Purpose: A kind of sine wave magnetic field generator with the extremely low frequency (ELF) is developed, the frequency and intensity of the magnetic field can be adjusted, and has been easily used in Bio-experimental study. Methods: At first ,we design a DC power supply which provide DC voltage to other chips, then the signal generated by single chip ma-chine system and the power amplifier combined by discrete components, it provides current 0 mA~136 mA.The current coil is designed by experiment's required, the size or turns is changed, the magnetic field intensity is changed too. Results: The fre-quency of the device output is 0 kHz-25 kHz with the intensity in the range of 0 mT~10 mT within which the continuous lin-earity is adjustable. Power sources are less than 30 W ,which can work for long. This device performs reliably and the measured values in accord with the theoretical values and has been used in the experiment of magnetic biological effect. Conclusions: The experiment results indicate that there exist the effects of ELF sine wave magnetic field upon potassium current of neurons, and that such bioeffects vary with the intensity and frequency of the field. Also, there may exist window effect areas.

Objective To investigate the situation of family intimacy and adaptability, and social avoidance and distress in severe burn patients, and explore the correlation between them, so as to provide basis for intervention. Methods From January, 2013 to June, 2015, 289 patients with severe burn were surveyed with self-designed general condition questionnaire, Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale (FACES Ⅱ) and Social Avoidance and Distress Scale (SADS), and analyed with Pearson correlation analysis. Results The real family intimacy and adaptability were lower in the severe burn patients than in national norm (t>3.830, P<0.01), and the ideal family intimacy, dis-satisfied intimacy level, ideal adaptability and dissatisfied adaptability level were higher in the severe burn patients than in national norm (t>3.857, P<0.01). The SADS score was higher in the severe burn patients than in national norm. The real intimacy, real adaptability and the to-tal score of FACES II negatively correlated with the scores of SADS (P<0.05), while the levels of dissatisfied intimacy and adaptability posi-tively correlated (P<0.05). Conclusion The social avoidance and distress exist in severe burn patients, which may associated with the family intimacy and adaptability, that some interventions may target to.

Objective To observe the effect of Wnt/β-catenin pathway on proliferation of human umbilical vein endothelial cell (HUVEC) using the glycogen synthase kinase 3β (GSK-3β)-targeting RNAi recombinant adenovirus vector. Methods Homologous recombination and cloning techniques were used to construct RNAi recombinant adenoviral expressive vectors specific to GSK-3β. Then, the adenovirus plasmids was transfected into HEK 293A cells to produce adenovirus and amplify the adenoviral stock. Plaque forming assay was used to titer the adenoviral stock. The GSK-3β and β-catenin protein expressions were detected by Western blot and immunohistochemistry. The proliferation of HUVEC was detected with MTr assay. Results The RNAi adenovirus vectors specific to GSK-3β were successfully produced with high titer. The expression of GSK-3β protein in HUVEC could be down-regulated efficiently by the RNAi adenovirus, along with increased β-catenin protein expression. The proliferation of HUVEC was significantly increased (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01) after infected with GSK-3β RNAi recombinant adenovirus for 3, 5, 7 days. Conclusion RNAi adenovirus is an important tool that can inhibit the expression of GSK-3β efficiently, along with increased β-catenin protein expression. Up-regulating of the Wnt/β-catenin pathway might play an important role in the proliferation of HUVEC.

The standardized training for pediatric residents is a necessary route to promote their clinical ability and make them grow up.With the aim to improve the residents' basic theory, clinical skills and medical quality,we set up training plans according to the requirement of standardized training in shanghai, earnestly implement the related training in the process of training content, method, time node and stage appraisal system, formulating personalized training plan and implementing one to one teaching.Besides,we attach importance to the cultivation of scientific research and teaching ability of residents and set up a perfect evaluation system.Residents are required to obtain a certificate of training through the unified comprehensive examination before graduation. Here, the problems existing in the process of pediatric resident standardization training and preliminary countermeasures are also discussed.

Objective To investigate the effect of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection on plasma lpid and high sensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP) levels in patients with cerebral infarction, and explore the pathogenesy. Methods Seventy-nine cerebral infarction patients without nearly inflammatory reaction disease were recruited. Hp was detected by breath test, the patients were divided into infection-negative group (15 cases), light infection group (29 cases) and severe infection group(35 cases) according to the results, the last two groups were as infection-positive group. The plasma lipid and hs-CRP levels were exanined. Results Compared with infection-negative group, the total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein,hs-CRP levels increased obviously in infecton-positive group (P < 0.05). The level of hs-CRP in severe infection group was higher than that in light infection group [(10.21 ±4.98) mg/L vs. (5.81 ±4.21) mg/L](P=0.001 ). Conclusions Hp infection may increase vascular inflammatory reaction through lipid metabolic disturbance. The cerebral infarction with higher Hp infection, and with the degree of infection increased, the risk is also increased accordingly.

Purpose To observe the change of renal parenchyma elasticity in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis (CGN), and to explore the value of acoustic radiation force impulse (ARFI) in the assessment of renal histological damages in CGN. Materials and Methods 123 patients with CGN and 27 healthy volunteers were enrolled, CGN patients were divided into three groups according to renal histologic scores: mildly, moderately, and severely impaired. Shear wave velocities (SWV) of the renal parenchyma were measured and compared in different groups, the correlation between the SWV measurements and renal fibrosis Katafuchi scores, serum creatinine (Scr) and estimated glomerular filtration rate (e-GFR) was accessed, and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves analyses were also performed to assess the value of ARFI for the diagnosis of pathology impairment degree in CGN. Results There were statistically significant differences in SWV measurements between each CGN patient group and the control group (F=16.592, P<0.01); the mean SWV in patients with severe kidney impairment was significant lower than that of mildly impaired, moderately impaired, and the control groups (P<0.001). SWV measurements correlated significantly with renal fibrosis Katafuchi scores (r=-0.481, P<0.01), Scr (r=-0.441, P<0.01), and e-GFR (r=0.546, P<0.01); ROC analyses indicated that the sensitivity was 63.4%, 71.4%, 93.8%, specificity was 77.8%, 71.3%, 79.9%, and the area under the curve was 0.730, 0.738 and 0.870, when using the optimal cut-off value of 2.65 m/s for the diagnosis of mildly impaired kidneys, 2.50 m/s for moderately impaired kidneys, and 2.34 m/s for severely impaired kidneys, respectively. Conclusion ARFI is expected to become an effective tool for non-invasive evaluating of renal histological fibrosis in CGN patients.
