week 8 and then declined, but the load of non-CMV-IP group fluctuated at a low level.During weeks 5-11,the viral loads of CMV-IP group were higher than those of non-VMV-IP group. At 5,7 and 9 weeks, the differences of the viral loads between the 2 groups were significant (P

This article was aimed to explore the effect ofSan-Huang (SH) decoction on improving chemosensitivity of MCF-7 cells to epirubicin and inhibition of Aurora kinase A, in order to discuss its underlying mechanism. The inhibition of MCF-7 cells proliferation on breast cancer by SH decoction was determined by CCK-8 assay. RT-PCR and western blot were used to detect the Aurora A, p53 mRNA and protein expression level of MCF-7 cells by SH decoction. The siRNA silenced Aurora A of MCF-7 cells. CCK-8 assay was used to detect the inhibition of MCF-7 cells proliferation. CCK-8 assay and AnnexinV-FITC/PI staining were used to detect the inhibition rate and apoptosis rate of MCF-7 cells treated by the combination of SH decoction and epirubicin. Western blot analysis was used to detect the expression of apoptosis-related proteins. The results showed that SH decoction inhibited the proliferation of MCF-7 cells in a dose-dependent manner (P< 0.05). The effect of 48 h medication was better than 24 h (P < 0.05). There was no statistical difference with medication for 72 h (P > 0.05). SH decoction can regulate the Aurora A, p53 protein and mRNA expression of MCF-7 cells. siRNA silenced Aurora A, which downregulated the inhibition rate of MCF-7 cells by SH decoction for 50.0% (from 49.2% to 24.8%). The combination of SH decoction and epirubicin enhanced the effect of epirubicin on inhibiting the proliferation rate and apoptosis rate of MCF-7 cell, regulated the expression levels of apoptosis-related protein such as c-PARP, c-Caspase 3, Bcl-2, Bax, as well as the protein level of Aurora A. It was concluded that SH decoction can increase the chemosensitivity of MCF-7 cells to epirubicin, which may be related to the inhibition of Aurora Kinase A by SH decoction.

Objective To explore the factors associated with the quality of life (QOL) in patients after liver and kidney transplantation. Methods A multicenter cross-sectional survey was carried out in 5 Level Ⅲ Class A hospitals.153 liver transplant recipients and 301 kidney transplant recipients of outpatient clinic follow-up from March to December in 2015 were selected and investigated with a self-designed general state questionnaire, and Quality of Life Scale for Liver and Kidney Transplant Recipients which developed by our research group. Results There were significant differences in QOL total score in liver and kidney transplant recipients among groups of marital status and occupation.Divorced, unemployed and low-educated patients showed lower QOL total score than married, employed and high-educated ones (P < 0.05).As compared with non-living-related transplantation group, patients undergoing living-related transplantation presented a better status in QOL total scores (P<0.05).The QOL total score was obviously lower in patients suffering from complications and rejection than in those without occurrence of complications and rejection (P< 0.01).Postoperative time was correlated positively and significantly with QOL scores, and variances existed among different stages postoperation (P < 0.01).Multivariable regression analysis demonstrated that education, marital status, postoperative time, type of donor and chemotherapy were the factors influencing liver transplant recipients' QOL,while marital status, postoperative time, type of donor, medical care assurance, complications and rejection after operation had effect on kidney transplant recipients. Conclusion Attaching importance to QOF among liver and kidney transplant recipients, and implementing scientific and effective nursing intervention based on the characteristics of them are necessary.

OBJECTIVE:
To explore the characteristic of formant-a very important parameter in the spectrogram of three types of artistic voice (western mode; Chinese mode; Beijing opera).
METHOD:
We used MATLAB software to make the short-time Fourier transform and spectrogram analysis on the homeostasis vowel examples of the three types.
RESULT:
The western mode had different representation "singer formant" (Fs) based on the voice part; the Chinese mode's notable features were that F1, F2, F3, were continuous and the energy of them changed softly; the Beijing opera had the common representation which was a very wide formant and there was soft transition between formants and various harmonic, besides it showed a similar component like the "Fs" (two formants connected normally).
CONCLUSION
Different artistic voice showed their own characteristics of the formant parameter in the spectrogram, which had important value on the identification, objective evaluation and prediction.
