1.Changes of the concentration of serum total bile acid in essential hypertension
Clinical Medicine of China 2001;0(08):-
Objective To investigate the role of total bile acid (TBA) in pathogenesis of essential hypertension. Methods The concentration of serum TBA was measured by enzymatic method in 127 cases including 30 healthy controls,21 secondary hypertensive patients and 76 essential hypertensive patients. Results There was a significant increase of TBA in essential hypertensive group compared with that of control group and secondary hypertension (P 0.05) .In essential hypertensive group, the levels of TBA in grade 3 hypertension were higher than that of grade 1 hypertension (P0.05).Conclusion The abnormal increasing of TBA may play a role in pathogenesis of essential hypertension.

Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 2001;0(05):-
Objective To explore the possible immunological mechanism of laminarin sulfate in the prevention of experimental atherosclerosis. Methods Serum soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL-2R) , circulating immuno-complex, sub units of T lymphocyte, inter leukin-6(IL-6) , in-terleukin-8(IL-8), tumor necrosis factor-a (TNF-a) and lipid metabolism were determined by ELISA, RIA in rats and quails. Results The lipid metabolism and immunologic function were prominent disturbance in animals after feeding with high-lipid food. However, Laminarin sulfate has obvious regulating effects on above-mentioned index. Conclusions The mechanism of laminarin sulfate in the prevention of atherosclerosis might be closely related to the regulation of the disturbance of lipid metabolism and to the regulation of the immunologic function of the body.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2009;15(5):483-484
Objective To explore the features and rehabilitation for organophosphate-induced delayed polyneuropathy. Methods 2 patients with serious organophosphorus-induced delayed neuropathy due to drinking tamaron and dichlorvos were reported. Results and Conclusion The patient partially recovered after physiotherapy. Long leg orthosis is beneficial to the functional recovery of lower limb.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2015;(1):96-99
Objective To explore the feature and rehabilitation of ataxia post 5 times recurrence of hemangioblastoma. Methods A case was reviewed combined with literatures. Results The patient presented cerebellar ataxia after 5 times recurrence of hemangioblastoma. The score of Fugl-Meyer Assessment of balance increased from 4 to 13, while the modified Barthel Index from 50 to 90 after 3 months of rehabilitation. Conclusion Rehabilitation may improve the activeties of daily living and balance for patient with ataxia after multiple recurrences of hemangioblastoma.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2011;17(8):782-784
Objective Rehabilitation medicine has made much progress with a late start, and it requires a lot of knowledge and high operatingskills. The research about teaching and evaluation of the rehabilitation theory and practice is still in lack at present. This research reviewsthe development of taxonomy of educational objectives, and discusses the effect in rehabilitation curriculum applying the newthree-dimension objective model in China. Methods Aiming the rehabilitation students enrolled in college in 2005, this research analyzingquestionnaires and test scores in the end of one term to evaluate the Rehabilitation medicine teaching effect using three-dimension objectivemodel. Results The result of questionnaires and test scores in the end of the term shows most of the students' learning interest, self-learningability and clinical practice skills enhanced by the three-dimension objective model. Conclusion The three-dimension objective model issuitable for rehabilitation teaching, which helps choosing the teaching strategies with the teachers and the learning efficiency with the students.

Objective To study the clinicopathological features and prognosis of Gastric hepatoid adenocarcinoma (GHA) and aims to guide future clinical practice.Method We retrospectively studied the clinical data of 25 patients with pathologically confirmed GHA who were admitted to our hospital from January 2003 to December 2015.Results There were 19 males and 6 females. The average age was 61.2 years. The clinical manifestations were non-specific.Pathologically,majority of GHA presented with ulcerative type, poor differentiation and extensive vascular cancerous embolus.Preoperative liver metastases were found in 12 patients, and postoperative liver metastases in 15 patients. Conclusions GHA is a special primary gastric adenocarcinoma which possesses both hepatocellular carcinoma-like and adenocarcinoma-like histology.GHA is characterized by a significantly elevated serum AFP and early hepatic metastasis.GHA is therefore often misdiagnosed as primary hepatocellular carcinoma. The main treatment option remains to be surgical resection, and the prognosis is poor.

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation on POEMS syndrome during sequel period. Methods Two cases of POEMS syndrome with multiple peripheral nerve injury as the main manifestation received physical therapy, occupational therapy, acupuncture, surface electromyography biofeedback and other comprehensive rehabilitation treatment. Results After treatment, the muscle strength, trunk balance, standing balance ability, activities of daily living (ADL) improved. The score of Berg Balance Scale increased from 18 to 28 in the first case, the modified Bathel Index increased from 55 to 70 in the second case. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation can improve the function of patients with POEMS syndrome during sequel period, and surface electromyography biofeedback plays an im-portant role.
