Objective:
To investigate the prevalence of dyslipidemia among adults in Moyu County, Hotan Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, so as to provide insights into the management of dyslipidemia.
Methods:
The physical examination data of permanent residents at ages of 18 years and older were collected from Moyu County from 2018 to 2019, including demographic features, height, body weight, blood pressure and blood biochemical parameter measurements. The epidemiological characteristics of dyslipidemia were analyzed among residents.
Results:
Totally 166 142 adults were investigated, with a mean age of (41.08±15.72) years. There were 77 744 men (46.76%), 34 728 obese adults (20.90%), 5 776 adults with diabetes (3.48%) and 26 294 adults with hypertension (15.83%). The levels of triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were (1.38±0.98), (4.13±1.19), (1.31±0.41) and (2.25±0.77) mmol/L, respectively. The prevalence of dyslipidemia was 29.72%, and the detection rates of high TG, high TC, low-HDL-C and high LDL-C were 9.73%, 4.59%, 19.65% and 1.99%, respectively. The prevalence of dyslipidemia was higher in men than in women (33.97% vs. 25.98%; χ2=1 264.729, P<0.001), and the prevalence increased with age (χ2=539.382, P<0.001) and body mass index (χ2=3 601.833, P<0.001). The prevalence of dyslipidemia was 35.48% among patients with hypertension (χ2=497.251, P<0.001) and 46.07% among patients with diabetes (χ2=766.142, P<0.001). There were 9 059 adults with two and more abnormal blood lipid indexes (18.35%), and the detection rates of two and more abnormal blood lipid indexes were 26.50%, 24.14% and 33.15% among patients with obesity, hypertension and diabetes, respectively.
Conclusions
The prevalence of dyslipidemia among adults in Moyu County is lower than the national level, and low-HDL cholesterolemia is the most common type of dyslipidemia. The prevalence of dyslipidemia is high among patients with obesity, hypertension and diabetes mellitus, in whom abnormality of multiple blood lipid indexes is measured.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the prevalence of avian influenza virus in various environment and the influence factors for subtype H7 prevalence in live poultry markets.
METHODSWe collected environmental samples from various environments across 11 cities of Zhejiang province between October 2014 and March 2015. Cage surface swabs, chopping board surface swabs, feces, water for cleaning, drinking water and swabs of other surfaces were collected. A total of 6 457 samples were collected, including 4 487 samples from poultry markets, 820 samples from poultry farms, 715 samples from backyard poultry pens, 118 samples from poultry processing factories, 118 samples from wild bird habitats and 86 samples from other sites. The chi-squared test was used to compare virus prevalence among sample types, sites types, and poultry markets types. Binary logistic regression was used to analyze factors on H7 subtype prevalence in poultry markets.
RESULTSOf 6 457 samples, 32.54% (2 101) samples were positive for avian influenza, with 3.67% (237) positive for H5 subtype, 12.02%(776) positive for H7 subtype, 11.77%(760) positive for H9 subtype. Of 237 live poultry markets, 33.8% (80) were positive for H7 subtype. The prevalence of influenza A in poultry processing factories was the highest at 43.72% (101/231) (χ(2)=737.80, P<0.001). Poultry markets were contaminated most seriously by subtype H5/H7/H9 with the prevalence of 27.55% (1 236/4 487) (χ(2)=436.37, P<0.001). Compared with markets with 1 type of poultry, OR was 4.58 (95%CI: 1.63-12.87) for markets with ≥2 types of poultry.
CONCLUSIONLive poultry markets and poultry processing factories were contaminated most seriously by avian influenza. The types of poultry might be the factor which influenced the subtype H7 prevalence in poultry markets.

Myeloid differentiation factor 88 (MYD88) is a key linker in the Toll-like receptor (TLR) signaling pathway, which plays an important role in the progression of the tumour. Recent studies have shown that the activating mutation of MYD88 L265P has been identified in about of 90% lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma/Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia and about of 40% diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and other subtypes of B-cell proliferative neoplasms. Different types of B-cell proliferative neoplasms have their own histology, immunohistochemistry and clinical characteristics, thus, mutation rates of MYD88 L265P are different. This review discusses the latest progress of MYD88 L265P mutation in B-cell proliferative neoplasms.

Objective:
With the measurement and uncertainty analysis of the power frequency electric field of the main transformer in the power station, the source of uncertainty, its quantitative calculation, the synthetic assessment method and the reporting method of the measurement results are described to ensure the reliability of the power frequency electric field measurement data.
Methods:
Referring to the "Measurement of power frequency electric field in the workplace" (GBZ/T189.3-2007) , "Labour environment monitoring technological specification of electric power industry Partt7: Monitoring of power frequency electromagnetic fields" (DL/T 799.7-2010) and "Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement" (JJF 1059.1-2012) , the uncertainty of power frequency electric field measurement data of the main transformer of a power plant was analyzed and the extended uncertainty was obtained.
Results:
The main source of the uncertainty of power frequency electric field measurement was the measurement of repetitive operation, and the expanded uncertainty of power frequency electric field was 0.09 kV/m.
Conclusion
When reporting the results of power frequency electric field measurement, the measurement uncertainty should be used simultaneously to quantify the quality of the measurement results. This method has strong practicability and operability, which can meet the requirements of uncertainty evaluation of power frequency electric field measurement results.

PURPOSE: Several studies have compared the effects of coronary stenting and coronary-artery bypass grafting (CABG) on left main coronary artery (LMCA) disease. However, there are limited data on the long-term outcomes of these two interventions in diabetic patients. MATERIALS AND METHODS: We evaluated 56 patients with LMCA stenosis who underwent drug-eluting stent (DES) implantation and 116 patients who underwent CABG in a single hospital in China between January 2004 and December 2006. We compared long-term major adverse cardiac events (death; a "serious outcome" composite of death, myocardial infarction, or stroke; and target-vessel revascularization). RESULTS: In-hospital (30-day) mortality was 0% for the DES group and 3.4% for the CABG group (p=0.31). There was no difference between the two groups in terms of risk of death [hazard ratio for stenting group, 0.49; 95% confidence interval (CI), 0.13-1.63; p=0.55] or risk of serious outcome (hazard ratio for DES group, 1.11; 95% CI, 0.39-1.45; p=0.47). The target-vessel revascularization rate was higher in the DES group than in the CABG group (hazard ratio, 3.67; 95% CI, 1.24-11.06; p=0.018). CONCLUSION: In this cohort of diabetic patients with LMCA stenosis, there was no difference in composite endpoints between patients receiving DESs and those undergoing CABG. However, stenting was associated with higher rates of target-vessel revascularization than CABG. DES implantation in diabetic patients with LMCA disease was found to be at least as safe as CABG.

Objective To investigate the role of STAT3 transcription factor in IL-6 inducing epithelial mesenchymal transition (EMT) of human peritoneal mesothelial cells (HPMCs).Methods HPMCs were cultured in vitro and grouped.(1) According to the stimulation time with 50 μg/L IL-6,HPMCs were divided into 24,48,72 h groups.(2) HPMCs were grouped 50,100 μg/L according to IL-6 concentration.(3) HPMCs were respectively divided into control group,IL-6 group, empty vector group, empty vector+IL-6 group, virus infecting group and virus infecting+IL-6 group,as lenti-virus vector mediating RNA interference targeting STAT3 was applied. The mRNA expressions of E-cadherin,α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) were detected by real time PCR;their protein expressions and the phosphorylation of JAK2 and STAT3 were detected by Western blotting;the expressions and distribution of E-cadherin and α-SMA were observed by immunofluorescence. Results Compared with those in control group, the expression of E-cadherin decreased remarkably (P < 0.05),while the expressions of VEGF and α-SMA and the ratio of phosphorylated (p)-JAK2/JAK2 and p-STAT3/STAT3 increased significantly in IL-6 concentration groups and stimulation time groups (all P < 0.05),which had been dose and time dependent.Compared with empty vector+IL-6 group, virus infecting+IL-6 group had decreased expressions of VEGF and α-SMA,while increased expressions of E-cadherin (all P < 0.05).Conclusions IL-6 can promote VEGF and α-SMA gene expression and prevent E-cadherin gene expression by STAT3,which involves in EMT of peritoneum fibrosis. While STAT3 gene is knocked-down,EMT is inhibited in HPMCs.

Anti-N-methyl-d-aspartate (NMDA) receptor encephalitis is a kind of autoimmune disease aiming at NR1 subunit of NMDA receptor. In the early stage, functional damage is the main cause. Electroencephalogram (EEG) can reflect the abnormal brain function by recording the changes of EEG signals. The common EEG patterns of anti NMDA receptor encephalitis are slow wave abnormality, epileptic discharge, a large number of β activity, extreme delta brush, etc. Here we review the waveform characteristics, origin, pathogenesis and clinical value of EEG in patients with NMDA receptor encephalitis.
