Initiated by the Library of Congress, BIBFRAME provides a foundation for the future of bibliographic description, both on the web, and in the broader networked world.The BIBFRAME metamodel is designed to be lightweight, flexible and able to accommodate the declarative needs of both existing ( RDA, DACS, VRA, etc..) and yet-to-be-developed community vocabularies .In addition to being a replacement for MARC, BIBFRAME serves as a general model for expressing and connecting bibliographic data .After the background of BIBFRAME was described , its structure , attribute and contents were analyzed , its 3 basic elements , namely attribute , unique-ness and relevance , were pointed out , and its model and vocabulary were discussed .

Objective To explore the difference of social support,self-esteem and marital quality between urban and rural areas and discuss the impact on each other.Methods Chinese marital quality questionnaire,selfesteem scale (SES) and social support rating scale were used to test 386 urban and rural married residents.Results ①The results of descriptive statistics showed that marriage quality,social support and self-esteem of urban and rural residents were (318.46±37.41),(42.44±5.84) and (30.65 ± 3.95) respectively.②There was no significant difference among social support,self-esteem and marital quality in different gender(t =0.41,-0.16,0.03,P＞ 0.05),but had significant difference between urban and rural areas(t=2.83,3.91,5.24,P＜0.01).There were significant differences between social support and marital quality in different age structures(t=5.22,3.85,P＜0.05).There were significant differences between social support and self-esteem in different educational level (t =3.48,4.16,P＜0.01).③Social support,subjective support,objective support and marital quality had positive correlation (r=0.114～0.394,P＜0.05).The degree and character compatibility,communication between couples,resolve conflicts are positively related to support (r=0.308～ 0.476,P＜0.01).④Stepwise multiple regression analysis and structural equation modeling analysis showed that self-esteem played partial intermediary role between social support and marital quality(37.7％),which could explain 26.8％ of marital quality.The social suptort and self-esteem could better predict marital quality.Conclusion The higher social support and self-esteem are,the higher marital quality is.Social support can directly affect the marital quality and indirectly affect marital quality through self-esteem.

Objective To investigate the value of pathological examination in the diag-nosis of lethal cases due to acute poisoning.Methods The macroscopic and microscopic find-ings in 28 autopsy cases (10 cases of toxic gas,7 cases of pesticide,6 cases of drug,3 cases of alcohol and 2 cases of chinese herbal medicine) died of acute poisoning during the period from October,2001 to June,2012 were retrospectively reviewed.Results Gross Changes were found on gross examination in 22 of the 28 cases studied.Of them,7 cases died of acute carbon mono-xide poisoning had showed cherry red of Shiban,muscle,visceral organs and blood.In addition,11 and 8 cases had been found gastric mucosa hemorrhage and epicardium petechial hemorrhage respectively.Histologically,myocardial interstitial hemorrhage was observed in 9 cases,pulmonary hemorrhage in 18 cases,bronchospasm in 12 cases,cerebral hemorrhage in 4 cases,hepato-cyte necrosis in 11 cases,renal tubular necrosis in 7 cases and gastric mucosa hemorrhage in 11 cases.In 6 cases of oral pesticides poisoning,besides they had all gastric mucosa hemorrhage,the change of character of gastric contents was found in 3 cases and pesticide odor from stomach in 3 cases.In addition,acute inflammatory and necrosis of gastric wall in 6 cases of oral pesticides poisoning were observed under the light microscope.Drug addicts often suffered from chronic lesions in multiple organs,such as chronic liver disease,fatty infiltration of the myocardium with myocardial atrophy,interstitial lung disease and pulmonary foreign body granuloma.Conclusions Pathology examination is helpful in the diagnosis of some lethal cases due to acute ooisoning,and it can provide pathological basis to study on treatment of acute poisoning.

Objective To prepare gensenosides microbore osmotic pump tablet, and to investigate releasing in vitro. Methods We prepared gensenosides microbore osmotic pump tablet to investigate the release in vitro by cumulative release rate in different time. Results We prepared gensenosides microbore osmotic pump tablet successfully and investigated releasing in vitro and drew the release curve. Conclusion The release of gensenosides microbore osmotic pump tablet in vitro consists with zero order release rule. It can chalk the effect in ten hours.

Objective To investigate the internal fixation for distal humeral fractures and its outcome .Methods A total of 74 patients with distal humeral fractures were performed surgical operation between Jan 2006 and Jun 2009 .According to AO/ASIF classification ,the factures were classified as type A (n=26) ,B(n=34)and C(n=14) .Internal fixation was applied to the patients , who did functional exercises after operation ,on the basis of classification .The healing of the fractures and the function the joints was examined via follow-up and X-ray films 1 ,3 and 6 months after operation .Results According to the Jupiter elbow score ,40 ca-ses were excellent ,22 cases were good ,12 cases were fair and 0 case was poor ,and the good rate was 83% .Conclusion Internal fix-ation with double plate ,is an effective therapeutic approach to distal humeral fractures in adults .Influencing factors of the efficacy include severity of the initial trauma ,operative scheme ,and post-operation functional recover .

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of EBV-encoded latent membrane protein 2A (LMP2A) and epithelial-mesenchymal transformation(EMT) associated markers (E-cadherin and fibronectin) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and its clinical significance. METHOD: The expression of LMP2A, E-cad-herin and fibronectin proteins in 32 cases of chronic nasopharyngeal inflammation, 56 cases of NPC and 18 cases of NPC lymph node metastasis were examined byimmunohistochemical SP method. RESULT: (1)The positive rates of LMP2A in NPC and its lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those of chronic nasopharyngeal inflammation (89. 3%vs 37. 5%o and 77. 8% vs 37. 5%) respectively (both P<0. 01); The normal expression rates of E-cadherin in NPC and its lymph node metastasis were significantly lower than those of chronic nasopharyngeal inflammation (33. 9% vs 90. 6% and 5. 6% vs 90. 6%) respectively (both P<0. 01); The positive rates of fibronectin in NPC and its lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those of chronic nasopharyngeal inflammation (83. 9% vs 28. 1% and 72. 2% vs 28. 1%) respectively (both P<0. 01). (2) ZLMP2A expression were negatively correlated with normal expression of E-cadherin (r= -0. 387, P<0. 01), and were positively correlated with fibronectin (r= 0. 421, P<0. 01). (3)LMP2A, E-cadherin and fibronectin expression were significantly correlated with N stage and clinical stage (both P<0. 05), but the three proteins were not significantly correlated with M stage (both P> 0. 05). In addition, LMP2A and E-cadherin expression were significantly correlated with T stage (both P<0. 01). CONCLUSION LMP2A and fibronectin expressions were increased in NPC, but normal expression of E-cadherin were decreased. LMP2A may promote lymph node metastasis and malignant progression of NPC by induce EMT through downregulation of E-cadherin and upregulation of fibronectin.

Objective To investigate the charateristics and prognostic value of computed tomography (CT) of retropharyngeal lymphadenopathy (RLN) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).Methods From 1991 to 2006, CT images were analyzed for 588 patients with histologically proven NPC treated with radiation therapy in our hospital.The survival rate was evaluated by Kaplan-Meier method.Results RLN metastases were presented in 392 patients, with unilateral side in 254 patients and bilateral sides in 138 patients.The 5-year distant metastasis-free survival (DMFS) rate of patients with and without RLN metastasis was 66.6% and78.6%(χ2 = 10.78,P=0.005) ,with 69.7% and 62.2%(χ2 =2.31,P=0.129) for patients with unilateral and bilateral sides involvement.The DMFS rate was similar between the mild and moderate enhancement of RLN (67.6% and 58.9% ,χ2=2.77,P =0.096).The survival rate of RLN with homogeneous density was better than heterogeneous density (71.5%, 53.3% and 32.5%,respectively, χ2= 10.51, P = 0.001, χ2= 24.28, P = 0.000).The survival rate of patients with well boarded RLN was better than those with ill boarded RLN and obviously adjacent tissue involvement (65.5%, 51.8%and 50.0% , χ2 =8.20,P=0.004, χ2 =5.31 ,P=0.021).Conclusions The prognosis is poor with RLN metastasis, lymph node enhancement, heterogeneous density in nodes and ill boarded RLN.

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of MR in carotid artery involvement using surgery and pathology as gold standard.Methods 37 patients with suspected neck masses underwent MR scan.One radiologist unaware of the pathological results measured the nine indexes as following:axial surrounding angle(AXA),long axis angle(LAA),the adjacent length of tumor long axis(LLA),the tumor long axis length(TLAL),the ratio of the adjacent length of tumor long axis and the tumor long axis length (LLA/TLAL),the perivascular fatty gap,vascular displacement,vascular deformation and magnetic resonance angiography(MRA) evaluation of artery involvement.The comparison of diagnostic value used ROC curve,sensitivity,specificity and accuracy.The cat-egorical data used Fisher orχ2 test,and measurement data used t test.Results Four indexes (AXA,LAA,LLA/TLAL and MRA) had significantly statistical value for evaluating the arterial invasion.The AUC of AXA,LAA,LLA/TLAL were 0.910,0.775 and 0.766 (P <0.05),respectively.Using 145°,61°,0.553 and MRA to indicate invasion for diagnostic value,the sensitivity and spe-cificity of those four indexes were 100.0% and 89.2%,66.7% and 89.2%,100.0% and 59.5%,33.3% and 100.0%,respective-ly.Conclusion The four indexes including AXA,LAA,LLA/TLAL and MRA evaluation of artery involvement have statistic value but with poor stability.MRA had limited diagnostic value although it’s beneficial to observe the carotid artery.

Objectives To evaluate the value of computed tomography (CT) features of non-thyroidal masses of the neck (NTMN).MethodsThe clinical data of 264 patients with NTMN proved by histology from 2005 to 2010 in our hospital were collected retrospectively.Among them,benign lesions were found in 159 patients (60.2％ ),malignant ones in 105 patients (39.8％ ),and in lymphadenopathy in 111 patients (42.0％ ),non-lymphadenopathy in 153 patients (58.0％).The CT features including lowdensity areas,low-density areas of enhancement ratio,the edge of lesion,lesion morphology and the clinical baselines including the sex,single or multiple lesions,lymphadenopathy or non lymphadenopathy were compared for appreciating the sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis.Categorical variables were tested with the x2 or Fisher exact tests.Results Independently using each of those four radiological signs ( CT value of low density area,the enhancement ratio of low density area,border and morphology of lesion)and three clinical indexes (sex,single or multiple,lymphadenopathy or non lymphadenopathy) to diagnose the malignant tumors,the sensitivity and specificity were 77.1％ ( 81/105 ),81.9％ ( 86/105 ),71.4％(75/105),56.2％ ( 59/105 ),64.8％ ( 68/105 ),75.2％ ( 79/105 ),82.9％ ( 87/105 ) and 50.9％(81/159),44.7％ ( 71/159 ),73.0％ ( 116/159 ),67.3％ ( 107/159 ),51.6％ ( 82/159 ),73.0％(116/159),84.9％ (135/159) respectively.When four or more signs were showed,the sensitivity and specificity were 86.7％ (91/105) and 74.8％ (119/159) respectively.The special CT features were included mottled high density sign in schwannoma ( P =0.000,25/41 )and regular calcification in hemangioma(P =0.000,7/18 ).Carotid body tumor was often occurred at carotid artery (P =0.000,23/24),and the most of mass of paravertebral was neurogenic tumor(P =0.001,9/50).ConclusionsThe diagnosis of NTMN can be improved by combining CT features and clinical baseline.

Objective To investigate the biological function of M122 in pathogenesis of MCMV in developmental brain disorders and brain damage, screening for mouse brain cDNA library interacting with M122 was performed by a yeast two-hybrid system. Methods The reconstructed bait plasmid pGBKT7-M122 was transformed into yeast cells AH109 and screened on the nutrient deficiency medium SD/-Trp. After express of the bait protein in AH109 yeast strains was detected by Western blot analysis, yeast-two hybrid screening was performed by mating AH109 with Y187 containing mouse brain cDNA library plasmid. The diploid yeast cells were plated on the nutrient deficiency medium SD/-Trp/-Leu/-His/-Ade. The second screening was performed with SD/-Trp/-Leu/-His/-Ade containing X-α-gal. The plasmids in positive colonies were extracted and transformed into E. coli JM109 cells. After plasmid DNA in JM109 cells were extracted form positive colonies and sequenced, the results were analyzed by bioinformatic methods. The interactions between M122 protein and the protein obtained from positive colonies were further confirmed by repeating yeast-two hybrid. Then, autoactivations of the proteins obtained from positive colonies were detected.Results The reconstructed bait plasmid was transformed into yeast cells AH109 successfully. The bait protein expressed in the yeast cells AH109 stably. 24 proteins interacting with MCMV M122 were screened, including syntaxin 8 ( Stx8 ), phosphoglucomutase 2 ( Pgm2 ), potassium voltage-gated channel, shaker-related subfamily, beta member 1 ( Kcnab1 ), collagen, type ⅪⅩ, alpha 1 ( Col19a1 ), archain 1 ( Arcn1 ), cytidylate kinase( Cmpk), DnaJ(Hsp40) homolog, subfamily A, member 1 (Dnaja1), ATPase, Na+/K + transporting, beta 3 polypeptide( Atp1b3 ), SH3-domain GRB2-like ( endophilin ) interacting protein 1 ( Sgip1 ),ankyrin repeat domain 17 (Ankrd17), Smg-7 homolog, nonsense mediated mRNA decay factor(Smg7),sperm associated antigen 9 ( Spag9 ), FK506 binding protein 1a ( Fkbp1a), MYST histone acetyltransferase monocytic leukemia 4 ( Myst4), hyaluronan and proteoglycan link protein 1 ( Hapln1), autophagy-related 3 (Atg3), splicing factor, arginine/serine-rich 5 ( Sfrs5 ), zinc finger, C3HC-type containing 1 ( Zc3hc1 ),thioredoxin-related transmembrane protein 1 ( Txndc1 ), adaptor protein complex AP-1, gamma 1 subunit (Ap1g1), Cullin 1 ( Cul1 ), and so on. Three of them were formerly unknown proteins. M122 protein could interact with the proteins obtained from positive colonies in the yeast cells AH109. Ap1g1 and Cul1 were proved to have autoactivation. Conclusion A class of proteins in brain interacting with M122 has been obtained. It is presumed that these proteins are correlated with neuropathogenesis of the brain disorders caused by CMV, but the candidates still need further confirmation for the interaction.
