1.The actual status and the progress of chemotherapy for adults with refractory/relapsed acute myeloid leukemia (except M3)
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2015;24(4):251-253
Although intensive chemotherapy and hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) are currently used in the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML),a large proportion of patients relapse after treatment. On the other hand,a minority of cases fail to achieve complete remission (CR) after a standard first line treatment.Leukemia relapse and refractory become the main course of treatment failure, which are also the main points and difficulties of treatment for AML.However, the most effective regimen for refractory/relapsed AML has not been established. This review focuses on the progress of the regimens and major chemotherapy for refractory/relapsed AML (except M3).

Objective To investigate cytotoxicity and its mechanism of bilirubin on different types of neurons of rat in primary culture. Methods Toxic effect of bilirubin on primary cultured neurons (at cerebellar oranule hippocampal and cortical neurons) was observed. Ncuron survival was detected by fluorescei diacetate (FDA) staining. Measurement of fluorescent intensity of intracellular dilirudin were performed by microspectroflurimetry imaging system. Results Biliruin induced cytotoxicity to different type neurons in a dose-dependent manner. Exposed at 8d to different concentrations of bilirubin (4.3 ?mol/L、8.6 ?mol/L and 17.1 ?mol/L); cerebellar gtanule neuron survival werc (50.1?3.1)%,(18.5?2.3)%, (2.0?2.4)%, cortical neuron survival were (90.7?7.8)%, (85.3?5.3)%,(74.5?2.4)%, and hippocampal neuron survival were (75?6)%, (62?5)%, (49?5)% respectively. The toxic effect of bilirubin on ccrebellar granule neuron was significantly higher than that on hippocampal and cortical neurons. The fluorescent intensity of bilirubin in gra- nule, hippocampal and cortical neurons were 33.4?2.3、10.7?3.0、21.9?4.3 respectively three hours after addition of bilirubin to the medium. Significantly higher bilirubin concentration was found in granule neurons than that in hippocampal and cortical neurons (P

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2015;(1):74-78
Objective The Improved segmental arch technique can effectively intrude incisors and correct deep overbites. To research its biomechanical characteristics, we reconstruct 3D nonlinear finite element model of mandibular teeth with improved segmen-tal arch, study the biomechanical characteristics and the suitable loading force of intrusion arch. Methods Combined with the re-sults of previous research, we complete the reconstruction of 3D nonlinear finite element model of mandibular teeth with improved seg-mental arch. Then, we set loading force of intrusion arch five conditions from 0.2 N~0.6 N, calculate the movement trend and stress distribution of improved segmental arch. Results In the five conditions of improved segmental arch, lateral incisors and canines in-truded and tipped labially, first molars tipped distally and rotated. In addition, the moment the initial loading force of intrusive arch in-creased, the movement of these teeth increased. However, other teeth did not move clearly. When the initial loading force of improved segment arch was 0.5 N, it can achieve appropriate intrusion of anterior teeth. Conclusion Under an appropriate intrusive force, improved segment arch can effectively intrude incisors and control the extrusion of posterior teeth. It can be used to correct the deep overbites, especially with high mandibular planes, gummy smile or adult stage.

China Pharmacy 2017;28(26):3604-3609
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the correlation of gene polymorphism in peripheral artery disease(PAD)patients with antiplatelet efficacy of clopidogrel. METHODS:Reviewing related domestic and foreign literatures in recent years, the correlation of gene polymorphism in PAD patients with antiplatelet efficacy of clopidogrel was summarized and analyzed. RESULTS&CON-CLUSIONS:At present,a variety of genes associated with clopidogrel antiplatelet efficacy and major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE)have been identified, including cytochrome P450(CYP)2C19,adenosine three phosphate binding cassette B subfamily 1 (ABCB1),paraoxonase 1 (PON1) and adenosine diphosphate P2Y12 receptor (P2Y12),etc. CYP2C19*2,*3 allele may reduce the antiplatelet effect of clopidogrel. Their correlation has been confirmed by a number of studies, and study results are broadly con-sistent. Mutations in the ABCB1 C3435T and PON1 Q192R sites may lead to a lower response to clopidogrel and increase the risk of MACE;but there is a lack of large-scale prospective clinical studies, and the present results are inconsistent. P2Y12 gene poly-morphism in PAD patients has not been found to be significantly associated with clopidogrel efficacy.
