OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy and safety of atorvastatin in the treatment of hypertension with unstable angi-na. METHODS:80 patients with hypertension with unstable angina were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. All patients were given anti-platelet aggregation and other conventional treatment;based on it,control group was orally treated with Amlodipine besylate tablet 5 mg,once a day+Metoprolol tartrate controlled-release tablet 25 mg,twice a day+Isosorbide dini-trate injection 10 ml by intravenous infusion,twice a day;treatment group was additionally treated with Atorvastatin calcium tablet 20 mg,orally,qd. 3 months was a treatment course,and it lasted 6 courses. Clinical efficacy,and systolic blood pressure,diastol-ic blood pressure,angina frequency and duration,changes of TC,TG,LDL,HDL levels before and after treatment and adverse reac-tions in 2 groups were observed. RESULTS:Total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in 2 groups were significantly lower or shorter than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),however,there was no signifi-cant difference between 2 groups(P>0.05);angina frequency and duration were significantly lower than before,and treatment group was lower than control group,TC,TG and LDL in treatment group were significantly lower than before and control group, HDL was higher than before and control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant dif-ference between before and after treatment in control group(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the adverse reactions between 2 groups(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Based on the conventional treatment, atorvastatin can effectively reduce the long-term angina frequency and duration of patients with hypertension with unstable angina,improve the ischemia myocardial and reduce the lipid levels with good safety.

Objective To investigate clinical effect of collagen dressing in treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis.Methods 107 patients were divided randomly into treatment group and control group.53 cases of control group were given citrate desloratadine,ompound glycyrrhizin tablets, 0.3% tacrolimus ointment, cod liver oil ointment for 4 weeks.54 cases of treatment group were given collagen dressing 25 minutesper night, based on control group.After 4 weeks of drug treatment,treatment group continued to be given collagen dressing once every other night, control group were given cod liver oil ointment twice a day, morning and night.Both groups continued to observe for 12 weeks, at the same time, 0.3% tacrolimus ointment was given once every other day.Compared effect of two groups in the short-term and long-term.Results There were no significant differences in symptom scores between the two groups pre-treatment; compared with pre-treatment,the symptom scores were decreased(P<0.05).Compared with control group, the symptoms of treatment group were lower than that of treatment group(P<0.05).Compared with control group, the clinical total effective rate was higher than treatment group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion The collagen dressing can improve the facial treatment of hormone-dependent dermatitis.

Methods 2 patients with serious organophosphorus-induced delayed neuropathy due to drinking tamaron and dichlorvos were reported. Results and Conclusion The patient partially recovered after physiotherapy. Long leg orthosis is beneficial to the functional recovery of lower limb.

ObjectiveTo explore the contrast-enhanced ultrasonography features of postpartum placenta implantation and its clinical value in diagnosis of postpartum placenta implantation.MethodsBetween April 2009 and May 2013, twelve patients with clinically suspected placenta implantation underwent contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in Hubei Maternal and Child Health Hospital. The location and extent of intrauterine lesions and perfusion features of contrast agent were observed. The contrast-enhanced ultrasonography features of postpartum placenta implantation were analyzed and compared with postoperative pathological diagnosis.ResultsIn twelve patients with placenta implantation, eleven showed enhancement. Only one lesion showed no enhancement, which was diagnosed as placental degeneration and calcification on postoperative pathology. One case was placenta adhesions conifrmed by postoperative pathological diagnosis, which presented with a hyperenhanced lesion in uterine cavity with a clear boundary to myometrium. Six cases were placenta implantation confirmed by postoperative pathological diagnosis, which presented with a residual placenta surrounded with extremely thin or evendiscontinuous uterine serosa. Five cases were placenta penetration confirmed by postoperative pathological diagnosis, which presented with a residual placenta penetrating the uterine serosa and contrast agent spilling out. All cases in this study were cured by operation.ConclusionsContrast-enhanced ultrasound could diagnose placenta implantation via the difference of tissue perfusion. The lesion of placenta implantation showed enhancement after injection of contrast agent. If discontinuous uterine serosa and contrast agent spilling was observed, placenta penetrating uterine serosa should be considered. Contrast-enhanced ultrasound has important clinical value in diagnosing postpartum placenta implantation and observing postoperative recovery processes of uterine rupture.

Objective To explore the complications of augmentation mammoplasty by polyacrylamide hydrogel (PAHG) injection and their management.Methods Preoperatively,174 patients underwent breast ultrasound image,and some patients received magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to ascertain the distribution of injected PAHG.We used the periareolar incision and dissection extended to the subcutaneous tissue,mammary gland,and subgland space.We were able to suck most of the gel by the negative pressure machine and remove the abnormal breast tissue.The secondary breast deformity was repaired with subpectoral placement of silicone mammary implants (48 cases immediately,39 cases secondarily after 3-6 months) according to the individual situation.Results Following-up for 3 to 6 months,most of their symptoms were relieved after removal of the polyacrylamide hydrogel.In the patients who were performed with the implants augmentation mammoplasty,77 cases gained satisfactory results on the shape and texture of the breast (44.3％),and 10 cases were not satisfied with texture of the breast (5.7％).79 cases appeared breast atrophy or flat chest (45.4％).The severe breast deformities occurred in 8 cases (4.6％).Conclusions PAHG should be removed with surgical operation as soon as possible.The open operative technique via periareolar incisions may be a better method for the patients.The breast reconstruction is performed with implants prosthesis for those who are suitable and willing after removal of PAHG.

Objective To explore the methods and significance of section of multiple fibroadeno mas of breast with better incision.Methods From may 2005 to December 2014,21 cases were per formed by removing multiple fibroadenomas of breast with a new incision.Preoperatively,the diag nostic work-up included clinical examination,breast ultrasonography and/or mammography.A new approach,for removing of multiple fibroadenomas of the breast with the incision in periareolar site,was used in our hospital.All palpable breast lumps were excised with this approach through which the fibroadenomas were removed as a whole unit.Then,the breast cavity were irrigated with normal saline solution,and strict haemostasis of the bed was done by electrocautery.If the resulted cavity was larger,interrupted sutures should be performed with the absorbable stitches;otherwise,it was unnecessary.The skin wound was sutured to the deepithelialized area with Vicryl 5-0 (Ethicon).Results There were 21 cases,who underwent surgery using the described technique through which 95 lumps (0.5 cm× 0.5 cm-6.0 cm× 5.0 cm) were removed and included in the study.All patients' resected tumor specimens were pathologically confirmed as fibroadenoma.No major complications were encountered in any of the patients.The incision was well concealed by the dome of the nipple and the areolar pigmented and corrugated skin.Both doctors and patients were satisfied with postoperative aesthetic effect of the incision scar.Conclusions The incision in periareolar site for excision of multiple fibroadenomatas results in minimal scarring and a better appearance than that can be achieved with traditional methods.This technique,which can improve the aesthetic outcome of breast surgery,should be performed when feasible.

Objective To explore the feature and rehabilitation of ataxia post 5 times recurrence of hemangioblastoma. Methods A case was reviewed combined with literatures. Results The patient presented cerebellar ataxia after 5 times recurrence of hemangioblastoma. The score of Fugl-Meyer Assessment of balance increased from 4 to 13, while the modified Barthel Index from 50 to 90 after 3 months of rehabilitation. Conclusion Rehabilitation may improve the activeties of daily living and balance for patient with ataxia after multiple recurrences of hemangioblastoma.

Objective To explore the enhancement effects and mechanisms of IL-32β on human cervical carcinoma cells C33A to hypoxic/hypoglycemic condition.Methods After cultured in hypoxia/hypoglycemic circumstance and normal circumstance for 20 hours respectively, the mRNA and protein expression of IL-32β in C33A cells were detected by real time-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and Western blotting respectively.Trypan blue stain was used to detect C33A cells viability in hypoxia/hypoglycemic circumstance and adding 10, 100,500 ng/ml IL-32β circumstance.The xenografted tumor of nude mice was established by intraperitoneal injection, and their volumes were tested for a given time after injecting 0, 1.0 mg/kg IL-32β.siRNA was used to construct IL-32β knockdown cells and detect the expression of VEGF.Results Under the hypoxia/hypoglycemic circumstance, the expressions of IL-32β mRNA were (6.12 ± 0.03) times of the normal circumstance (F =43.16, P ＜ 0.05), the expressions of IL-32β protein were (2.23 ± 0.04) times of the normal circumstance (F =22.32, P ＜ 0.05).The C33A cells viability in hypoxia/hypoglycemic circumstance was (51.92 ± 3.41) ％, whereas, viability in 10 ng/ml IL-32β group was (55.23 ± 3.92) ％ (F =14.25, P ＜ 0.05), viability in 100 ng/ml IL-32β group was (62.52 ± 4.14) ％ (F =35.53, P ＜ 0.01), viability in 500 ng/ml IL-32β group was (69.14 ± 2.45) ％ (F =56.28, P ＜ 0.01).After 28 days, the volume of xenografted tumor of 0 mg/kg IL-32β group was (578 ± 64)mm3, and 1.0 mg/kg IL-32β group up to (1 402 ± 142) mm3 (F =27.84, P ＜ 0.01).In addition, compared with control group, the expression of VEGF in IL-32β knockdown C33A cells was significantly decreased (F =36.85, P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion IL-32β can enhance the resistance to hypoxic/hypoglycemic condition of C33A cells, which is associated with the increase of VEGF.
