Objective To investigate the effect of sodium nitroprusside (SNP) , an exogenous NO donor, on expression of hemeoxygenase-1 (HO-1) and inducible NO synthase (iNOS) in the lung tissue in a rat model of lpopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced acute lung injury and the underlying mechanism.Methods Thirty-two Wistar rats of either sex weighing 190-210 g were randomly divided into 4 groups ( n = 8 each) : Ⅰ sham operation (S) ;Ⅱ LPS;Ⅲ hemin + LPS and Ⅳ SNP + LPS. The animals were anesthetized with intraperitoneal (IP) 7% chloralhydrate 5 ml?kg-1. LPS 750 ?g?kg-1 in 300 ?l was instilled into the lungs via trachea in group Ⅱ . In group Ⅲ hemin (a HO-1 inducer) 40 ?mol?kg-1 was injected IP 12 h before LPS. In group Ⅳ SNP 25 ?g?kg-1 + LPS 750 ?g?kg-1 in 300 ?l was instilled into the lungs via trachea. In group S normal saline 300 ?l was instilled via trachea instead of LPS. The animals were killed by (1) exsanguination from carotid artery 8h (2) after LPS instillation and lungs were removed for broncho-alveolar lavage (BAL) and detennination of protein concentration in BALF and the expression of HO-1 and iNOS protein in the lung tissue by immune-histochemical technique and HPIAS-2000 image analysis system and MDA content in lung tissue and (3) light microscopic examination (4) wet/ dry lung weight ratio.Results The 4 groups were comparable with respect to body weight and sex (M/F ratio) . Objective To develop a clinical practice satisfaction scale for the nursing interns,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods Original scale was formed on the basis of literature review and existing clinical practice satisfaction measurement tools of nursing interns.Totally 270 nursing interns of six tertiary first-class hospitals were investigated with the clinical practice satisfacfion scale of nursing intern by convenience sampling.SPSS13.0 and AMOS 17.0 were used to test the reliability and validity.Then the original scale was modified and the eventual scale was formed.Results The Cronbach's Alpha between each entries and the total scale were 0.548～0.752.The Cranbach's Alpha of total scale was 0.965and the split-half reliability of Guttman was 0.885.Five factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis and they could explain 65.307％ of the total variance.The confirmatory factor analysis revealed a good model fit of the first and second order,and the fit indices x2/df,GFI,AGFI,RMR,RMSEA,NFI,CFI,TLI were 1.176/1.095,0.893/0.900,0.856/0.864,0.034/0.033,0.026/0.019,0.918/0.924,0.987/0.993,0.983/0.991.Conclusions The clinical practice satisfaction scale of nursing intern is reliable and valid,and can be used to assess the clinical practice satisfaction of nursing intern.

Objective To explore the effects of fentanyl combined with ischemic post-processing on the pro-tein active concentration of superoside dismutase ( SOD) and the concentration of manlondialdehyde ( MDA) in rab-bits after myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury.Methods The left anterior descending coronary artery were li-gated for 30 minutes and then reperfusion for 120 minutes to establish myocardial ischemia-reperfusion model of rab-bit.32 Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into four groups by randomized block method(8 rabbits in each group):Sham-operated group(group S):seperate LAD without ligation;ischemia-reperfusion group(group I/R):re-store reperfusion directly;ischemic post conditioning group( group IPOC):restore reperfusion after ischemic post con-ditioning (filling for 30s/ischemia for 30s,three rounds);combination of fentanyl and ischemic post conditioning group( group F+IPOC):fentanyl post conditioning by ear marginal vein after ischemia 28 minutes,the dose was 5μg/kg, and after 30min,the rabbits was given ischemic post conditioning and then restored reperfusion.Then the differences in the protein active concentration of SOD and in the concentration of MDA were detected.Results The concentra-tion of MDA in the group F+IPOC were lower than that in the group IPOC[(3.52 ±0.45)mmol/mL vs (4.42 ± 0.47)mmol/mL,F =81.619,P <0.01].But the protein active concentration of SOD increased significantly [(178.38 ±20.32)U/mL vs (130.18 ±20.44)U/mL,F=59.359,P<0.01].Conclusion Fentanyl combined with ischemic post-processing can reduce the concentration of MDA and increase the protein active concentration of SOD significantly,which has the effect to decrease the myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury.

Objective To investigate the relationships of peripheral blood levels of interleukin 6 receptor (IL-6R),a disintegrin and metalloprotease with thrombospondin type 1 motifs (ADAMTS-1) and high sensitive C reactive protein (hs CRP) with Gensini score and Ambrose classification in patients with coronary heart disease,and to investigate the correlations of IL-6R,ADAMTS-1 and hsCRP levels with unstable coronary atherosclerotic plaques.Methods 328 patients undergoing coronary angiography were admitted,and 272 patients were diagnosed as coronary heart disease including 105 cases with acute myocardial infarction (AMI),126 cases with unstable angina peetoris (UA) and 41 cases with stable angina pectoris (SA).The 56 cases with no coronary artery stenosis were selected as control group.We detected the levels of IL-6R,ADAMTS 1 and hs-CRP in all patients,and then evaluated their Gensini scores by coronary angiography,and appraised the character of the plaque by Ambrose classification.Results The serum levels of IL 6R and ADAMTS-1 were higher in AMI and UA groups than in SA and normal control groups (all P＜0.05).The level of hsCRP was higher in AMI group than in UA,SA and control groups (all P＜0.05).The levels of IL-6R,ADAMTS 1 and hs-CRP were higher in complex lesion group evaluated by Ambrose classification than in simple lesion group and normal control group (all P＜0.05).ADAMTS-1 level was higher in simple lesion group than in normal control group (P＜0.05).The level of IL 6R was positively correlated with ADAMTS-1 levels (r=0.70,P＜0.05),while the serum IL-6R,ADAMTS-1 and hsCRP levels had no relationship with Gensini score in patients with coronary heart disease (all P＞ 0.05).Conclusions The IL-6R,ADAMTS-1 and hs-CRP levels can be the indexes for evaluating the plaque stability in patients with coronary heart disease,but have no relationships with the severity of coronary artery stenosis.

Objective:To observe the effects of low intensity pulsed ultrasound(LIPUS) on the osteogenic differentiation of rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs) on titanium surface.Methods:BMSCs from Wistar rat bone marrow were respectively cultured on the flat titanium surface and the large grain blast acid etched(SLA) titanium surface,and induced by mineralization medium.Then,the cells were interfered by LIPUS and a control condition.Alkaline phosphatase(ALP) were quantitative determinated after 3 and 7 d mineralization induction respectively,ALP staining were observed after 14 d induction.Alizarin red staining were observed after 21 d mineralization induction.Osteogenic related protein and gene expressions were detected after mineralization induction.Results:ALP in culture medium of LIPUS group was higher than that of the control group after 3 d and 7 d mineralization induction(P＜0.05).LIPUS group showed stronger ALP staining and alizarin staining,and more mineralized nodules than control group.The expression of osteogenic related proteins,including Runx2,BMP2,OPN in LIPUS group increased.Osteogenic related genes expression,including ALP,Runx2,BMP2,OPN,OCN and Col-1 of the LIPUS group increased.Conclusion:The osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs on the fiat titanium surface or SLA titanium surface can be promoted by LIPUS.

Objective To explore Wang Xingkuan’s rules of syndrome and treatment of chest blocking and heartache (Xiongbixintong).Methods Collection of professor Wang Xingkuan’s 267 consilia of patients with Xiongbixintong for outpatients. Chinese medicine terminology was regulated and Excelldatabase was established. Symptom, syndrome element, pathogenesis and treatment were statistically described by using Weka3.6 software, and Apriori algorithm was adopted for the main pathogenesis→treatment analysis of association rules.Results Symptoms include:chest pain, heart palpitations, shortness of breath, pale tongue (dark) red, etc. Syndrome elements include:in liver, and heart, and blood stasis, phlegm, qi stagnation, etc. The key pathogenesis is liver-heart imbalance, including stagnation of liver qi, heart and blood stasis, deficiency of heart qi-ying, disturbing heart-mind, etc. The principle of treatment is liver-heart Tongzhi, so the treatment is of“liver” with Shu gan-mu;treatment of“heart” contains freeing channels, eliminating phlegm and blood stasis, quiet the heart, replenishing qi-ying, etc. The main pathogenesis related credibility→treatment was higher than 0.50;with high reliability, the liver-heart imbalance→liver-heart Tongzhi was 0.71. Medication includes catharsis and tonic,“catharsis” to salvia, allium macrostemon, pseudo-ginseng, bupleurum, etc;“tonic” to white ginseng, ophiopogon japonicus, radix paeoniae alba, poria with hostwood, polygala tenuifolia, etc. Conclusion “Xintongzhigan, liver-heart Tongzhi, catharsis and tonic” is Wang Xingkuan’s thoughts and experience in treating Xiongbixintong.

Objective: To understand the health education demands of primary and middle school students in Guiyang. Methods: A multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling was used to conduct a questionnaire survey for 5 540 students in grades 3-9 in Guiyang. Results: The report rate of dental caries decreases with the increase of school age(P<0.05), and the reporting rate of myopia and the appearance of sexual development characteristics increases with the increase of school age(P<0.05). Proportion of middle and primary school students who could get enough sleep every day(17.6% and 22.0%) and one hour of outdoor activities every day(13.9% and 20.9%) was relatively low.The proportion of graduating students with running away from home and suicide/self-injury ideas/plans and behaviors was higher than other grades in the same school period(P<0.05).The proportion of middle school female students who have thoughts/plans of running away from home, suicidal/self-injury plans and behaviors was higher than that of male students.Students with greater academic pressure,fewer friends,and lack of communication with their parents were more likely to have thoughts/plans or behaviors of running away from home and suicide/self-harm(P<0.05). There were 4 600 students(83.3%) who expressed the demands for health education.School was the primary source of health knowledge for students,with the class meetings accounted for the most practices.Health education on healthy behaviors and lifestyles were highly expected. Conclusion The health education demands of primary and middle school students in Guiyang show age and sex specific characteristics.Health education should follow the physical and psychological development characteristics of students and adapt to the needs of students.

OBJECTIVE: The efficiency of antitumor immunity induced by dendritic cells (DCs) transfected with total RNA of laryngeal carcinoma cells was explored. METHOD: DCs, induced from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells, were transfected with total RNA of laryngeal carcinoma cells. The specific antitumor immunity of cytotoxic T Lymphocytes (CTLs) that were actived by RNA-transfected DCs were detected by MTT methods in vitro. In vivo, antitumor-specific CTLs were subcutaneously injected into the nude mice previously. After 7 days, the laryngeal carcinoma cells were seeded and the tumor occurrence rate was observed. Tumor-loaded nude mice were treated by specific CTLs once (the treated group) or twice (the retreated group). The growth of the implanted tumor was observed too. RESULT: DCs that transfected with tumor RNA can significantly active CTLs which induced antitumor-specific immune response against laryngeal carcinoma in vitro. In vivo, the tumor occurrence rate of the treatment group was predominantly reduced compared with that of the control (P < 0.01). The implanted tumor size of the treated and retreated groups were both significantly reduced (P < 0.05, P < 0.01) compared with the control too, especially the retreated ones (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION The tumor RNA loaded DCs can significantly active CTLs and the antitumor specific CTLs can both induce antitumor specific immune response against laryngeal carcinoma in vitro and inhibit the growth of the implanted tumor in vivo.

This paper reviewed the main achievements in the past 70 years infields of patriotic health campaign, water sanitation and toilet improvement in rural areas, surveillance and investigation, health standard system, sanitary engineering equipment, stove improvement etc., and then proposed several prospects in the future.
