Constructing internal quality control system is an important measure to improve teaching quality in the universities.Teaching supervision plays an important role in the teaching quality guaranteeing system.This article introduced and summarized the practice of teaching supervision in Tianjin Medical University including the establishment of three-leveled teaching supervision,emphasis of process management,innovation,significance and achievements of teaching supervision.

Objective To study the effects of nifedipine and mibefradil on the cell proliferation,apoptosis,migration on the HEC-1 A in vitro and also study the mRNA and protein expression levels of the calcium channel alpha1 D( Cav1.3 ) and calcium channel alpha1G (Cav3.1 ) to discuss the effects of the calcium antagonists on the mechanisms of the endometrial carcinoma.Methods ( 1 ) Add 10 μmol/L nifedipine and mibefradil at 15 minutes before adding 10 μmol/L 17β-estradiol( 17β-E2 ) and 100 μmol/L b-estradiol-6-(O-carboxymethyl) oxime(E2-BSA) to the HEC-1A in different time including 0,5,15,30,60,120 minutes.Then the changes of mRNA and protein were detected by reverse transcripiton( RT)-PCR and western-blot.(2)Add 1.25,2.5,5,10,20,40,80,100 μmol/L nifedipine and mibefradil to the HEC-1 A at 24,48,96 hours to detect the cell proliferation by 3-( 4,5 )-dimethylthiahiazo (-z-y1)-3,5-diphenytetrazoliumromide (MTT) method.(3) Add 10 μmol/L nifedipine and mibefradil to the HEC-1A,then detect the apoptosis at 0 minute,30 minutes,1 hour,6 hours,24 hours and migration in vitro at 36 hours with transwell methods.Results ( 1 ) After the pretreated effect of the nifedipine before 17β-E2,the mRNA express of Cav1.3 genes was lowest at 15 minutes,and returned to the control level after 30 minutes.The protein level didn't change very much in 30 minutes,but rose after 60 minutes.The Cav3.1 genes mRNA express was lowest at 5 minutes,rose at 30 minutes and returned to the 0 minute level gradually.(2) After the pretreated effect of the nifedipine before E2-BSA,the Cav1.3 genes mRNA was lowest at 5 minutes and returned at 15 minutes.The protein level rose gradually in 15 minutes but reduced after 15 minutes.The Cav3.1 mRNA and protein level were reduced at every time point.(3) After the pretreated effect of the mibefradil before 17β-E2,there was no change of mRNA expression of Cav1.3 genes.The protein level rose at 15 and 60 minutes,there was no change in any other time.The Cav3.1 genes mRNA were gradually reduced and the protein level rose at 15 minutes,and there was no change in any other times.(4) After the pretreated effect of the mibefradil before E2-BSA,the mRNA and protein of Cav1.3 levels were reduced after 15 minutes.There was no mRNA expression of Cav3.1,while the protein level was lowest at 15 minutes.(5)Nifedipine and mibefradil affected HEC-1A proliferation depended on the different concentration and interval time points.There was significant difference than those in control group ( P ＜ 0.05 ).( 6 ) There were statistical differences in apoptosis rate after adding nifedipine ( P ＜ 0.05 ),while rose at mibefradil treated the same time ( 24 hours:8.41 ± 0.07,0 minute:3.74 ± 0.18 ; P ＜ 0.05 ).(7) The numbers of stained cells after both nifedipine and mibefradil treated reduced more than control group.Conclusions ( 1 ) Nifedipine and mibefradil could inhibit both the effect of the estrogen on the L-type and T-type calcium channel in short time,meanwhile the mibefradil effects last long time. (2) The inhibited effect of the mibefradil on the proliferation,apoptosis and migration of HEC-1A cells in vitro is more significant than that by nifedidipine.

Objective: To study the relationship between mental health and achievement motivation of teachers.Methods: 322 high school teachers completed SCL-90 and Achievement Motivation Scale.Results: The percent of high-score teachers with at least one SCL-90 subscale scored more than 3 is more than 5%.There is obvious correlation between the score of SCL-90 and the AMS's.Conclusion: The high level of achievement-seeking or the high level of failure-avoiding is harmful to the mental health of teachers.

ObjectiveTo investigate the role of iNOS in the middle and late stage of pulmonary hypertension (PH) and the effect of L-Arginine(L-Arg) on these stage.MethodsThirty healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into five groups.All rats except those in control group were injected intraperitoneally (ip) with a single dose (50 mg/kg) of MCT to induce PH.Then the L3 and L5 groups were injected ip with 500 mg/kg L-Arg daily for 3 weeks and 5weeks respectively,the M3 and M5groups received a daily ip injection of the same amount of saline as L-Arg for 3 weeks and 5 weeks respectively; the same amount of saline was injected ip daily in control group for 5 weeks.Right ventricular systolic pressure(RVSP) was measured before lungs were excised for immunohistochemistry at the end of experiments. ResultsThe expressions of iNOS and elastin in M3 and M5 were higher compared to the control group,but L-Arg partly reduced the expressions of iNOS and elastin both at 3weeks and 5 weeks post-MCT.The reduction of eNOS expression in L3 and L5 groups were lower compared to M3 and M5 groups,but the eNOS expression in L3 and L5 groups were still lower than control group.ConclusionDuring the middle and late stage of PH,the expression of eNOS was decreased.The expression of iNOS was induced,which would produce numerous NO.However,these NO had no benefit on the development of PH.L-Arg could restore the balance of eNOS and iNOS,and could inhibit the development of PH,which may provide a new clues to explore the pathogenesis and treatment of PH.

Objective To optimize technology of three can group dynamic countercurrent extraction process of ferulic acid from Angelicae Sinensis Radix.Methods The content of ferulic acid was determined by HPLC. With content of ferulic acid as index, comprehensive test was used to investigate effect of extraction solvent and extraction time on extraction efficiency.Results The optimum process parameters were as follows:extraction solvent with 10 times of water;20 minutes for each extraction time.Conclusion The process which uses method of three can group of dynamic countercurrent extraction of ferulic acid from Angelicae Sinensis Radix is reliable, highly efficient and energy saving.

Objective:To analyze the drug use in a patient with Crohn’ s disease and provide relevant pharmaceutical service by clinical pharmacists. Methods:Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of the patient. The medication was analyzed according to the check results and diagnosis and treatment process, and relevant pharmaceutical service was provided for the patient and nurses. Results: Through the participation in the patient treatment and health education for the patient and nurses performed by clinical pharmacists, the patient was recovered and discharged. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacist participating in pharmaceutical service can promote rational drug use in clinics.

Objective To survey the status of clinical isolates multi-drug resistant Enterobacteriaceae produ-cing KPC carbapenemase in Huizhou city of Guangdong Province .Methods 81 strains of multi-drug resistant Enter-obacteriaceae were collectded from 2009 to 2011 in Huizhou region.Modified Hodge test(MHT) was used to screen stains which may produce carbapenemase , modified three-dimensional test was used to detect ESBLs , AmpC and MBLs.Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and gene sequencing methods were performed to confirm KPC genotypes . Results Of 81 strains multi-drug resistant enterobacteriaceae ,13 of which had passitive results were screened by modified Hodge test ,including 7 strains of Enterobacter cloacae ,4 strains of Klebsiella pneumonia and 2 strains of Escherichia coli;By modified three-dimensional test ,9 strains produced MBLs ,2 strains produced ESBLs ,1 strain pro-duced AmpC ,1 strain produced ESBLs and AmpC at the same time .KPC was amplified from a strain of Klebsiella pneumonia which produce ESBLs by PCR ,KPC-2 genetype was identified by gene sequencing .Conclusion Klebsiel-la pneumonia with KPC–2 carbapenemase has emerged in huizhou city ,but the production of metallo-beta-lactamase is the main cause that Enterobacteriaceae resist to carbapenemase drugs .

Objective To probe into the current services and outcomes of township hospitals following their transformation, and their future positioning of functionality. Methods Pinpointing townships A, B and C as samples from a district in Beijing, in which field surveys were made in the township hospitals to learn their services, service provision methods and outcomes. Results Among the current services provided by these three hospitals, those of public health and primary healthcare nature in hospital A account for 50% each; those in hospital B account for 70% and 30% respectively; those in hospital C account for 60% and 40% respectively. Recommendable services provided in these hospitals include universal coverage of medical files, management of infectious diseases, public health emergency management, and immunization. Conclusion Township hospitals as the center of the 3-tier rural health service network, deserve a repositioning of their functionality to fit the health needs of residents at large.

Objective To explore the expression of ErbB3 in osteosarcoma cell lines Saos-2 and its significance.Methods Real-time quantitative PCR was used to detected ErbB3 mRNA expression in osteosarcoma cell lines Saos-2 and normal human osteoblasts cell lines N704,and Western blotting was used to detected ErbB3 protein expression.Short hairpin RNA was used to construct ErbB3 knockdown cells and the cell count in 0-3 d was detected.The 48 h survival rates of ErbB3 knockdown cells and normal Saos-2 cells were detected in the presence of 0-100 μmol/L paclitaxel.Results Real-time quantitative PCR showed significant enhanced ErbB3 mRNA expression in Saos-2 cells compared with N704 [(4.15 ± 0.04) times,t =7.31,P ＜0.05],and Western blotting showed significant enhanced ErbB3 expression in Saos-2 cells compared with N704.As compared with normal Saos-2 cells,ErbB3 knockdown could reduce the Saos-2 cells proliferation,at the first three days in culture,the Saos-2 cell number of ErbB3 silent was (22.2 ± 2.9) thousand,and the control was (45.8 ± 4.1) thousand,with statistical significance (t =8.23,P ＜ 0.05).Moreover,ErbB3 knockdown could reduce the Saos-2 cells tolerance to paclitaxel,when treated with 20 μmol/L paclitaxel,surviving cells in ErbB3 silent group was (43.2 ± 4.7) ％,and the control was (61.4 ± 5.9) ％,with statistical significance (t =6.74,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion ErbB3 highly expresses in Saos-2 cells,ErbB3 expression can enhance the proliferation of Saos-2 cells and the tolerance of Saos-2 cells to paclitaxel.

Objective To explore the clinical application value of blood routine examination in judgment of the activity of inflammatory bowel diseases.Methods 102 patients with inflammatory bowel disease were selected as the main research objects,60 healthy persons in the same period were selected as the control group,all of the subjects were received routine testing of blood,C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate,and the relationships between disease and blood routine indexes were compared.Results In UC group,the PLT,WBC RDW index levels of remission were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t =6.75,8.21,5.73,all P ＜0.05).In patients with UC,the HGB,HCTand MPV index levels were lower than those in the remission patients and the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t =8.12,11.03,6.72,9.35,10.23,8.71,all P ＜0.05).But the PLT index was higher than that of patients in remission,the RDW and WBC indexes were higher than those in the control group and the remission period,there were statistically significant differences (t =7.59,8.51,6.03,all P ＜ 0.05).The routine blood indexes of the relief patients of CD group had significant differences compared with the control group(t =6.17,7.29,9.01,10.35,8.27,7.69,8.01,9.91,allP ＜ 0.05),the HCT,MCV,HGB and MPV indexes were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (t =9.01,10.35,8.27,9.9i,all P ＜ 0.05),the WBC,PLT,N and RDW indexes were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (t =6.17,7.29,7.69,8.01,all P ＜ 0.05).In UC group,the HGB,HCT,MCV and MPV indexes were lower than those in the remission patients and the control group,there were statistically significant differences(t =8.19,6.97,7.53,9.02,all P ＜ 0.05).But the PLT,RDW,WBC and N indexes were higher than those in the remission patients and the control group,the differences were statistically significant (t =9.81,7.94,8.36,7.61,P ＜ 0.05).In the active patients of CD group,the WBC and N indexes were significantly higher than those of UC group,the differences were statistically significant (t =8.15,9.07,all P ＜ 0.05).In the remission patients of CD group,the PLT index was significandy higher than that in the remission patients of UC group,the difference was statistically significant (t =10.35,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Indexes of blood routine has obvious significance in activity of inflammatory bowel disease,and it is significant correlation with inflammation index,which can be used as one of the routine clinical method to determine the activity of inflammatory bowel diseases.
