1.Seek the Third Party Strength for Medical Care Pricing
Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
Abstract: There are both market mechanism that does not work and government without working in the medical service field, so it is necessary to be supported by the third parties, such as patient's right committee, doctor's association, and so on, which contribute to forming high-efficient and rational medical care pricing system.
2.Application of computer-aided techniques in treatment of proximal humeral fractures
Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2016;18(4):365-368
Digital technology is a hot spot in the orthopedic research in recent years.Computer-aided orthopaedic surgery is a kind of interdisciplinary and frontier technology, usually involving preoperative design and plan, virtual operation, intraoperative navigation and implementation. The application of computer-aided techniques in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures was summarized in this article. We intended to inform surgeons of the digital techniques which have been efficiently used in the clinic and improved the efficacy of PHF treatment.
3.Ethical Research on the Requests of Transsexuals for Assisted Reproductive Technology(ART)
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(03):-
Transsexuals are specific humans who abandon their traditionally functional reproduction. However they may wish to have a child in the new-gender identity. At present in China, assisted reproductive technology(ART) should be limited to those female-to-male transsexuals with a female partner. The assisted reproductive institutions should keep the information for transsexuals confidential in the whole treatment procedure. In some cases,we could appeal to the ART ethics committee for support. Before sex reassignment surgery(SRS),the candidate transsexuals could preserve their fertility by cryo-storing germ cells, tissues and organs for future reproductive usage.
4.Progress of selecting tumor markers using SELDI ProteinChip technique
China Oncology 1998;0(04):-
Surface-enhanced laser desorption ionization spectrometry (SELDI),as a new type of proteinchip technique, could easily and quickly acquire the information of proteins in all kinds of body fluid and tissue. It could be used in selecting new tumor markers, early diagnosis and evaluating the risk of tumors. This article introduces the principium of this ProteinChip technique, its application in clinic detection, and the outline of its future.

Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2016;35(12):1307-1309
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of the radical operation for gastric cancer in elderly patients and to investigate relevant factors affecting the efficacy Methods 216 cases of elderly patients with gastric cancer were divided into two groups:radical distal-and proximal-gastrectomy group (n=108,each).The therapeutic effect in the near future, intraoperative and postoperative recovery, numbers of lymph nodes resection as well as factors affecting the long-term survival rate were compared between two groups. Results The radical distal-versus proximal-gastrectomy group showed that the mean operation time was (241.8 ± 40.2) min vs.(244.7 ± 39.7)min,blood loss was(299.5 ± 114.9) ml vs.(273.8-± 121.4) ml,the number of lymph node dissection was(28.4± 9.4) vs.(27.7 ± 9.1) particles, the complication rate was[14/108 (13.0%)] vs.[15/108 (14.0 %)],3-year survival rate was (46.9 %) vs.(47.5 %),without statistically significant differences (all P > 0.05).Multiple regression analysis showed that TNM stage (OR =1.536),lymph node metastasis(OR =0.739),cancer infiltration depth (OR =1.534) and chemotherapy regimens (OR =1.337)are risk factors for the postoperative 3-year survival rate. Conclusions Surgical treatment of elderly patients with gastric cancer is significantly effective,TNM stage, lymph node metastasis, depth of invasion, tumor size and the chemotherapy regimens are closely associated with the life quality of patients.

Chinese Medical Ethics 2015;(5):804-807
The elderly in the community who is the focus of the family doctor services , because of his special physical and mental condition , their demands for health care services showing the features of dependence , Recur-rence and urgency .Therefore, as the provided entity of community health service , the family doctor should care for the elderly in the community .In order to promote the realization of Healthy aging , we can build the system of the humane care for the elderly in the community , through the education and guidance of health、conducting psychologi-cal counseling , providing emotional support、building family sickbeds , providing regular visits、emphasizing clinical narrative, establishing mutual participation model and other measures .
7.The Ethical Countermeasures of the Mental Health of Patients with Chronic type B Hepatitis

Chinese Medical Ethics 2015;(1):103-105
With a long duration of the CHB, patients who have economic pressures and physical problems will get changes in their psychological status, which are involved in the development of the disease. Moreover, poor thera-py compliance and insight of their disease, negative mood of anxiety and depression also have effects the prognosis of disease. Therefore, mental factors play a vital important role in the development and prognosis of CHB patients, health education and mental intervention are the most effective way to avoid the psychological disorder of patients.

Chinese Medical Ethics 2015;(1):125-128
This paper mainly discussed the present situation of the pension mode transformation from traditional family pension to social pension. The existing ethical issues in pension institution include: old filial piety thought deeply rooted;institutional care services cannot be carried out caused by unfair distribution balance; humanistic thought of human ethical care implementation does not do well; some agencies have occasional bad behavior. Therefore, this paper proposed some advices based bioethical perspective:for old people and their children, advo-cate the new filial piety;pension institutions not only improving the quality of the hardware but also should strength-en humanistic ethics concern;establish and perfect the laws and regulations, combining the rule of law with moral and ethical;the relevant government departments should insist on and strengthen the principle of fair justice.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(12):-
Objective Inquire into the function and mechanisms of Sanye Insect tea of lowering the blood pressure. Method The rat model of renal hypertension was replicated by aqueezing two kidneys (2K1C-RHR) to observe the blood pressure-lowering process of Sanye Insect tea on the change of the content of CGRP, analysis the change with the relation of the AngⅡ level, and compare with Liuwei Dihuang and Captopril Tablets. Result The blood pressure value of renal hypertension rats obviously increased, the blood plasma CGRP lowered and the level of AngⅡ increased. High and low dosages of Sanye Insect tea had this improvement of different degree. Conclusion Sanye Insect tea has the effect of lowering the blood pressure of 2K1C-RHR. Incressing the content of CGRP and regulating the level of Ang Ⅱ to make blood vessel extend is one of the function mechanism of Sanye Insect tea.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(10):-
Objective: To explore the effectiveness of ethanol precipitation in depleting the human serum albumin. Methods: Serum samples from 8 healthy controls and 8 lung adenocarcinoma patients were treated with 100% ethanol to deplete the albumin. The results of the albumin depletion were analyzed by 1-D gel electrophoresis and albumin quantitation. Results: After ethanol treatment,1-D gel images of the serum samples showed a near depletion of albumins a presence of low-abundance proteins. There was no difference in the 1-D gel images between the normal and lung adenocarcioma serum samples. The average concentrations of albumin in the ethanol-treated serum samples were(5.88 ? 0.35) g/L and(5.50 ? 0.53) g/L respectively in the control and lung adenocarcinoma groups. Conclusion: Ethanol precipitation can deplete most of the human serum albumins and thereby assist us in further analysis of human serum proteomics.
