With a view to some common problems and characteristics of medicine graduate students education,how to intensify the moral education work of medicine graduate students under the new situation is researched and discussed,and some countermeasures and suggestion are put forward in this article.to systemically organize the ideological and political education work for freshmen;to exert the theory guidance of medical ethnics in moral education of graduate students;to intensify education and management in graduate students,and fully play the education role in management and serving;to adopt detailed measures to promote the performance of tutors and specialty departments in teaching,scientific research and academic education;to include medical social practice of poor-salvation into moral education program for medicine graduate students.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wendan decoction in the treatment of phlegm-heat accumulation type acie vulgaris.Methods 62 patients with phlegm-heat accumulation type ache vulgaris were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group randomly,with 31 patients in each group.The control group was given dietary advice and skin cleansing techniques,while the treatment group was given oral administration of Wendan decoction on the basis of the control group.Results ①skin damage comparison:after the treatment,skin damage symptoms such as tenderness (0.71 ±0.32),redness (0.47±0.63),cyst(0.59±0.53),and tubercle (0.63±0.54) in the treatment group were significantly improved than the control group [the values were (1.12±0.32),(1.44±0.21),(1.40±0.36),(1.18±0.43),respectively] (P＜0.05).②symptoms score comparison:The symptoms score in the treatment group after the treatment (42.95±1.53) was significantly improved than that before the treatment (52.89± 1.98),(P＜0.05),and also obviously better than the control group after the treatment.③clinical efficacy comparison:Total efficacy was 96.77％ in the treatment group and 54.83％ in the control group,showing marked difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Wendan decoction is effective in treating phlegm-heat accumulation type acne vulgaris.

Starting from the practices of grade protection assessment on the information system of Peking Union Medical College Hos -pital, the paper introduces the information system grade and assessment contents and processes , discusses common problems found in specific work and risk analysis approaches so as to provide a reference for work related to information security .

Objective:Hybrid attention U-net (HA-U-net) neural network was designed based on U-net for automatic delineation of craniospinal clinical target volume (CTV) and the segmentation results were compared with those of U-net automatic segmentation model.Methods:The data of 110 craniospinal patients were reviewed, Among them, 80 cases were selected for the training set, 10 cases for the validation set and 20 cases for the test set. HA-U-net took U-net as the basic network architecture, double attention module was added at the input of U-net network, and attention gate module was combined in skip-connection to establish the craniospinal automatic delineation network model. The evaluation parameters included Dice similarity coefficient (DSC), Hausdorff distance (HD) and precision.Results:The DSC, HD and precision of HA-U-net network were 0.901±0.041, 2.77±0.29 mm and 0.903±0.038, respectively, which were better than those of U-net (all P<0.05). Conclusion:The results show that HA-U-net convolutional neural network can effectively improve the accuracy of automatic segmentation of craniospinal CTV, and help doctors to improve the work efficiency and the consistent delineation of CTV.

Objective To investigate the role of STAT3 transcription factor in IL-6 inducing epithelial mesenchymal transition (EMT) of human peritoneal mesothelial cells (HPMCs).Methods HPMCs were cultured in vitro and grouped.(1) According to the stimulation time with 50 μg/L IL-6,HPMCs were divided into 24,48,72 h groups.(2) HPMCs were grouped 50,100 μg/L according to IL-6 concentration.(3) HPMCs were respectively divided into control group,IL-6 group,empty vector group,empty vector+IL-6 group,virus infecting group and virus infecting+IL-6 group,as lenti-virus vector mediating RNA interference targeting STAT3 was applied.The mRNA expressions of E-cadherin,α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) were detected by real time PCR;their protein expressions and the phosphorylation of JAK2 and STAT3 were detected by Western blotting;the expressions and distribution of E-cadherin and α-SMA were observed by immunofluorescence.Results Compared with those in control group,the expression of E-cadherin decreased remarkably (P ＜ 0.05),while the expressions of VEGF and α-SMA and the ratio of phosphorylated (p)-JAK2/JAK2 and p-STAT3/STAT3 increased significantly in IL-6 concentration groups and stimulation time groups (all P ＜ 0.05),which had been dose and time dependent.Compared with empty vector+IL-6 group,virus infecting+IL-6 group had decreased expressions of VEGF and α-SMA,while increased expressions of E-cadherin (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions IL-6 can promote VEGF and α-SMA gene expression and prevent E-cadherin gene expression by STAT3,which involves in EMT of peritoneum fibrosis.While STAT3 gene is knocked-down,EMT is inhibited in HPMCs.

The achievements of the national health informatization of China have been remarkable while still facing various challenges,including infrastructure,overall coordination,technical specifications,network security,and public health risks.By conducting a comparative study of the information management of the top 5 best hospitals in the world in 2021,it identifies that for the future of hospital information construction,there is a need for deepening the application of core scenarios such as electronic medical records,mobile medical care,and telemedicine.Further-more,there is a need to expand technology development at the terminal layer,network layer and platform layer.The key to accelerating the construction of national health information is closely integrating the application require-ments of hospital information management with the development trend of intelligent technology.

Objective To investigate the association of red cell distribution width (RDW) with all-cause and cardiovascular disease (CVD)-related mortality in patients undergoing continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD).Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 207 patients who initiated CAPD for more than 3 months between July 2005 and March 2016 in the First Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University.Baseline data on demographic,clinical and biochemical variables as well as comorbidities were obtained;medications and clinic outcomes were recorded.According to receiver operator characteristic curve (ROC) analysis,patients were divided into high RDW (RDW ＞ 15.1％) and low RDW (RDW≤ 15.1％) groups.The data of two groups were compared and Spearman's correlation analysis was used to explore the association of RDW with clinical and biochemical parameters.Survival curves were calculated using Kaplan-Meier method.Cox regression model was employed to analyze risk factors of all-cause and CVD-related mortality.Results In this study,207 CAPD patients were enrolled.The overall median survival time was 80 months.And the median survival time of high RDW group (68 patients) and low RDW group (139 patients) were 59 months and 96 months,respectively.There were statistical differences in diastole pressure,hemoglobin,hematocrit,serum albumin,intact parathyroid hormone (iPTH),eGFR,cholesterol,lipoprotein a,4-hour dialysate-to-plasma ratio for creatinine (4hD/Pcr),total Ccr (P ＜ 0.05,respectively);the two groups also varied in the proportion of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,cardiovascular disease and hyperlipidemia,as well as in the use of iron supplements,angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors or angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blockers (ARB),and beta-receptor blockers (P＜0.05,respectively).Cardiovascular event was a leading cause of mortality.Kaplan-Meier survival curves showed that the high RDW group had higher all-cause and CVD-related mortality compared with the low RDW group (P ＜ 0.01).The 1-year,3-year,and 5-year patient survivals of the high RDW and low RDW group were 87.97％ vs 97.01％,58.02％ vs 81.53％,and 41.62％ vs 67.96％,respectively,demonstrating significant differences (P=0.001).Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that high RDW was independent risk factor for all-cause mortality (HR=1.212,95％CI:1.007-1.458,P=0.042) and CVD-related mortality (HR=1.697,95％ CI:1.030-2.795,P=0.038).Conclusion RDW is associated with mortality risks in CAPD patients and can be stratified as a valuable indicator for the risk of death.

Objective To investigate whether the JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway is involved in the epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) of peritoneal mesothelial cells in uremic peritoneal dialysis (PD) rats.Methods A total of 48 male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly separated into six groups:normal control group (NC group,n=8),sham group (n=8),uremic group (n=8),PD group (n=8),S3I-201 control group (n=8) and S3I-201 group (n=8).Uremic model generated by 5/6 nephrectomy surgery in rats was established.The rats of PD group,S3I-201 control group and S3I-201 group received daily infusion of 4.25％ glucose-based peritoneal dialysate fluid (3 ml/100 g) from PD catheters for 28 days.Rats of S3I-201 group were injected with STAT3 inhibitor S3I-201 (2.5 mg/kg) solution from the catheters every other day;the same dose of the solvent of S3I-201 was simultaneously given to S3I-201 control group rats.After PD for 28 days,peritoneal function,pathologic changes,and microvessel density (MVD) were evaluated.Creatinine,urea nitrogen and interleukin-6 (IL-6) concentration in blood and dialysate,and protein and mRNA levels of phospho-JAK2 (p-JAK2),phospho-STAT3 (p-STAT3),E-cadherin,alpha-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in peritoneum were determined.Results Uremia and peritoneal dialysate could aggravate the peritoneal function and elevate peritoneal thickness and MVD.They could also increased the concentration of IL-6 in blood and dialysate and the expression levels of α-SMA,VEGF,p-JAK2 and p-STAT3 in peritoneum,while lowering E-cadherin expression in peritoneum.These manifestations were even more remarkable in PD group compared to those in uremic group.There was no statistical difference between the S3I-201 control group and the PD group as regards all the index (all P ＞ 0.05).Compared with the S3I-201 control group,the rats treated with S3I-201 showed better peritoneal function.S3I-201 could reduce peritoneal thickness (P＜0.05),MVD (P＜0.05),the concentration of IL-6 in blood and dialysate,the mRNA and protein expression of α-SMA,VEGF,p-JAK2 and p-STAT3 (all P ＜ 0.05),while enhance the mRNA and protein expression of E-cadherin (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions After STAT3 is inhibited,the peritoneal thickness,MVD and IL-6 concentration in PD rats are decreased,and EMT is also inhibited,while peritoneal function is improved.The JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway may thus be involved in the process of EMT of peritoneum in uremic peritoneal dialysis rats by regulating the expression of IL-6.

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and prognosis of robotic-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (RATS )compared with traditional thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) in the treatment of thymoma.Methods:The clinical data of 128 patients with thymoma who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2006 to November 2019 were retrospectively analyzed, There were 83 males and 45 females. The age ranged from 23 to 76 years old, with an average of (45.89±13.84) years old. The patients were divided into RATS group (58 cases) and VATS group (70 cases). Cox proportional risk model was used to analyze the factors affecting the postoperative hospital stay. Results:Compared with VATS group, RATS group patients had longer operation time[(128.61±32.13)min vs. (96.42±45.37)min, P=0.036], less intraoperative blood loss[(35.25±5.62)ml vs. (58.36±3.65)ml, P=0.016], less blood transfusion (1.72% vs. 7.14%, P=0.029), and less postoperative complications (17.2% vs. 22.9%, P=0.039). The average total hospitalization cost was higher [(56 721.18±98 457.24) yuan vs. (25 135.68±12 403.29) yuan, P<0.001], and the average postoperative hospitalization time was shorter[(4.15±1.51) days vs. (6.65±2.74)days, P<0.001], all with statistically significant differences. However, there was no statistical differences in conversion to thoracotomy, intraoperative complication, the surgical margin was positive, postoperative infectionpostoperative drainage amount, postoperative drainage time, expenses for medicine and anesthetic fee( P>0.05). Multiple linear regression models showed that different groups ( P=0.013), age ( P=0.025), combined with myasthenia gr avis( P=0.047), combined with underlying disease( P=0.016), intraoperative blood loss( P=0.034), conversion to thoracotomy ( P=0.024), postoperative infection( P=0.008), postoperative complications( P=0.026) and postoperative drainage time ( P=0.031) affected postoperative hospital stay. Conclusion:Robot-assisted thymectomy is a safe and effective method for the treatment of thymomas. RATS recover faster after surgery with fewer complications and shorter hospital stays than RATS after thoracoscopic surgery, but more large, high-quality studies are needed to evaluate the effectiveness of RATS.

The early diagnosis of lung cancer and the corresponding treatment measures are crucial factors to reduce mortality rate. As an emerging technology, artificial intelligence has developed rapidly and it is used in the medical field to provide new ideas for the early diagnosis of lung cancer, which has achieved remarkable results. Artificial intelligence greatly eases the pressure of clinical work, changes the current medical model, and is expected to make doctors as a decision-maker. This article mainly describes the research progress on artificial intelligence in the identification of benign and malignant lung nodules, pathological typing, determination of markers, and detection of plasma circulating tumor DNA.
