Objective To analyze the effect of carboprost methylate suppository combined with romethamine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in contractions fatigue.Methods 120 cases of postpartum hemorrhage contractions fatigue were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given carboprost methylate suppository treatment,the observation group was given romethamine com-bined with carboprost methylate suppository.The 2h,12h postpartum blood loss,clinical treatment effect and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the hemostatic time of the observation group shortened,postpartum haemorrhage amount within 2h and postnatal within 12h blood loss of the observation group were reduced,the differences were statistically significant (t=4.56,5.92,6.12,all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%,which was significantly lower than 91.67% of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =6.12,P <0.05 ).Compared with the control group,the incidence rates of digestive tract symptoms,disposable blood pressure fluctuations,facial blushing,puerperal infection in the observation group were lower,the differences were statistically significant (χ2 =4.71,4.98,4.34,5.43,all P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of carboprost methylate suppository combined with romethamine in the the treatment of contractions fatigue postpartum hemorrhage is remarkable,with less postpartum haemorrhage amount, better treatment effect,low incidence of adverse reactions and higher security.

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of combining auricular and routine acupuncture for peripheral facial paralysis in acute stage. Methods:A total of 60 eligible cases were randomly allocated into a treatment group (n=30) and a control group (n=30). Cases in treatment group received auricular and routine acupuncture, whereas cases in the control group received routine acupuncture alone. Both groups were treated for 10 d. Results:The recovery rate was 73.3% in the treatment group and 53.3% in the control group, showing a statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Combining auricular and routine acupuncture is effective for peripheral facial paralysis in acute stage and has a better effect than routine acupuncture.

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D).
Methods: A total of 60 IBS-D patients were randomly allocated into a treatment group and a control group, 30 in each group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture combined with ginger and salt-partitioned moxibustion on Shenque (CV 8), whereas patients in the control group only received acupuncture treatment. Six days made up a course of treatment, and the clinical effects were statistically analyzed after 4 courses.
Results: The overall response rate in the treatment group was 96.7%, versus 76.7% in the control group, showing a statistical significance (P<0.05). In the intra-group comparison of the symptom scores after treatment, there were statistical differences in both groups (both P<0.01), and in the inter-group comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with ginger and salt-partitioned moxibustion on Shenque (CV 8) can obtain better effect for ISB-D than acupuncture alone.

Objective To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on lupus encephalopathy and its influence on serum CRP and renal function.Methods 100 patients with lupus encephalopathy were selected and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the digital table.The control group was treated with routine therapy.The observation group was given hyperbaric oxygen therapy and routine therapy.The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared and the changes of CRP level and the improvement of renal function before and after treatment were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 68.00% of the control group (χ2=13.279,P=0.000).After treatment for 3d,5d,7d,the CRP levels of the observation group were (17.53±1.58)μg/mL,(14.59±1.52)μg/mL,(9.39±1.01)μg/mL,respectively,which were significantly lower than those of the control group[(20.48±1.78)μg/mL,(18.49±1.32)μg/mL,(13.24±1.13)μg/mL],the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05).After treatment,the blood urea nitrogen (BUN),serum creatinine (SCr) of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (t=12.069,15.203,P=0.000,0.000).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen exerts significant effect in treatment of lupus encephalopathy can improve symptoms,promote the recovery of CRP levels,relieve renal function,and has clinical significance.

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus TDP (specific electromagnetic treatment apparatus) and auricular point sticking in treating chronic pelvic infection.MethodSixty patients diagnosed with chronic pelvic infection were randomized into two groups. Thirty cases in the treatment group were intervened by acupuncture plus TDP and auricular point sticking, while the other 30 in the control group were by acupuncture plus TDP, 10 d as a treatment course in both groups, and the therapeutic efficacies were compared after 3 courses.ResultThe total effective rate was 96.7% in the treatment group versus 83.3% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionAcupuncture plus TDP and auricular point sticking can produce a marked therapeutic efficacy in treating chronic pelvic infection, and its total effective rate is higher than that of acupuncture plus TDP.

BACKGROUND: Ceramic crown porcelain fracture is wide in clinic. The method of repairing single crown porcelain fracture is simple and effective, but it is difficult for ceramic fixed bridge, especially individual teeth porcelain fracture on the long bridge. There is no report concerning prosthesis of partial crown with aperture of neighboring surface. OBJECTIVE: To lessen suffering and economic burden of the patient with cracking of porcelain on the fixed bridge, to decrease the chanciness and manufacture procedure of removing the porcelain fixed bridge, to discuss the feasibility of prosthesis of partial crown with aperture of neighouring surface.METHODS: By preparing tooth at damaged pontic or retainer of the porcelain fixed bridge in oral, shaping "core" retention form which analogy "keyway" form at both of retainers, and then make the porcelain partial crown with aperture of neighboring surface. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: We followed up 27 patients that porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM) with cracking of porcelain using partial crown with aperture of neighboring surface to repairing for 2-3 years. The prosthesis was strong; the edge of prosthesis was close together, without exposing metal or cracking of porcelain, gingival had no redness at the edge of crown and pontic. Patients feel good, chewing was normal. These suggested that the prosthesis of partial crown with aperture of neighboring surface is an effective method for restoring the fixed bridge with cracking of porcelain, with less risk, low cost and simple operation.

Objective To investigate the effects of nutritional risk on incidence of pressure ulcer in hospitalized elderly patients,and to provide a basis for medical staff to carry out effective preventive measures.Methods Nutritional Risk Screening 2002 (NRS-2002) and nutrition index were applied in 150 elderly patients in the department of neurology for screening and evaluation of nutritional risk.Then the effect of nutritional risk on incidence of pressure ulcer in elderly patients was analyzed.Results 86 cases with nutritional risk and 64 cases without nutritional risk were found.The incidence of pressure ulcer was 16.67％ and 42.67％ respectively.The comparison was made among hemoglobin,serum albumin,pre-albu-min and total lymphocyte count,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups.The incidence of pressure ulcer in elderly patients with nutritional risk was 6.99 times higher than those without nutritional risk.Conclusions To given nutritional risk screening,active and reasonable nutritional support plan to hospitalized elderly patients can reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer.

Objective To evaluate efficacy of thymopentin combined with ceftriaxone on patients with early syphilis serum fixation.Methods A total of 108 patients with early syphilis serum fixation were chosen and divided into observation group and control group by the number of tables (54 cases in each group).The control group were underwent conventional sodium penicillin with benzathine with nursing treatment,the observation group were treated with ceftriaxone thymopentin combined with nursing treatment,changes in the relevant indicators before and after treat-ment were observed.Results After treatment,IL -2,IL -10 and other indicators in the observation group were improved compared to the control group[IL -2:the control group before treatment (20.8 ±4.9)μg/L,after treatment (42.7 ±7.3)μg/L;the observation group before treatment(19.8 ±5.1)μg/L,after treatment (54.6 ±8.3)μg/L;IL -10:the control group before treatment (76.3 ±16.1)μg/L,after treatment (51.3 ±5.4)μg/L;the observation group before treatment(78.3 ±4.1)μg/L,after treatment(23.8 ±5.1)μg/L],the differences of the two groups after treatment were statistically significant (t =3.923,8.832,all P <0.05);after treatment,the RPR negative rates of the observation group at 3,6,12 months after treatment(72.2%,85.2%,96.3%)was significantly higher than those of the control group(53.7%,57.4%,63.0%),the differences were statistically significant (χ2 =4.932,11.372, 22.842,all P <0.05);the efficacy of the observation group at 3,6,12 months after treatment(75.9%,79.6%, 75.9%)were significantly better than those of the control group (72.2%,64.8%,57.4%),the differences were statistically significant (χ2 =5.232,6.183,all P <0.05 ).Conclusion Thymopentin combined with ceftriaxone treatment of early syphilis can significantly improve its fixed immunological parameters,which coordinated with nursing measures can strengthen patient care awareness,then the efficacy will be better,so it is worthy of clinical further promotion.

To explore a method of identifying myocardial capillaries and to use it to observe the effects of ischemic preconditioning on the myocardial capillaries. Anesthetized open chest dogs in ischemic preconditioning (IP) group ( n =6) were subjected to 5min ischemia and 5min reperfusion for 4 cycles before 1 hour of left descending coronary artery (LDA) occlusion followed by 2 hours of reperfusion, while in the ischemia reperfusion (IR) group ( n =6) they were only subjected to 1 hour occlusion followed by 2 hour reperfusion. Myocardial samples in ischemic area were obtained to display capillaries by silver hexamethylenetetramine staining, and their quantitative analysis was conducted by imaging analyzing system. Two growps were then compared. The results showed that myocardial capillaries were clearly shown by silver hexamethylenetetramine, and it revealed that the numerical points density, numerical perimeter density and numerical profile density of myocardial capillaries in ischemic region were obviously increased in IP group compared with IR group. The results suggested the method to identify myocardial capillaries by silver hexamethylenetetramine was reliable and practical, and IP could protect the myocardial capillaries from the damage of ischemia reperfusion.

Objective:To investigate the correlation between plasma concentration and effective dose of tacrolimus in the treatment of membranous nephropathy. Methods: Totally 41 patients with membranous nephropathy were given tacrolimus combined with hor-mone at low dose. The valley plasma concentration of tacrolimus was detected using a homogeneous enzyme multiplied immunoassay method. According to the changes of 24-hour urine protein,serum albumin and kidney function, the clinical efficacy was evaluated. The correlation between curative effect and plasma concentration and dosage of tacrolimus in the treatment of membranous nephropathy was analyzed. Results:The plasma concentration of tacrolimus was (7. 47 ± 2. 74) ng·ml-1 and the dosage of administration was (0.047 ±0.007)mg·kg-1·d-1 in complete remission group, that in partial remission group respectively was (5.72 ±1.19)ng· ml-1 and(0.049 ±0.008)mg·kg-1·d-1, and that in non-remission group was respectively (3.30 ±1.08 )ng·ml-1 and (0.052 ± 0. 01)mg·kg-1·d-1. Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of tacrolimus in the treatment of membranous nephropathy has close rela-tionship with the plasma concentration,and that is promising when the plasma concentration within the range of (5. 10-9. 32) ng· ml-1 . The plasma concentration of tacrolimus isn't increased with the dosage increase in some patients.
