Objective To study the relationship between expression of matrix metalloproteinases-7 (MMP-7) and clinicopathological characteristics in patients with primary non-smaU cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods MMP-7 in 20 normal people and 60 advanced NSCLC patiens were detected with reverse-transcription-polymerase-chain-reaction. Gelatum image analysator analyzed the result. Results The amount of MMP-7 was less in normal people (30.000) than in NSCLC patients(41.231) significantly(P<0.05); the level of MMP-7 was no correlated with gender, age, pathology pattern, tumor size, was inverse correlation with differentiation, and was positive correlation with clinical stages(P <0.05). Conclusion The level of MMP-7 is closely correlated with tissue differentiation and clinical stages of NSCLC, which may serve as a parameter for determining tumor invasion and metastatic.

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of occupational hand-arm vibration disease (OHAVD) in Guangdong Province from 2006 to 2022. Methods The data of newly reported OHAVD cases and suspected occupational disease cases in Guangdong Province from 2006 to 2022 was collected from the Report Card of Occupational Diseases and Report Card of Suspected Occupational Diseases using Occupational Diseases and Health Hazard Factors Monitoring Information System under China Disease Prevention and Control Information System. Epidemiological characteristics of the newly reported OHAVD cases and related suspected occupational disease reports were analyzed. Results A total of 660 newly reported OHAVD cases were reported in Guangdong Province from 2006 to 2022. The number of cases showed a periodic fluctuating trend over the years. Males accounted for 98.64% of the newly reported OHAVD cases with a median age of 38 years and a median hand-transmitted vibration exposure period of 8.7 years. These cases were predominantly distributed in the Pearl River Delta region, including Zhongshan City, Dongguan City, Guangzhou City, Shenzhen City and Foshan City, accounting for 99.25%. The manufacturing enterprises had 98.79% of the cases, investment enterprises of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan merchants of China had 83.18% of the cases, and large- and medium-sized enterprises had 92.73% of the cases. The 660 cases were distributed in 440 enterprises, but there were some characteristics of group outbreaks. There were 20 enterprises (4.55% of the total number of enterprises) had more than three cases involving 219 cases (33.18%). There were five enterprises which had more than 10 cases and the cases number ranged from 12 to 56. Among 382 newly reported OHAVD cases from 2014 to 2022, 44.24% were identified as suspected occupational diseases before diagnosis, of which 59.76% (101/169) were determined by occupational health inspection institutions. Conclusion Newly reported OHAVD cases in Guangdong Province were aggregated in terms of regional distribution, industry, enterprise ownership, and enterprise scale, with a risk of group outbreaks. It is suggested to enhance the OHAVD prevention and control in male workers exposed to hand-transmitted vibrations in the Pearl River Delta's manufacturing enterprises.

Objective To explore the effect of quantitative assessment of grading nursing model on nursing quality and satisfaction of psychiatric inpatients. Methods From September to December 2016, 77 psychiatric inpatients from a class Ⅲ grade A psychiatric hospital of Guangzhou were selected as the research object. The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of hospitalization, 47 cases in the study group and 30 cases in the control group. The study group was the quantitative evaluation group, and the nurses grouped with the doctor. The medical team consisted of 2 nurses (1 nurse-in-charge or over and 1 senior nurse) and 1 doctor. The control group, that was, the traditional routine group, the doctor in charge was responsible for delivering the order, and the nursing staff was responsible for the implementation. After 6 weeks of the intervention of quantitative evaluation and classified nursing mode in psychiatric department, two groups of patients were investigated by using self-made general information questionnaire, grading nursing quality evaluation table and patient satisfaction questionnaire. Results The total average score of nursing quality of the study group was (97.61±2.19) points, the hospital satisfaction was (33.28±1.79) points, while in the control group the total average score of nursing quality was (96.48±1.37) points, the satisfaction score was (28.83±4.71) points. There was a significant difference in the score of nursing quality between the two groups (t=2.515, 5.802;P<0.05). Conclusions The preliminary results show that quantitative assessment of grading nursing model can improve nursing quality and hospitalization satisfaction of psychiatric hospitalized patients.

Objective To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on the quality of life ( QOL) of aged disabled female patients with urinary incontinence. Methods Totally 60 disabled incontinent women of Haidian district of Beijing were selected as the research object and were randomly divided into the intervention group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases). Patients in two groups received conventional nursing, and additionally patients in the intervention group received health education, home interview and telephone consultation. I-QOL scale was used to assess the QOL of patients before intervention, three months after intervention and one month after finishing the intervention. Results There were significant differences in the I-QOL score and the score of each dimension of two groups at different time before and after intervention ( P<0. 05) . There was interaction effect between groups and time ( P<0.05) . The comparison in the I-QOL score and the score of dimensions between two groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusions Disabled incontinent old women-focused nursing intervention could improve their quality of life.

Objective:
To investigate the effect of human glutathione peroxidase 4 (GPX4) on the proliferation and metastasis of renal clear cell carcinoma and its relationship with the expression of IGF-1R and COX-2.
Methods:
Culture of human normal tubular cell line HK-2 and human renal clear cell carcinoma Caki-1, A498, Caki-2, 786-o in vitro. Detection of GPX4 mRNA and protein expression in different cell lines by quantitative real-time PCR (RT-PCR) and Western blot assay. Overexpression of GPX4 cell lines, including blank carrier (Vector) and overexpress GPX4 (oeGPX4) group, and interference with GPX4 renal clear cell carcinoma cell lines, including random sequence (shControl), interference GPX4#1 (shGPX4#1) and interference GPX4#2 (shGPX4#2) group by lentiviral transfection. RT-PCR technology and Western blot were used to detect the expression of GPX4, IGF-1R and COX-2 mRNA and protein. CCK-8 assay was used to detect the relative proliferation of cells at 0, 24, 48, 72 and 96 h in each group. Transwell invasion and migration assay to detect the invasion and migration ability of cells of each group.
Results:
GPX4 is highly expressed in renal clear cell carcinoma cell lines compared to human normal tubular cell lines; The expression of GPX4, IGF-1R and COX-2 mRNA was significantly increased in oeGPX4 cells compared with Vector cells, the expression of GPX4,IGF-1R and COX-2 mRNA was significantly decreased in shGPX4#1 and shGPX4#2 compared with shControl cells; oeGPX4 cells significantly increased proliferative capacity compared to Vector cells at 72 and 96 h, the proliferation of shGPX4#1 and shGPX4#2 cells was significantly lower than that of shControl cells at 72 and 96 h; The number of invading and migrating cells of oeGPX4 cells was significantly higher than that of Vector cells, the number of invasive and migrating cells in shGPX4#1 and shGPX4#2 cells was significantly lower than that in shControl cells.
Conclusion
GPX4 is highly expressed in renal clear cell carcinoma cells, which is positively correlated with the expression of IGF-1R and COX-2, and can promote cell proliferation and metastasis in vitro.
