1.The pilot study of main care-givers' empowerment measurement
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(17):38-42
Objective To check up the consistency of theoretic frame and practical data of "main care-givers,empewerment measurement" as well as its feasibility. Methods Through wide paper re-searching, the original theory "self- dependence" of China which based on the "empowerment" theory from the west was built up. Then a theoretic measurement sheet was made of which the theoretic reliability and contest reliability were both checked through multiple procedures. Finally the result was screened and puri-fied into 64 items. In this study, 120 main care- givers of in- patients over 65 years old were taken as the objects, and a pre-test with the 64-itemsheet. Results Empowerment measurement reliability was 0.89, 9 factors were all confirmed at factor analysis, cumulative contribution rate was 56.3%. Conclusions "Mea-surement of main care- givers' empewerment" is available, highly reliable and capable of application.
2.Recent and long-term effection of cesarean section on newborn infants
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2015;(14):1114-1116
Although the cesarean section has become an effective means to solve dystocia, high - risk pregnan-cy and other critical obstetrical disease, but the morbidity rate and hospitalization rate of newborn did not decreased obviously because of the continuous increasing of cesarean section rate. Contrary,in recent years, many domestic and foreign researches have found that, compared with normal vaginal delivery babies, cesarean section newborn infants have higher related disease incidence rate after birth, especially respiratory distress sydrome, transient tachypnea of newborn infants, persistent pulmonary hypertension and infection, and more attention should be paid to the fact that cesarean section children are more prone to allergic and immune system diseases as well as neuropsychiatric related diseases. Therefore, this article aims at integrating the researches and providing an overview on recent and long - term effection on newborn infants.
3.The growth hormone-insulin-like growth factor axis and colorectal cancer
Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 2004;0(06):-
The growth hormone(GH)-insulin-like growth factor(IGF)-I axis is an important modulator of growth and development. In addition to the classical role as endocrine hormones, the components also regulate a wide range of biological functions through paracrine and autocrine mechanisms.Their potent mitogenic and anti-apoptotic effects play a critical role in the regulation of rapidly renewing epithelial cell populations such as those found in the colon.Recent epidemiological evidence from acromegaly patients suggests an association between inappropriate regulation of the GH-IGF-I axis and the development of colorectal cancer. However, the molecular mechanisms and signalling pathways responsible are only beginning to be unravelled,as are the relative contributions of the endocrine and autocrine or paracrine effects.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2016;32(1):115-119
Objective:To investigate characteristics of masticatory movement path in young adults with AngleⅡ1 malocclusion.Meth-ods:1 5 youths with normal occlusion(group Ⅰ)and 1 5 with AngleⅡ1 malocclusion(group Ⅱ)were included.Mandibular movement paths of the incisal point of the incisor during unilateral-sided gum-chewing were recorded by the BioEGN mandibular kinesiography an-alyzer.Both maximal distances and directions (FH-opening/closing angles)in sagittal plane were analyzed. The statistic analyses were performed with SPSS 1 3.0 software. Results:Lateral distances of left masticatory movement path in Group I and Group II were (8.24 ±1 .48)mm and (6.58 ±2.49)mm,those of right(8.05 ±1 .05)mm and (6.42 ±2.47)mm,respectively(P <0.05).The aver-age of FH-opening/closing angle of masticatory movement path in Group I was higher than that in Group II at each level(P <0.05)ex-cept 0.5 mm point in the left masticatory movement path. Conclusion:Maximal lateral distance and FH-opening/closing angle of mas-ticatory path in young adults with AngleⅡ1 malocclusion are less than those with normal occlusion.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(04):-
Objective To find out the optimum extraction process for Weiweining pill. Methods The extraction process was studied by uniform design with the yield of extracted Paeoniflorin, n-butanol extract and ethyl acetate extract as markers. Results The optimum extraction process was adding 16 times amont of 60% alcohol, refluxing and extracting for 2 times, 65 min for each time. Conclusion This extraction process shows good stability and is available for the production of Weiweining pill.

Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(5):229-231
ObjectiveTo explore the Clinical effect of Tiotropium Bromide combined with seretide in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable period.Methods84 patients with stable COPD from March 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital outpatient respiratory department were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was treated with Seretide, the treatment group was treated withtiotropium bromide on the basis of control group.Compared the lung function, blood gas analysis, 6-minute walking distance, dyspnea score and quality of life were between the two groups after six months of treatment.ResultsFVC, FEV1and FEV1/ FVC (%) in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The score of quality of life and dyspnea in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The 6MWD in treatment group was significantly longer than that in control group (P<0.05).PaCO2 was significantly lower in the treatment group than that in the control group, but PaO2 was significantly higher than that in the control group after six months treated(P<0.05).ConclusionThe combination of tiotropium bromide and seretide in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is effective in improving pulmonary function, improving life therapy, and reducing the symptoms of dyspnea.

Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(4):407-409
Objective To study the assessment of airway inflammation in asthma patients with airway remodeling by high resolution spiral CT(HRCT).Methods Retrospective analysis on 60 cases of chronicity-persistent period asthma patients with induced sputum IL-4 test, airway mucosa biopsy,HRCT scan; while 20 patients only used HRCT scan as control group. To compare the difference of sputum IL-4,HRCT test of airway wall thickness(WT),wall area(WA)and airway wall relative area(WA%)in different degrees of asthma paitents. Results WA,WA%and WT were significantly increased in different degrees of asthma patients when compared to control group(P<0.05),there were significant difference among each group(P<0.05).WA%and WT were positively correlated with induced sputum IL-4.Conclusion HRCT can effectively evaluate the airway inflammation in airway remodeling of asthma patients, which can be used to evaluate the severity of asthma, treatment effect and follow-up observation.

Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2001;0(05):-
Objective To study diagnostic methods for early renal injury in hypertension patients. Methods Urinary microalbumin (mALB) and ? 2 microglodulin(? 2 MG) levels were measured with rate nepherometry. Total quantitative enzyme immunoassay was employed to measure urinary retinol binding protein (RBP) levels, rate for urinary N acetyl beta D glucosaminidase (NAG), and Jaffes rate for urinary creatinine (Cr). Results The levels of urinary RBP, mALB, ? 2 MG, NAG in hypertension patients were significantly higher than those in controls ( P
