Objective Compare the efficacy of transvaginal cesarean scar pregnancy debridement surgery(treatment group) and the uterine artery embolization company with the curettage(control group) in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy and ana-lyze the related factors of the failure of the surgery .Methods Postoperative vaginal bleeding ,incidence of postoperative scar preg-nancy again ,and time of hospital stays after surgery were compared in two groups .Relationships between gestational age ,cesarean section ,the value of serum HCG ,B-mass size ,live births and surgical success rate were discussed .Results The mean amount of blood bleeding during operation of the treatment group was(85 .38 ± 13 .27)mL ,the rate of continue pregnancy after surgery was 2 .56% ,mean time of hospital stays was(5 .13 ± 0 .77)d ,Significantly lower than the control group[(163 .11 ± 34 .87)mL ,11 .90% , (8 .12 ± 1 .88)d ,all P< 0 .05] ;Blood HCG value ,B-mass size ,and live births were related with surgical success rate(P< 0 .05) ,But times of cesarean section and gestational age had no significant relationship with the surgical success rate(P> 0 .05) .Conclusion Tansvaginal cesarean scar pregnancy debridement surgery showed less damage on the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy ,and re-duced the recurrence rate of the patient ,who had high blood HCG levels ,embryo survival and larger volume .

[Objective]To explore the curative effect of the three diamen sional external fixation frame and limited internal fixation in treating the comminuted fracture of the shaft of humerus.[Method]Twenty-eight patients of the comminuted fracture of the shaft of humerus were treated from Jan 2000 to May 2006.According to the AO/ASIF,there were 5 cases of the B1 type,3 cases of the B2 type,9 cases of the B3 type,6 cases of the C1 type,4 cases of the C2 type,1 case of the C3 type.All of them were treated by the three diamensional external fixation frame and limited internal fixation of the screws or wires,and all of them were given the reasonable rehabilitation training at 3 day after the operation.The curative effect of the operation,the complications,the fracture healing and the function appraisal were analyzed.[Result]The 28 patients were followed-up for 10～15 months(average 13 months),27 cases had the frature healed and the healing rate was 96.4%.The healing period of the fracture lasted from 12 weeks to 33 weeks,average 19.5 weeks.Only 1 case was not healed.The functions of the shoulder and the elbow were normal,the excellent rate was 92.8%.[Conclusion]The three diamensional external fixation frame and limited internal fixation is a better method in treating the comminuted fracture of the shaft of humerus.It fits the rule of minimal-invasive-biology. The operation is simple,and the fixation is reliable,the function is satisfactory.

OBJECTIVE:To provide the information of drug-use in SARS for reference.METHODS:123medical charts of inpatients from April20,2003to May31,2003were analyzed,including the kinds and the cost of drugs that have been used.The frequency of drug-use and DUI were calculated from DDD of drugs.The kinds and costs of drugs used for930employees were also analyzed.The drug cost per employee was compared with that per inpatient.RESULTS:4kinds of drugs were abused.The dosage and usage of the other drugs were appropriate.17kinds of main drugs and2kinds of decoctions prepared by our hospital have been used to inpatients,which costed559440yuans in all,4548.29yuans per inpatient.While14kinds of drugs and one kind of decoction against SARS were used to employees,which costed about500000yuans in all,537.6yuans per employee.CONCLUSION:SARS is still an unknown disease.Although most of the dosage and usage of drugs were appropriate in prevention and treatment of SARS,whether the drugs should be used or not is open to question.

Objective To develop a HPLC quantitatively test method of glycyrrhizin, liquiritin and isoliquritigenin simultaneously for licorice. Methods The 67% methanol extracts of licorice powder were analyzed by reverse-phase HPLC on an ODS column, using a gradient elution with a mixture of 1% H3PO4 and acetonitrile. The eluate was monitored by UV absorption at 248, 276, 360 and 370 nm. Results The linear equation of glycyrrhizin was Y =1?106X +16 220, r 2=1. The linear equation of liquiritin was Y= 2?106X+49 444, r 2=0.999 5. The linear equation of isoliquritigenin was Y =1?107X +4.466 7, r 2=1. The recovery rate of glycyrrhizin, liquiritin and isoliquritigenin was 98.01%, 102.63% and 98.18% respectively. Conclusion The method is accurate, stable amd reliable, and can be used to determine the three main chemical contents simultaneously.

Objective To investigate the effect of continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) on seizure frequency in epilepsy patients complicated with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Methods Subjects were divided into CPAP group (20 subjects) and medication group (22 subjects) according to whether they can tolerate CPAP. CPAP group were treated with CPAP combined with antiepileptic drugs. Medication group were treated with antiepileptic drugs alone. Seizure frequency and apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) were compared between groups before and after 4 weeks and 24 weeks of treatment. Results Baseline seizure frequency and apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) were compared between groups(P>0.05). A sig?nificant reduction of seizure frequency was observed in CPAP group after 4 weeks and 24 weeks of treatment compared to that before treatment (P<0.01). In medication group, no significant difference in seizure frequency was noted betweem 4 weeks and 24 weeks after treatment compared to that before treatment(P>0.05). A significant reduction of AHI was ob?served in the CPAP group after 24 weeks of treatment compared to that before treatment (P<0.01), but no change of AHI by treatment was observed in medication group (P>0.05). Conclusion Treatment of OSA in patients complicated with epilep?sy may improve seizure control in short and long term, but longer observation time and more samples are needed for further research.

Eight-weeks old C57BL/6J male mice were treated with normal or high fat diet for4 weeks,and then bone mass,number and activity of osteoclasts,differentiation of osteoblasts from bone marrow mesenchymal cells and the change in lipid genes expression were studied.Compared with the normal diet treated group,bone mass of femur from high fat diet treated animal was decreased,but there were increased number and activity of osteoclasts and raised lipid genes expression levels.Besides,no obvious change was found in differentiation of osteoblasts from bone marrow mesenchymal cells.The loss of bone mass induced with high fat diet in young mice was mainly due to increased activity of osteoclasts and bone resorption.

Pancreatic cancer is one of the most malignant tumors with a high mortality rate attributed to its widespread metastasis.A number of cellular signal transduction pathways involved in multiple genes play an important role in regulating this complex metastatic cascade of pancreatic cancer.NF-kappa B is one of the crucial signaling pathways.Studies has indicated that NF-kappa B could modulate a series of biological events relevant to tumor progress by controlling multiple targeted genes expression,such as cell proliferation,anti-apoptosis,angiogenesis,epithelial-mesenchymal transition,inflammation,stress response,etc.Furthermore,it can also up-regulate Hedgehog and MMPs signaling pathways.To help us better understand the potential mechanism and identify more sensitive tumor markers and selective targets,this review will underline the significant roles of NF-kappa B signaling pathway in regulatory network of pancreatic cancer metastasis.

Objective To understand use of blood pressure-lowering medications and to identify factors contributing to their compliance among hypertensive patients at a community health-care service center under Huairou County Hospital, Beijing to improve community management for hypertensive therapy.Methods Medical records of hypertensive patients who visited Qiaozizhen community health-care service center in Huairou county, Beijing during June 2008 to May 2009 were analyzed and 849 of them were interviewed using a pre-tested, structured questionnaire with most closed ended questions included to understand their use of anti-hypertensive drugs and its related factors. Results In 849 hypertensive patients under community management, 78.92% percent (670/849) took anti-hypertensive drugs, 72.54%percent (486/670) in good compliance with drug treatment, and 29. 63 percent (144/486) under guidance of their general practitioners or visited secondary-care hospitals or above, 62. 14 percent (302/486) took drugs by themselves and 8. 23 percent (40/486) took drugs following advice by their relatives or other hypertensive patients. The most common used drugs in 503 hypertensive patients who could remember names of the drugs included reserpine compound tablets, reserpine and triamterene compound tablets (302/503, 60. 04% ) and calcium-channel blockers ( 181/503,35.98% ). Overall, blood pressure was under control in ( 289/849,34. 04% ) percent of those with community management, and( 189/486, 38. 89% ) percent of them kept in a good compliance, significantly higher than that in those with poor compliance (48/179,26. 82% ) (P =0. 0032). Results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that drug compliance associated mainly with complications of hypertension ( OR of 4. 423 and 95% CI of ORs 2. 141 - 9. 137). Conclusions Drug compliance among hypertensive patients is still poor in rural Beijing, most with reserpine compound tablets.It is necessary to pay more attention to health education among hypertensive patients, particularly about when to start drug-taking and how to take drugs in a scientific way-regularly and complying with physicians'prescription.

Objective To study the clinicopathological features and prognosis of Gastric hepatoid adenocarcinoma (GHA) and aims to guide future clinical practice.Method We retrospectively studied the clinical data of 25 patients with pathologically confirmed GHA who were admitted to our hospital from January 2003 to December 2015.Results There were 19 males and 6 females.The average age was 61.2 years.The clinical manifestations were non-specific.Pathologically,majority of GHA presented with ulcerative type,poor differentiation and extensive vascular cancerous embolus.Preoperative liver metastases were found in 12 patients,and postoperative liver metastases in 15 patients.Conclusions GHA is a special primary gastric adenocarcinoma which possesses both hepatocellular carcinoma-like and adenocarcinoma-like histology.GHA is characterized by a significantly elevated serum AFP and early hepatic metastasis.GHA is therefore often misdiagnosed as primary hepatocellular carcinoma.The main treatment option remains to be surgical resection,and the prognosis is poor.
