As the implementation of national policy which calls for college graduates to work in grassroots posts,it is one of the key and urgent issues in current college employment task to guide and encourage college graduates to work in grassroots posts.By investigating the bachelor graduates' attitude towards working in grassroots posts in Shenyang medical college and analyzing the investigation data,this paper points out influential factors of medical graduates' selection of employment,and comes up with positive and effective countermeasures to promote the grassroots employment of medical graduates.
3.Nursing of patients with gastrointestinal cancer undergoing continuous hyperthermic peritoneal perfusion chemotherapy in the perioperative period

Objective To study the nursing methods of gastrointestinal cancer patients undergoing continuous hyperthermic peritoneal peffusion chemotherapy (CHPPC) in the peri-operative period.Methods A total of 126 patients with gastrointestinal cancer underwent continuous hyperthermic peritoneal perfusion chemotherapy,and nursing care was implemented continuously,comprehensively and individually.Results All of the patients underwent continuous hyperthermic peritoneal perfusion chemotherapy successfully,without any complication occurred.Conclusions Intensive and effective nursing care is helpful to carry out continuous hyperthermic peritoneal perfusion chemotherapy safely,and avoid the complications.
4.Relationship between serum total bile acid and fetal prognosis in patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy

To explore the relationship between serum total bile acid concentration and fetal prognosis in patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP).A total of 131 ICP patients were divided into mild and severe ICP groups according to serum total bile acid concentration.And another 100 normal subjects during the same period were selected as control group.Their medical records and fetal prognoses were analyzed.The serum total bile acid,liver enzyme and lipid concentration of ICP patients were all significantly higher than those of the controls (P < 0.01).The fetal prognoses of ICP patients were significantly different with those of controls (P < 0.05).A high serum level of total bile acid of ICP patients may produce serious adverse effects on fetal prognosis.
5.Three diamensional external fixation frame and limited internal fixation in the treatment of comminuted fracture of the shaft of humerus

[Objective]To explore the curative effect of the three diamen sional external fixation frame and limited internal fixation in treating the comminuted fracture of the shaft of humerus.[Method]Twenty-eight patients of the comminuted fracture of the shaft of humerus were treated from Jan 2000 to May 2006.According to the AO/ASIF,there were 5 cases of the B1 type,3 cases of the B2 type,9 cases of the B3 type,6 cases of the C1 type,4 cases of the C2 type,1 case of the C3 type.All of them were treated by the three diamensional external fixation frame and limited internal fixation of the screws or wires,and all of them were given the reasonable rehabilitation training at 3 day after the operation.The curative effect of the operation,the complications,the fracture healing and the function appraisal were analyzed.[Result]The 28 patients were followed-up for 10~15 months(average 13 months),27 cases had the frature healed and the healing rate was 96.4%.The healing period of the fracture lasted from 12 weeks to 33 weeks,average 19.5 weeks.Only 1 case was not healed.The functions of the shoulder and the elbow were normal,the excellent rate was 92.8%.[Conclusion]The three diamensional external fixation frame and limited internal fixation is a better method in treating the comminuted fracture of the shaft of humerus.It fits the rule of minimal-invasive-biology. The operation is simple,and the fixation is reliable,the function is satisfactory.
6.Design of the temperature control system for the thermostatic medical infusion pump.

In surgery operations, wound should be cleaned with warm sterilized saline solution. In order to reach rapidly warming the washing solution from the room temperature during the surgery, we designed a thermostatic medical infusion pump. The present paper mainly presents researches on the two temperature control methods in the standby mode and in the flushing mode of the system. In the standby mode, the traditional proportional-integral-derivative (PID) control algorithm was adopted. In the flushing mode, dynamic characteristics of the system was changed in real time, which made the thermostatic control process more complex, and the fitted control function combined with the PID control algorithm was adopted in this mode. The temperature control parameters were adjusted in real time according to the initial temperature and the flow rate of the washing solution to obtain a constant temperature of the washing solution, no matter how the initial temperature and the flow rate are changed. The experiment results showed that this kind of control system performed well with a high accuracy.

8.Recognition of liver steatosis degree based on multi-fractal spectrum of type-B ultrasonic image

Objective To develop a recognition method of liver steatosis degree on type-B ultrasonic images based on multi-fractal spectrum texture analysis method and pattern recognition. Methods Features of singularity strength width and multi-spectrum area were extracted from the curve of multi-fractal spectrum of each liver ultrasonic images. These two features and the feature of mean intensity ratio comprised a three-dimensional feature vector, which would be classified by BP neural network. Results The classification accuracy was 96.00% for normal liver, 80.00% for mild fatty liver, 88.00% for moderate fatty liver and 92.00% for severe fatty liver. Conclusion Feature vector combined with BP neural network can identify the steatosis degree of liver on the ultrasonic images and can be used as an assistant diagnostic method.
10.Property analysis of voltage-dependent potassium channel in human peripheral blood lymphocytes and its subset

Objective:To analyse the property of voltage-dependent potassium 〔K(v)〕 channel in healthy people′s peripheral lymphocyte so as to contribute the control for property alteration under some pathological condition,and to try to find the new subset of this channel.Methods:Patch-clamp whole cell recording technique was used.Results:In the recorded 39 cells,activated voltage of the channels was -40.3±2.5 Mv.No inactivation phenomenon appeared under repeated stimulation.The closing time of the channels was 116.3+8.2 ms under the repolarization,and the current could be inhibited by 10 mmol/L TEA.Conclusion:There might be only one type of K(v) channel in human peripheral blood lymphocytes,and its properties quite resumble the type of n K(v) channel in mice.
