Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2014;37(10):11-14
Objective To assess segmental ventricular wall motion abnormalities in patients with coronary artery heart disease by velocity vector imaging (VVI).Methods Eight-six patients of chest pain having underwent coronary angiography were selected, and were divided into myocardial ischemia group (31 cases),myocardial infarction group(25 cases) and normal group (30 cases) according to test results. All the patients were checked with ultrasonic cardiogram in specified time.Systolic rotation angle and speed, diastolic rotation speed in the bottom and apex heart of each segment (anterior, anterior septum, posterior, lateral, inferior wall, interval) was analyzed by VVI.Results Rotary motion of the left ventricle was not consistent in different segment in myocardial infarction group, and the extent and form was different compared with that in normal group.Compared with that in normal group, bottom and apex heart angle of rotation of each segment in myocardial infarction group showed significant difference (P < 0.01 or < 0.05).The rotation angle of each segment in apex and bottom heart between myocardial ischemia group and normal group had no statistical significance (P >0.05).In bottom heart:the systolic rotation speed on anterior wall, anterior septum, posterior wall and lateral wall in myocardial infarction group was statistically lower than that in normal group (P < 0.01 or < 0.05),and the diastolic rotation speed on anterior wall, anterior septum, posterior wall, lateral wall, inferior wall was statistically lower than that in normal group (P < 0.01 or < 0.05).The systolic rotation angle between two groups was not statistically significant (P > 0.05).The diastoic rotation speed on anterior interval septum in myocardial ischemia group was statistically lower than that in normal group (P < 0.05),the systolic rotation angle and speed, diastolic rotation speed in other segment was not statistically significant compared with that in normal group (P > 0.05).In apex heart, the systolic rotation speed in anterior wall, anterior septum, posterior wall in myocardial infarction group was statistically lower than that in normal group (P < 0.01 or < 0.05),and the diastolic rotation speed in anterior wall, posterior wall, lateral wall, inferior wall was statistically lower than that in normal group (P < 0.01 or < 0.05).The diastolic rotation speed on anterior and inferior wall in myocardial ischemia group was statistically lower than that in normal group (P < 0.05),and the systolic rotation angle and speed, diastolic rotation speed in other segment was not statistically significant (P > 0.05) compared with that in normal group. Conclusion VVI technique in ultrasonic cardiogram can check out difference between myocardial ischemia and myocardial infarction incipiently.
3.The actual status and the progress of chemotherapy for adults with refractory/relapsed acute myeloid leukemia (except M3)
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2015;24(4):251-253
Although intensive chemotherapy and hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) are currently used in the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML),a large proportion of patients relapse after treatment. On the other hand,a minority of cases fail to achieve complete remission (CR) after a standard first line treatment.Leukemia relapse and refractory become the main course of treatment failure, which are also the main points and difficulties of treatment for AML.However, the most effective regimen for refractory/relapsed AML has not been established. This review focuses on the progress of the regimens and major chemotherapy for refractory/relapsed AML (except M3).

Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2015;(1):22-26
Supplementary concept records ( SCB ) can effectively supplement and expand MeSH by forming the mapping between SCB and MeSH. Chinese herbal medicine terms indentified by MeSH Browser in SCB were analyzed in aspects of their distribution, single medicine, abstracted compositions, compound prescription, classical prescription, slef-made prescription, and use frequency, which showed the supplementary concepts in relation with Chinese herbal medicine and the existed problems. Suggestions were put forward for the use of Chinese herbal medicine terms in MeSH SCB, such as promoting their standardization, and use of standard terms when scientists publish their papers and retrieve papers from databases.

Objective To investigate cytotoxicity and its mechanism of bilirubin on different types of neurons of rat in primary culture. Methods Toxic effect of bilirubin on primary cultured neurons (at cerebellar oranule hippocampal and cortical neurons) was observed. Ncuron survival was detected by fluorescei diacetate (FDA) staining. Measurement of fluorescent intensity of intracellular dilirudin were performed by microspectroflurimetry imaging system. Results Biliruin induced cytotoxicity to different type neurons in a dose-dependent manner. Exposed at 8d to different concentrations of bilirubin (4.3 ?mol/L、8.6 ?mol/L and 17.1 ?mol/L); cerebellar gtanule neuron survival werc (50.1?3.1)%,(18.5?2.3)%, (2.0?2.4)%, cortical neuron survival were (90.7?7.8)%, (85.3?5.3)%,(74.5?2.4)%, and hippocampal neuron survival were (75?6)%, (62?5)%, (49?5)% respectively. The toxic effect of bilirubin on ccrebellar granule neuron was significantly higher than that on hippocampal and cortical neurons. The fluorescent intensity of bilirubin in gra- nule, hippocampal and cortical neurons were 33.4?2.3、10.7?3.0、21.9?4.3 respectively three hours after addition of bilirubin to the medium. Significantly higher bilirubin concentration was found in granule neurons than that in hippocampal and cortical neurons (P

Objective To discuss the nursing management for patients receiving percutaneous fluoroscopy - guided gastrostomy (PFG) for the treatment of dysphagia caused by head and neck cancer. Methods A total of 15 patients with dysphagia caused by head and neck cancer received PFG. Before PFG sufficient preparation and psychological nursing care were carried out for all the 15 patients. After the operation the patients were kept under close observation for any changes in his or her clinical conditions. Proper prevention measures against complications were adopted. Results PFG procedure was successfully accomplished in all 15 patients. Postoperative complications included gastric bleeding (n = 1), stoma infection (n = 1) and proctoptosis (n = 2), and the disorders were recovered after clinical management. After PFG intravenous nutrition was no longer employed in all patients, and enteral nutrition was conducted. The quality of life was significantly improved in all patients. Conclusion PFG is technically - simple and minimally- invasive with fewer complications. This technique provides a new way to give enteral nutrition for patients with dysphagia caused by head and neck cancer. Excellent psychological nursing, sufficient preoperative preparation, comprehensive postoperative nursing care and medical advices at the time of discharge are the key points to ensure a successful PFG.

Objective To explore the impact of advanced glycation end-products ( AGEs) on matrix metalloproteinase 2 ( MMP-2) expression in cultivated INS-1 cells. Method INS-1 cells were cultivated and MMP-2 expression was analyzed. Glycated serum was prepared for incubating with INS-1 cell. Reactive oxygen species (ROS) was detected by flow cytometry. The intracelluar MMP-2 expression was analyzed by RT-PCR, realtime PCR and Western blot. The MMP-2 cDNA was expressed in cultivated INS-1 cells. Result The level of ROS treated with AGEs was significantly higher than that in the control( P<0.05 ) , and the levels of MMP-2 and its protein expressions turned out as well( P<0. 05). Conclusion The results suggest that MMP-2 was expressed in INS-1 cells. Increased MMP-2 expression in ?cells may be induced by AGEs, suggesting that MMP-2 might play an important role in oxidative stress-mediated islet injury.
