1.Construction of a high-level university based on all-dimensional service in the pharmaceutical ;industry

All-dimensional service in the pharmaceutical industry is a great measure to promote pharmaceutical industry development, to improve the level of pharmacy human resources, to cultivate top class innovate talents and to benefit the mankind. The key of constructing special high-level uni-versity and implementing pharmacy education well is to highlight the development trend of pharma-ceutical industry and reinforce the core competitiveness of school. Firstly, special school running con-cept of ‘not only drug, need to around drug, should be for drug’ should be established. Secondly, high-quality pharmaceutical innovate talents should be cultivated. Thirdly, pharmaceutical science re-search and technology innovation should be driven with the pharmacy preponderant subject.
3.Recent progress in direct-acting antiviral agents for chronic hepatitis C

The current standard treatment for hepatitis C virus (HCV)infection is a combination of pegylated interferon (PEG-IFN)and ribavirin.However,it remains incurable in some patients.In recent years,direct acting antiviral agents (DAAs)that target specific HCV enzymes in HCV life cycle have been developed rapidly.A combination of PEG-IFN,ribavirin,and DAAs can increase the sustained viro-logical response rate in patients with chronic hepatitis C (CHC).For patients who cannot use or tolerate interferon therapy,a combination of various DAAs has good efficacy.Therefore,DAAs bring new hope for the treatment of CHC.
4.Comparision of Relief Fund System for Adverse Drug Reactions in Japan and Taiwan Area and the En-lightenment to China

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for constructing relief fund system for adverse drug reactions(ADR)in China. METHODS:Referring to the ADR damage relief system in Japan and Taiwan area of China,comparative study was conducted from aspects of the legal basis of the fund establishment,the nature of the authority,financing sources and ratio,relief efforts,etc. And rationalization suggestions were put forward for constructing the relief fund system for ADR in China. RESULTS & CONCLU-SIONS:The ADR damage relief fund system of Japan and Taiwan area of China was established by the law. However,due to dif-ferent administrative system,financing sources and ratio,and relief efforts,there were some similarities (setting related laws, showing similarities in the partnerships between authorities and its health departments)and differences(the nature of fund authori-ties were independent administrative body in Japan,independent corporation in Taiwan area of China and so on)in the elements of the financing model. When constructing the ADR relief fund system,China should accelerate the relevant legislation;the govern-ment should reasonably arrange fund management agency,gradually establish ADR damage relief fund step by step,enhance the public awareness of ADR damage relief fund and establish diversified financing modes with enterprise-based payment.
5.Probe into and Practice in the Reform of Bilingual Teaching

Starting from the current situation and problems in bilingual teaching, this article probes into the difficulties in promoting bilingual teaching in undergraduate education and gives the view of "teacher is the base, student is the subject and teaching material is the carrier". Combining the experience of bilingual teaching in Pharmaceutical University of China, the authors give some beneficial suggestions in the policy guidance, teaching material construction, teaching performance and teachers training.
6.The Situation and Countermeasures of the Undocumented in Vitro Diagnostic Reagents Urgently Needed in Clinical.

We found that the number of institutions made use of the undocumented in vitro diagnostic reagent in the survey. The phenomenon poses some risks and problems. 7.Retrospective analysis of clinical profiles of Brucellosis

To analyze the clinical characteristics,complications and management of Brucellosis.As a retrospective review,23 patients with Brucellosis admitted into Peking University First Hospital over a 10-year period were reviewed.Most of them were middle-aged males.Common presenting clinical manifestations included high fever,sweating,arthralgia and headache.Splenomegaly was more common than hepatomegaly.There were liver injury (n =15),transient proteinuria (n =6),secondary hemophagocytic syndrome (n =2) and renal failure with infective endocarditis,pneumonia with infective endocarditis,renal abscess (n =1).Most of them were treated effectively with combination therapy.The clinical features of Brucellosis are both complicated and atypical.
8.Direct MR arthrography in the diagnosis of injury of the triangular fibrocartilage complex in the wrist

Objective To compare direct magnetic resonance(MR)arthrography with arthroscopy of the wrist for evaluation of injury in the triangular fibrocartilage complex(TFCC).Methods Fourteen cases with suspicion of injury of triangular fibrocartilage complex were performed with conventional MR and direct MR arthrography,10 cases were done by arthroscopy.In the direct MR arthrography,needle placement was obtained using clinical landmark under sterile technique and fluoroscopy,intra-articular injection was performed at the radius-scaphoid space with 5-7 ml 0.3%mixture of Gadolinium (0.1 mmol/L)and saline(0.3 ml Gd-DTPA+100 ml saline).The findings of MRI and MR arthrography were analyzed with results of arthroscopy.Resuits (1)Among 14 cases with injury of TFCC,there were ulnar tear in 5cases,radius tear in 4 cases,complete tear in 5 cases(included 2 cases with long term rheumatoid).(2)High signal intensity and isointensity signal of injury of TFCC were revealed on STIR or T2 WI and T1 WIrespectively,normal hypointensity signal of the TFCC was partially or completely absent.Contrast media at the ulnar insertion(5 cases with ulnar tear)or radius attachment of the TFCC(4 cases with radius tear)were seen in the MR arthrography with difierent extent,5 cases with complete tear showed contrast media at the both ulnar insertion and radius attachment of the TFCC.The findings of MR arthrography were well corresponded with results of arthroscopy on the lesion site,including ulnar tear in 3 cases,radius tear in 4cases and complete tear in 3 cases.(3)Among 14 cases with TFCC,8 cases had dislocation of radius-ulnar joint,6 cases had bone contusion of radius or ulnar,synovial reaction was also clearly depicted on conventional MRI and direct MR arthrography in all cases.Conclusion Compared with results of arthroscopy,direct MR arthrography can adequately reveal the injury of the triangular fibrocartilage complex,synovial reaction and edema changes are depicted on conventional MRI.

IgA nephropathy ( IgAN) , which is characterized by the presence of IgA deposits in the glomerular mesangi-um, is the most common form of primary glomerulonephritis in the world .Some studies have revealed that the expression and changes of certain factors involved in IgAN pathology lesion in urine can provide facilitate the diagnosis , assessment and prognosis of IgAN .Studies on urine biomarkers in recent years were reviewed in this paper .
