Objective To evaluate the application of STIC with segmented analytical method in the diagnosis of fetal atrial septal defect. Method Review the 6600 high-risk pregnant women who accepted PHILIPS iE33 Echocardio graphy examination in our hospital , twelve cases by two-dimensional echocardiographicas atrial septal defect then using real-time STIC method to collect data and offline playback compared with sonography after birth. Results Compared with two-dimensional gray-scale ultrasonography , in the diagnosis of fetal atrial septal defect the coincidence rate of STIC with segmented analytical method was 96.5% and 96.7% respectively , no statistically difference between them (P > 0.03). However, the operating time in STIC with segmented analytical method is shorter, and with the statistically significant (P < 0.03). Conclusion Compared with gray-scale ultrasound , STIC technique combined with segmented analytical method can obtain more valuable information and improve the diagnosis coincidence rate , which is a valuable new technology.

Klebsiella pneumoniae is well known as a causative agent of both community and nosocomial infections and is generally believed to be the cause of 10% of the nosocomial infection. Recently, with the widespread using of carbapenem, the isolation of carbapenem-resistant strains has been greatly increased, which bring great dififculties and challenges in clinical treat-ment. In this article, the progresses in the mechanisms of carbapenem, resistance inKlebsiella pneumoniae such as the acquisition of carbapenemases, hyperproduction of AmpC cephalosporinases or extended spectrum beta-lactamases (ESBLs) in combination with loss of the outer membrane protein, eflfux pump system, and bioiflm were reviewed.

Objective To investigate the effect of combined prism lenses for the treatment of juvenile myopes. Methods 622 cases of juvenile myopes ranging from - 1. 0D to - 5. 0D, aging from 6 - 18ages, were divided randomly into two groups. The control group(320 cases) wear general glass and the research group(302 cases) wear combined prism lenses. The juvenile myopes of both groups were checked their vision every 6 months and data were collected at the end of the fourth 6 months and analyzed by SPSS software. Results Ther eyes of increasing diopter in research group were 38(6.3%of all eyes) ,33 eyes were less than 1. 0D and 5 eyes were more than 1. 0D among them;but 294(46.0% of all eyes) in the control,201 eyes were less than 1.0D and 93 eyes were more than 1.0D among them. There were significant differences between two groups(P＜0.01). Conclusion Combined prism lenses for juvenile myopes (lower and middle) .compared with the common glass, had good clinical effect and it was a reliable and practicable method,to wear combined prism lenses for the treatment of juvenile myopes.

Objective To establish the determination method of Codeine phosphate in Qiangli Pipa Syrup by RP-HPLC.Methods Using XDB-C18 Eclipse column (250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 ìm),acetonitrile:0.035 mol/L sodium acetate solution (glacial acetic acid to adjust pH =3.5) (25:75) as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength is 240 nm,the column temperature is 40.Results the linear range of codeine phosphate in 2.024-40.24 ìg/mL was goody =8.18 × 105x + 12.2 (r =0.999 2);the average recovery rate was 98.2％ and RSD was 1.0％ (n =6).Conclusion This method is simple,rapid,accurate,and reliable,with high sensitivity,and could be applied to determination of Qiangli Pipa Syrup codeine hydrochloride content and controlment of the drug quality.

Objective:To observe the effects of dentin proseeded with BMSCs or PDLCs incorporated with PDLCs sheets and calci-nated ceramic bovine bone(CBB)in the reconstruction of periodontal tissue.Methods:Root dentin slices were prepared and pre-seeded with BMSCs or PDLCs from beagle dog.After cultivated in osteoinduction medium(OST groups)orα-modified eagle's medi-um(MEM groups)for 3 weeks,the dentin slices observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM).Then the slices were wrapped successively with PDLCs sheets and CBB as new constructs(BMSCs or PDLCs/dentin/PDLCs sheets/CBB).The new constructs were transplanted into nude mice subcutaneously,8 week after transplantation,samples were havested and examined by HE staining.Re-sults:Enough cells and extracellular matrices were detected on the dentin slices by SEM in vitro.A little new immature cementum-like tissue without periodontal-like tissue on the surface of the new construcs was observed in OST groups.By contrast,in MEM groups,periodontal-like without immature cementum-like tissue formation was observed.Conclusion:Dentin proseeded with BMSCs or PDLCs incorporated with PDLCs sheets and CBB cultured by MEM can promote periodontal-like tissue regeneration.Cultured with osteooinduction medium can promote cementum-like tissue regeneration.

Methods Antral biopsies were taken from 46 patients with chronic gastritis and H. pylori infection before and after anti H. pylori treatment. COX 2 protein was stained by immunohistochemical method. Gastritis and H. pylori infection status were graded according to the updated. Sydney system. Results Cytoplasmic staining of COX 2 protein could be detected in epithelial cell both before and after eradication of H. pylori . AIM:To investigate the role of Herceptin in the apoptosis and drug sensitivity of endometrial canc -er Ishikawa cells .METHODS: The IC50 values of Herceptin , adriamycin ( ADR ) , cisplatin ( DDP ) and paclitaxel ( PTX) for Ishikawa cells were detected by MTT method .Ishikawa cells were treated with single drug and combined chemo-therapy for 24 h, the cell cycle and the apoptosis ratio were determined by flow cytometry .RESULTS:The IC50 values of Herceptin, ADR, DDP and PTX were 57.12 mg/L, 0.572μmol/L, 67.4μmol/L and 719.5 nmol/L, respectively.Her-ceptin significantly enhanced the cytotoxicity of the chemotherapeutic drugs , and increased apoptosis ratio statistically . CONCLUSION:Herceptin enhances the apoptosis-inducing ability of the chemotherapeutic drugs and improves the che-motherapeutic sensitivity in Ishikawa cells .

Objective:To investigate the correlation between the component contents and near-infrared spectral characteristics of sophora pieces from different habitats to confirm the near-infrared spectral features of sophora pieces. Methods: The near-infrared spectroscopy of the sophora extract was determined to confirm the characteristic absorption of principal components. Meanwhile, the content of main ingredients in sophora pieces was measured by HPLC, and the near-infrared spectral characteristics of sophora pieces from different places were compared analyzed. Results: The near-infrared spectral features of sophora pieces from different habitats showed some differences with something in common. There was a close relationship between the near-infrared spectral features and the compositions and the main ingredients. Conclusion:Combining with the near-infrared spectra of sophora extract can effectively identify the characteristics of sophora pieces from different places, which is beneficial to the establishment of a reasonable and effective near-in-frared qualitative analysis model.

Objective To investigate the effect of sevoflurane postconditioning on the renal injury induced by hind limb ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) in rats.Methods Twenty-four healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats,weighing 200-250 g,were randomly assigned into 3 groups (n =8 each):sham operation group (group S),group I/R and sevoflurane group (group Spo).Limb ischemia was induced by occlusion of bilateral hind limbs for 4 h followed by 6 h reperfusion.In group Spo,sevoflurane was inhaled for 6 h at the end-tidal concentration of 2.5 ％ before reperfusion,while pure oxygen was inhaled instead of sevoflurane in groups S and I/R.Blood samples were taken from the inferior vena cava at 6 h of reperfusion to determine the serum blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (Cr) concentrations.The rats were then sacrificed and the kidney was removed for determination of superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and contents of malondialdehyde (MDA),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) and for microscopic examination.Results The levels of BUN,Cr,MDA,TNF-α and IL-6 were significantly higher,the SOD content was significantly lower (P ＜ 0.05),and the pathological damage was severer in groups I/R and Spo than in group S.Compared with group I/R,the levels of BUN,Cr,MDA,TNF-α and IL-6 were significantly decreased,the SOD content was significantly increased (P ＜ 0.05),and the pathological damage was attenuated in group S.Conclusion Sevoflurane postconditioning can reduce the renal injury induced by hind limb I/R in rats,and the reduction of oxygen radical release and inhibition of inflammatory response may be involved in the mechanism.
