Objective To compare the effects of ephedrine and dopamine in the prevention of hypotension during combined spinal and epidural anesthesia (CSEA)for cesarean delivery.Methods Fifty ASAⅠorⅡ patients undergoing elective cesarean delivery were randomly divided into the two groups,Ephedrine group (n=5 1 ):intrave-nous injection of 10mg ephedrine before anesthesia;Dopamine group(n=52):continuous intravenous infusion at the speed of 5μg·kg-1 ·min-1 .During the whole process,we investigated the incidence rate of adverse effects,com-pared the Apgar score of neonate and analyzed blood gas of umbilical artery and vein.Results Compare to the dopa-mine group,the incidence rate of hypotension was lower in the ephedrine group (43.1% vs 69.2%,χ2 =7.06,P=0.00).The pH value of umbilical artery and 1 min Apgar score of neonate in the ephedrine group was lower compare with that in the dopamine group[(7.22 ±0.03)vs (7.27 ±0.06),t=0.62,P=0.02],there are no significant difference of 5 min Apgar score in the two groups.Conclusion Compared with dopamine,ephedrine is a useful drug in the prevention of hypotension during combined spinal and epidural anesthesia (CSEA)for cesarean delivery and there are no significant differences of adverse effects of dopamine and ephedrine.Ephedrine has transient effect on the neonate,while the effect of dopamine is minor.

Methods: The electronic medical record to the patient as the center including the establishment of hospital medical records, doctor's orders, all kinds of inspection, inspection reports and other information. Results: The uniform ultimate implementation of electronic health record standard, electronic data from medical records and medical information barrier-free exchange, realize the integration and sharing of electronic medical records information inside the hospital. Conclusion: The electronic medical record system to improve the clinical efficiency in hospital application, provide auxiliary functions for clinical decision making.

OBJECTIVE：To observe the therapeutic effect of limaixian in treating Helicobacterium pyloricus(HP)-related gastroduodenopathy of childhood and evaluate its role playing in triple short-term therapeutic scheme(TS scheme).METHODS：153 patients，who had definitely been diagnosed as HP-related gastroduodenopathy by gastroscopy or 13 C-UBT，were randomly divided into three groups(A，B，C)receiving ST scheme(omeprazole as the main drug).Group A：omeprazole 0.8mg/(kg*d)，metronidazole 20mg/(kg*d) and amoxycillin 40mg/(kg*d)； Group B omeprazole，metronidazole and klacid 15mg/(kg*d)； Group C：omeprazole，metronidazole and limaixian 15mg/(kg*d).Therapeutic course was 2 wks and gastroscopy or 13C-UBT were carried out 4 wks after discontinuation of drugs.RESULTS：(1)HP eradication rates of group A，B and C were 62.7％，92.1％ and 94.1％ respectively.The rates of group B,C were higher than that of group A.There were significant differences among three groups(X2=31.8,P<0.01).Group B showed no significant different with group C.(2) The remission rates of pain of group B and C were markedly higher than that of group A one and two wks after treatment (X2=19.3,P<0.05),there was no significant difference between group B and C.CONCLUSION:As an anti－ HP infection agent in TS scheme,limaixian is better than amoxycillin in therapeutic effect.Limaixian is comparable with imported klacid and inexpensive in price,it can be used as the first choice antibiotic in TS scheme.

Objective To investigate the intervention effects of NLP workshop on resilience of children from divorced family.Methods A pre/post test and subsequent follow-up design between experimental group and control group were performed.Thirty-one children from divorced family with low resilience were intervened by NLP workshop,while the other thirty-one children with low resilience were chosen as the control group.Results There was no significant difference between experimental group and control group before the intervention on resilience.But after the intervention,the two groups achieved statistical significant difference on resilience(experimental group (3:68±0.37),control group(2.99±0.18),t=9.60,P=0.00).Furthermore,the results of follow-up showed that the effect of NLP workshop still existed after six months (total average score of resilience before intervention (2.96±0.17),subsequent follow-ups (3.69±0.35),t=10.40,P=0.00).Conclusion NLP workshop can enhance the level of resilience of children from divorced family.Effect of NLP workshop not only has short-term effect,but also has some long-term effect.

The paper gives an account of the four systems that are currently used for evaluating hospital quality in America, viz. America's Best Hospitals, Solucient 100 Top Hospitals, International Quality Indicator Project, and the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. The "America's Best Hospitals" methodology takes into account three factors, infrastructure, process and outcome. Hospitals are first ranked in specialties, then the index of hospital quality is calculated by means of weighted indexes, and after that the best hospitals are selected according to the specialty rankings and the number of the hospitals. The "Solucient 100 Top Hospitals" methodology selects 100 top hospitals among hospitals of the same size on the basis of hospital quality and safety indexes. The evaluation indexes include eight items, such as index of risk-adjusted mortality rates, index of complications, and disease severity-adjusted average length of hospital stay. The methodologies of "International Quality Indicator Project" and "the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations" are used in many countries to evaluate clinical efficiency and enjoy high reputation in monitoring and promoting medical quality.

Retinal neovascularization is a complicated pathophysiological process as a result of imbalance between angiogenic and anti-angiogenic factors. Correct understanding of the signaling pathways,exploring the critical factors involved in retinal angiogenesis, looking for new strategies by reconstructing the new vessels are helpful for knowing the mechanism of the occurrence and development of reitnal neovascularization, which would be good for preventing and treating retinal neovascularization diseases.

A neonatal girl with overextended knees admitted to NICU of our hospital was diagnosed as cri du chat (cat cry) syndrome.We collected 34 cases of cri du chat reported in journals since 2000,the clinical features of total 35 cases were retrospectively analyzed.Among 35 cases 12 were boys and 23 girls.The most common clinical manifestations were characteristic face features(100％),difficult feeding(100％) and typical sound of cry(94％).The main complains at hospital visit were typical cry,difficult feeding and cyanosis in the neonatal period,while in childhood period were recurrent respiratory infection,developmental retardation and other abnormalities.Most cases were diagnosed in the neonatal phase,while 85.3％ were in the first year.The diagnosis was based on karyotype analysis; chromosome 5 short arm deletion (5P-) was the most significant genetic variation and clinical features were associated with the position of deletion.

The concept of “disease prevention theory” contains a wealth of preventive medicine thought. Pre-ventive health care service in Traditional Chinese Medicine( TCM) is an important measure for enhancing health qual-ity and improving the quality of living. This contributes to the building of a harmonious society and suits the changing medical model. Despite a series of achievements, there are also some problems in preventative health care service. Based on an analysis of influencing factors on policy implementation, the problems are discussed in the paper. The study provides some suggestions on preventive health care services, including the perfection of operations and man-agement mechanisms, the improvement of awareness on preventive health care service, the strengthening of the talent team, an increase in funding, and an evaluation of policy implementation.

Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of Th1/Th2 balance of peripheral blood Th cells and of serum high-sensitivity C-Reactive Protein(hs-CRP) in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods:Th1/Th2 cells were determined by using the tri-colored fluorescence labeled flow cytometry serum hs-CRP concentrations were determined by ELISA in type 2 diabetic patients (n=60) and the controls (n=25).Results:(1)Th1 cells and Th1/Th2 ratios were significantly reduced in type 2 diabetic patients than the controls (P 0.05 ). Objective To explore the role of spinal cord p300 in neuropathic pain induced by chronic constriction nerve injury (CCI) in rats.Methods Thirty two Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into sham and CCI groups,14 days after surgery,immuno-fluorescence staining and Western blot were used to detect distribution and expression of p300 protein.After rats were successfully implanted with an intrathecal catheter and accepted CCI surgery,another 24 rats were randomly divided into three groups (n =8):dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) group,p300 acetyltransferase inhibitor C646 group,and control C37 group.Each rat were administered through the intrathecal catheter from day 7 to 14 and mechanical withdraw threshold were tested.Results (1) The p300 positive cells were detected mainly in neurons,and p300 protein in spinal cord of CCI group were significantly higher than sham group (P ＜0.05).(2) C646 alleviated significantly neuropathic pain in rats,without significant changes in pain threshold after injection of C37 and DMSO.Conclusions The p300 protein in spinal cord was involved in the development of neuropathic pain in rats,the mechanism may be referred to its acetyltransferase activity.
