Objective To study the effect of hospital disposal manners after workplace violence in hos-pital on organizational commitment and turnover intention among the head nurses. Methods Self-made questionnaire about workplace violence in hospital and general condition, organizational commitment question-naire and turnover intention questionnaire were conducted in 122 head nurses who had suffered hospital vio-lence in recent years from all level hospitals of Fujian province. Results The scores of affective commitment and normative commitment of organizational commitment and turnover intention showed significant difference be-tween the groups who suffered positive disposal and who suffered negative interference by the hospital after the violence events (P<0.05), but aggregate score of organizational commitment and the scores of continuance commitment showed no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Hospital disposal manners af-ter the hospital violence and hospital grade were influence factors on turnover intention among the head nurses.Hospital grade was also an influence factor on organizational commitment among the head nurses. Conclu-sions Hospital positive disposal means after the hospital violence on head nurse help to ameliorate organiza-tional commitment and reduce turnover intention among the head nurses.

Objective To investigate the way of gene therapy on congestive heart failure and other heart diseases. Methods Recombinant adeno associated viruses (AAV) encoding the human ? 2 adrenergic receptor(AR) and enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) were constructed and the ? 2 AR and EGFP cDNA were transfected in vitro to the neonate rat ventricular myocytes. The expression of ? 2 AR and EGFP on cultured neonate rat ventricular myocytes and the ability of ? 2 AR to potentiate the beta adrenergic signaling were assessed. Results The presence of human ? 2 AR mRNA was demonstrated by Northern blot, the expression of the ? 2 AR gene was demonstrated by Westernimmuno blot. The density of ? AR in the myocytes was greater than that in the control 〔(204.0 ? 6.4) fmol/mg protein vs (76.0 ? 2.8) fmol/mg protein〕 according to a ligand binding assay. Human ? 2 AR gene significantly increased isoproterenol stimulated cAMP as compared with the control〔(116.2?5.8) pmol/10 6 cell vs (58.4 ? 4.6) pmol/10 6 cell〕. EGFP was also expressed in the transfected cardiomyocytes. Conclusions Human ? 2 AR gene could be transfected into cardiomyocytes by AAV vector and could potentiate the beta adrenergic signaling.

Objective In this retrospective study, we analyzed the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)and computed tomography(CT)scans of patients with prostate cancer to investigate the relationship between the apex of prostate and the anatomic structures visible in CT, and to provide evidence for localizing the prostatic apex in radiation treatment planning. Methods MRI and CT scans from 108 patients with prostate cancer were analyzed to measure the distance between the prostatic apex and the bottom of ischial tuberosities, the bottom of obturator foramen, the bottom of pubic symphysis and the bulb of the penis. The volume of prostate was calculated and the relationship between the size of the prostate and the localization of the prostatic apex was analyzed. Results The prostatic apex is located 13. 1 mm ±3. 3 mm superior to the bulb of the penis, 11.0 mm ± 5.4 mm superior to the bottom of obturator foramen, 31.3 mm ± 5.5 mm superior to the bottom of ischial tuberosities, and 7. 1 mm ± 4. 7 mm superior to the bottom of obturator foramen. There was no correlation between the size of prostate and the localization of the prostatic apex(R =0. 07、-0. 33, all P > 0. 05). Conclusions Ninety-five percent of patients had a prostatic apex that is above the bulb of the penis 6 mm, and 100% of patients had a prostatic apex that is above the bottom of obturator foramen.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate therapeutic efficacy and safety of levamlodipine and telmisartan combined with hydro-chlorothiazide in the treatment of anti-dipper hypertension. METHODS:Totally 150 patients with anti-dipper hypertension were ran-domly divided into group A,B,C,with 50 cases in each group. Group A was given Telmisartan tablet 40 mg+Hydrochlorothiazide tablet 10 mg,once a day,in the morning. Group B was given Levamlodipine tablet 5 mg,once a day,in the night. Group C was given Telmisartan tablet(usage and dosage same as group A)+Hydrochlorothiazide tablet(usage and dosage same as group A)+Le-vamlodipine tablet(usage and dosage same as group B). Treatment courses of 3 groups lasted for 8 weeks. The changes of electro-lyte and 24 h ambulatory blood pressure were observed and compared among 3 groups before and after treatment. The incidence of adverse reactions was recorded. RESULTS:There was no statistical significance in the electrolyte indexes in 3 groups before and af-ter treatment(P>0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistical significance in 24 h blood pressure among 3 groups(P>0.05). Af-ter treatment, the 24 h blood pressure of the patients in the 3 groups after treatment was lower than before treatment, and group C was lower than that of the group A and group B(P<0.05). After treatment, the rate of anti-dipper rhythm reversal in group C was significantly higher than group A and B,with statistical significance(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the inci-dence of ADR among 3 groups(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Levamlodipine and telmisartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide show good therapeutic efficacy for anti-dipper hypertension, and can reduce 24 h blood pressure and effectively reverse anti-dipper rhythm with good safety.
