1.Study on p53 codon 72 polymorphism in patients with breast cancer
Cancer Research and Clinic 2011;23(9):646-648
Breast cancer is the most frequent malignant tumors in women,The p53 gene is found to be one of the most closely associated tumor-suppressor genes in human malignant tumors. Some studies have shown an association between polymorphisms at the forth exon (codon 72) and human malignancies recently. At present, the domestic investigations concerned the p53 polymorphisms mainly in lung cancer, uterocervical cancer, esophagus cancer, ovarian cancers, but the studies in breast cancer are rare in domestic. The correlation between the genotypes of p53 codon 72 polymorphism and breast cancer were reported.
2.More attention should be paid to metabolic disorders in polycystic ovary syndrome
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2010;26(5):349-350
The prevalence of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) in fertile aged women is about 6%. Many studies show that insulin resistance in PCOS is closely associated with metabolic disorders, which may even potentially increases the risk for cardiovascular diseases. Therefore, metabolic disorders in PCOS should be controlled more actively.
3.Research of the correlation between infertility and the infection of the UU and CT
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(21):2887-2888
Objective To investigate the effect of the UU and CT in the infertility. Methods Tractus genitalis secretion of 305 infecund women and 130 normal women were tested by realtime PCR and the UU and CT were analyzed. Results The infection rat of UU,CT and UU + CT in the test group were 59.3% 、41.0% and 17.0% which were all higher than that of control group(χ2 = 89.82、44.86、19.11,all P<0.05).However,the difference couldn't be seen between the primary infertility group and the secondary infertility group. Conclusion The women's infertility was related to the infection of the UU and CT.
4.Investigation of the role of health education in hypertension treatment
Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
The author has done a clinical trial of health education project in 53 cases of mild or moderate hypertension patients aged 35-75 years. He investigates and compares the differences of patients' awareness of the disease, compliance of doctor's advice, control of blood pressure before and after the implementation of health education, then discusses the role of health education in hypertension treatment and puts forward several medical ethical issues existed in the treatment of hypertension.
5.On the Psychological Adaptation of Medical Freshmen
Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
As the particular "post-1990's generation's" entry to college, the psychological adaptation of medical freshmen is drawing more and more attention from each corner of colleges and the general public. This paper analyzes current issues in the psychological adaptation of medical freshmen and comes up with corresponding countermeasures,so as to improve the psychological quality and adaptability for medical freshmen.
6.ANATOMICAL STUDY OF PUNCTURE SITE OF THE BRACHIAL ARTERY OR RADIAL ARTERY AND CLINICAL PRACTICE
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1982;0(01):-
Upper extremities of thirty-two dead adults, after perfusing the arteries with red latex respectively, were dissected, observed, and measured to increase the accuracy and safety of the puncture of the brachial artery or radial artery. The brachial arteries and veins, radial arteries and veins, nerves surrounding these vessels, and aponeurosis of musculi biceps brachii were thoroughly observed .The method of locating the arteries on the body surface and the direction of puncturing the arteries were established.Suitable punctured parts should be selected according to the different conditions of patients.
7.Correlation study of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 with hemorrheology in male patients with diabetic cerebral infarction
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;(12):1583-1584,1587
Objective To investigate the correlation of matrix metallopeptidase-9 (MMP-9 )and tissue inhibitor of metalloprotei-nase-1(TIMP-1)with hemorrheology in male patients with diabetic cerebral infarction. Methods 56 patients with type 2 diabetic cerebral infarction(group A),49 cases with non-diabetic cerebral infarction(group B),and 40 cases of community healthy men (group C)were enrolled in the study. The serum levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 and hemorrheology indexes were detected. Results The levels of MMP-9 and MMP-9/TIMP-1 in group A were significantly higher than those in group B and C(P<0.05),however, TIMP-1 level in group A was significantly lower than that of group C(P<0.05).The levels of MMP-9 and MMP-9/TIMP-1 in group B existed significant increasing, compared with group C(P<0.05).The levels of high shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, and platelet aggregation index in group A were significantly higher than those in group B and C(P<0.05).While the levels of low shear viscosity, plasma specific viscosity, and platelet aggregation index showed significant differences between group B and C(P<0.05). MMP-9 positively correlated with high shear viscosity, plasma specific viscosity, and platelet aggregation index(P<0.05).TIMP-1 negatively correlated with high shear viscosity and plasma ratio viscosity(P<0.05).And MMP-9/TIMP-1 showed significant cor-relation with high shear viscosity, low shear viscosity, plasma specific viscosity, and platelet aggregation index(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with diabetic cerebral infarction,MMP-9,TIMP-1 and their ratio show some correlation with hemorrheology indexes. Detecting these indexes would be helpful for the diagnosis of diabetic cerebral infarction.
8.Viewing at use of glucagon-like peptide-1 in treatment of type 2 diabetes based on the secretion characters of incretins
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2011;27(4):后插1-后插4
Recently, in the field of pathogenesis and treatment of type 2 diabetes, incretin is a major breakthrough. Based on the knowledge about physiological mechanism, pathological characters, and clinical application, this review article summarized the mechanism of nutrients ( glucose, fat, and protein) mediated incretin secretion, the impairment of incretin secretion and action in type 2 diabetes and glucagon-like peptide-1 's use in type 2 diabetic patients.
9.Long term outcome of bronchial asthma in children and its influencing factors
International Journal of Pediatrics 2017;44(6):372-378
The prevalence of bronchial asthma in children is rising year by year, but the control rate is less than one thirds.Case control studies and cohort studies have showed that childhood asthma may persist among teenagers and even the elderly,at the same time, the damage of pulmonary function also starts early in life and continue to exist.Prompt diagnosis and intervention of individualized drug treatment control, specific immunotherapy and follow-up management, regular monitoring of pulmonary function damage and improvement of adverse enviromnental factors, may help to improve the long-term outcome of asthma in children.
10.The Challenges and Countermeasures on Modern Females Participation in Higher Education
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(02):-
In modern society, the females have made great progress in participating in higher education, but they are still faced withrigorous challenges, which are from their own ideas, the traditional social custom, the country's relative policies and stipulation and thesmall environments of colleges and universities of higher learning. Colleges and universities of higher learning are responsible for theimportant task of cultivating the high quality female talents. The sustainable development of high quality female talents is especiallyimportant. So, some countermeasure suggestions given in the article are expected to be attached importance to by decision-makingdepartments.
