Objective To investigate the effect of the UU and CT in the infertility.Methods Tractus genitalis secretion of 305 infecund women and 130 normal women were tested by realtime PCR and the UU and CT were analyzed.Results The infection rat of UU,CT and UU + CT in the test group were 59.3% 、41.0% and 17.0% which were all higher than that of control group(χ2 = 89.82、44.86、19.11,all P＜0.05).However,the difference couldn't be seen between the primary infertility group and the secondary infertility group.Conclusion The women's infertility was related to the infection of the UU and CT.

Objective: During the five years period from 2006 to 2010, the Chinese government had increased the special funding for primary maternal and child health enterprise to analyze the total amount and constitution of the special funding respectively. Methods: From the perspective of special funding investment in the eastern, central and western regions with different levels of economic development, to perform the comparative analysis. Results and Conclusion:The government’s overall investment on maternal and child special funds is in increasing trend, the average per capita amount of special funds invested in west region is higher than the eastern and central region; in the aspect of investment constitution , the central government special funds for women and children is the main source, which accounts for more than 85% of total investment, the reducing and eliminating items in eastern and western regions and the inpatient childbirth subsidy items constitute the major component of special funding for primary maternal and child health in corresponding region. Based on the analysis of investment on the condition of primary maternal and child health , policy recommendations for further development of the cause of women and children are provided.

Objective To explore the clinical feature and therapeutic strategy for children with thrombotic microangiopathy (TMA). Methods The clinical manifestation, auxiliary examination and treatment of 24 cases of children with TMA was analyzed retrospectively. Hemolysis urine toxin syndrome (HUS)occurred in 22 cases, and thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) occurred 2 cases. Results Sixteen cases was onset from May to July,and 8 cases was onset from September to November. Typical HUS (D+HUS) was 8 cases, and atypical HUS (D-HUS) was 14 cases. In 22 HUS children, 18 cases were given hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis treatment. The illness were significantly improved, and the platelet count and renal function fully recovered normal. But 1 case appeared neurological symptoms such as headache, facial paralysis on one side, gastrointestinal bleeding, and fever, after getting better. Eventually the patient died of disseminated intravascular coagulation. Two cases of TTP were given plasma exchange , anti-infection, large dose of methylprednisolone and anti- platelet aggregation treatment . After treatment, the level of hemoglobin and blood platelets returned normal and consciousness was recuperated. Conclusions HUS and TTP are similar in pathogenesis and clinical manifestation,and it is necessary to be differentiated. Early diagnosis and proper treatment is the key to save the life of children with TMA. As soon as the diagnosis is clear, hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis treatment should be given to HUS, and plasma exchange to TTP,to quickly control the condition and improve the clinical symptoms.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of serum cystatin C (CysC) and cognitive function in patients with acute cerebral lacunar infarction caused by small vessel disease . Methods One hundred twen-ty-three patients with acute cerebral lacunar infarction were divided into 3 groups according to serum cystatin C level. Patients were further divided into normal group (n=64), vascular mild cognitive impairment (VaMCI) group(n=36),and vascular dementia( VaD) group (n=23). The CysC, estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR), serum creatinine (Scr), TC, TG, HDL, LDL, fast glucose, HbA1C, NIHSS, MMSE, ADAS-cog score were compared between the 3 groups. Multivari-able logistic regression analysis was used to examine the association of serum CysC with cognitive function. Results Sub-jects with higher CysC levels tended to have lower MMSE score(21.98 ± 6.08 vs. 25.02 ± 4.69 vs. 25.10 ± 3.95 )and higher ADAS-cog score(17.73±14.23 vs. 12.51±10.39 vs. 10.67±7.53). The higher CysC was, the higher SCr and lower eGFR were. Subjects with severer cognition impairment tended to have higher CysC(0.93 ± 0.21 vs. 1.10 ± 0.45 vs. 1.34 ± 0.58). Multivariable logistic regression showed the regression coefficient was 7.06(P<0.05). Conclusion Elevated Serum CysC is one of the risk factors of cognitive dysfunction and associated with the severity in patients with small vessel disease-re-lated acute lacunar cerebral infarction.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of cutaneous scraping and cupping therapy for the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods Eighty patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands were randomized into test group(42 cases) and control group(38 cases). Both groups were given conventional basic treatment including psychological counseling and oral use of Chinese patent medicine, and the test group additionally received cutaneous scraping and cupping therapy on acupoints of Xuanji(CV21), Danzho ng (CV17), Jianjing(GB21), Kufang(ST14) , Tianzhong(SI11), Dazhui(GV14), and Ashi(focus of mammary mass and pain). The scores of pain visual analog scale(VAS) and World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale Brief Version(WHOQOL-BREF) were observed, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated. Results (1) The total effective rate of the test group was 88.10%, and that of the control group was 65.79%, the inter-group difference being statistically significant (P<0.01). (2) After treatment, VAS scores of the test group were decreased obviously(P<0.01), and the control group showed a decreasing trend(P>0.05). Test group had better effect on improving VAS scores than the control group(P<0.05).(3) After treatment , the scores in physiological dimension of WHOQOL-BREF were much increased(P<0.05), and the changes in the scores of other dimensions were not obvious(P>0.05). The control group showed no obvious changes in the scores of each dimension of WHOQOL-BREF before and after treatment(P>0.05). The inter-group comparison showed that the test group had better effect on improving the scores in physiological dimension of WHOQOL-BREF (P<0 . 05). Conclusion Cutaneous scraping and cupping therapy is effective on relieving pain and improving QOL of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands.

AIM: To evaluate the long-term clinical efficacy of supplementary Danshen Tablet therapy in ischemic cardiomyopathy patients with heart failure. METHODS: 100 ischemic cardiomyopathy patients with heart fai-lure were randomly assigned into two groups,Danshen group(50 patients) and conventional therapy group(50 patients).The patients in Danshen group were administrated Danshen Tablet(three tablets a time,three times a day) plus conventional therapy for one year.NYHA functional class,6 min walking-distance,echocardiographic indices,major-adverse-cardiovascular-events(MACE) and mortality were evaluated before and after 1 year therapy.(RESULTS):(After) 1 year therapy,the improvements of NYHA functional class and 6 min walking-distance were more significantly effective in Danshen group than those in conventional group(P

Objective:To investigate the quality of Herba Leonuri Preparations sold in market. Methods: The alkaloid content in preparations was determined according to the determination method in China Pharmacopoeia (1995). Results: There were significant differences among Herba Leonuri Preparations from different pharmaceutical factories, place of origin and batches. Conclusions: It is suggested that the determination item of stachydrine hydrochloride be added.

Background and purpose: Primary study showed that clusterin was associated with tumorigenicity. The goal of the study is to investigate the role of secretory clusterin in non-small cell lung cancer cell A549/H460. Methods: The lung cancer cell A549/H460 was treated with purified secretory clusterin, the Boyden Chamber migration assay was used to detected the migration of the lung cancer cell;the CCK8 assay was used to detected the growth of the cells;microRNA expression spectrum in H460 treated with secretory clusterin was analyzed, after that, we used the real-time florescence quantification detected the expression of microRNA in H460, and the biological function of microRNA molecular mechanisms of secretory clusterin was analyzed. Results: Secretory clusterin promoted the migration in A549/H460 (P<0.000 1);Secretory clusterin inhibited the growth in H460/A549 (P<0.000 1);MicroRNA-302b-3p, microRNA-23a-5p and microRNA-101-5p was overexpressed in H460 when treated with secretory clusterin. Conclusion:Secretory clusterin could promote the migration and inhibit the growth of lung cancer cell;It could change the microRNA expression spectrum as well. Our studies revealed that secretory clusterin could be used as a tool for further study, and it is a potential target in the treatment of lung cancer.

Objective To explore the safety and feasibility of controlled hypotension with urapidil and nitroglycerin esmolol-three drugs combination in endoscopic surgery. Methods Forty patients who were received endoscopic surgeries were randomly divided into two groups, 20 cases in each group, urapidil-esmolol-nitroglycerin controlled hypotension group (A group) and non controlled hypotension group (B group). Systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), mean arterial pressure (MAP), and heart rate (HR) were recorded at the following points: before anesthesia (basal, T1), immediate before surgery (T2), 30 minutes after the start of surgery (T3), end of the operation (T4), 10 minutes after the end of surgery (T5). We recorded blood loss, operative time, transfusion volume, urine. At last the parameters were compared between the two groups. Results The difference of SBP, DBP, MAP at the points of T2, T3, T4 in the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05) comparing with the control group (group B). The vital signs of patients during anesthesia in A group had more stable than that of the B group , and the operation time of the A group was significantly shorter than that of the B group. Meanwhile, the blood loss in A group was significantly decreased(P < 0.05). Conclusion It has synergistic antihypertensive effect, and can reduce both side effects and the risk of anesthesia and surgery for us to use urapidil-esmolol-nitroglycerin three antihypertensive drugs in combination. It is a safe and reliable method for clinical application.

OBJECTIVE:To study the protective effects of Xingnaojing(XNJ)and Ligustrazine(Lig)on rat's cortical neu_ rons of primary culture.METHODS:The effects of XNJ and Lig in counteracting the excitotoxicity of glutamic acid(10?l/L,3h)in rat's cortical neurons of primary culture were observed.RESULTS:Both XNJ and Lig could decrease the release of LDH from cells into culture medium and reduce the changes in cell morphology.CONCLUSION:XNJ or Lig can protect cultured cortical neurons from excitotoxicity of glutamic acid and more obvious effect can be initiated through combined use of them.
