1.Current situation and analysis of misdiagnosis of osteonecrosis of the femoral head
Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(05):-
[Objective] Domestic literatures on misdiagnosis of osteonecrosis of femoral head(OFH)in the past 15 years are reviewed to distinguish OFH from other 9 similar diseases. The symptoms in early, middle and late stages of OFH are similar to other diseases, which is easy to be misdiagnosed as OFH.Pathological changes in different hip joint diseases have different specific performances.Careful and discriminative diagnosis is important in clinical practice.
2.Application of popular scientific brochure with pictures in health education on infant vulvovaginitis
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2011;27(16):9-11
Objective The study aims to assess the health education effects of popular scientific brochure with pictures on infant vulvovaginitis. Methods Parents of female child outpatients aged 0~5 years old with vulvovaginitis of our hospital were selected for health education, mainly about how to prevent vulvovaginitis. Popular scientific brochure with pictures was designed for use. Eighty six parents of female child patients aged 0~5 with vulvovaginitis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 43 people in each group. In the control group, health brochures were issued and face-to-face guidance were carried out. In the observation group, popular scientific brochures with pictures were issued and faceto-face guidance were carried out Phone call investigations were done 4-8 weeks after issuing of education materials. Results Awareness rate, vulvovaginitis cure rate of their female child and satisfaction rate to education method of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group. Conclusions Health education guidance in form of popular scientific brochure with pictures can get more satisfactory effects.
3.Clinical efficacy of oxaliplatin-based systemic chemotherapy in treating advanced hepatocellular carcinoma:a com-parative study of two regimens
Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2014;30(12):1337-1340
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and toxicity of oxaliplatin (OXA)-based systemic chemotherapy in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Methods Thirty patients with advanced HCC admitted to our hospital from June 2009 to June 2013 were randomly divided into CapeOX group (15 patients, treated with OXA and capecitabine or CAP)and FOLFOX group (15 pa-tients,treated with OXA and calcium folinate or CF,followed by fluorouracil or 5 -FU).The therapeutic effects were evaluated after two cycles of treatment using the Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST 1 .1 ).Assessment criteria included overall response rate (OR),time to tumor progression (TTP),and overall survival (OS)analyzed by Kaplan-Meier survival curves,as well as the toxicity profile of the combination chemotherapy.Comparison of OR was made by chi-square test;assessment of tumor response and toxicity profile was performed by Mann-Whitney U test;OS and TTP were analyzed by log -rank test. Results In the CapeOX group, the OR was 13.3%,and the mean OS and TTP were 10.4 months and 5.0 months, respectively. In the FOLFOX group, the OR was 6.7%,and the mean OS and TTP were 9.0 months and 4.7 months, respectively. The differences between the two groups had no statistical significance in all three parameters (P=0.543,0.606,and 0.769,respectively).Compared with the FOLFOX group, the CapeOX group had significant-ly lower toxicity rates in gastrointestinal tract and myelosuppression (P=0.006 and 0.002,respectively).Conclusions The OXA-based systemic chemotherapy shows anti-tumor effects for advanced HCC,and there is no significant difference in efficacy between the two regi-mens.Decisions regarding the choice of specific treatment should be based on the patients'clinical conditions.
4.Factors Related with Understanding of Stroke in Patients
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2007;13(3):288-289
Objective To investigate the factors that influence the patients to understand the stroke they suffering from. Methods 61 stroke patients were investigated with a questionnaire designed by ourselves.ResultsThe age,sex and educated level affected the stroke patients' understanding, but the time after onset, the degree of locomotory injured and hemiplegic side did not.ConclusionDistinguishing direction of rehabilitation should be established according to the age,sex and educated level of patients.

Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 2003;0(01):-
Objective To explore the causes and treatment measures of hyponatremia after liver transplantation. Methods The clinical data of 27 patients with hyponatremia after liver transplantation were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among the 27 patients, postoperative hyponatremia occurred in 25 cases in about one week, and preoperative hyponatremia occurred in 2 cases and severe ~hyponatre -mia occurred immediate after operation. Acute hyponatremia occurred in one case. Blood natrium was 130 to 135 mmol/L in 10 cases, 120 to 130 mmol/L in 12 cases and less than 120 mmol/L in 5 cases. The levels of blood potassium, phosphor and calcium were all normal. Urinary natrium, potassium and chlorine levels were all normal. The ascites natrium level was higher than blood natrium at the same time. Hyponatremia was treated by supply of hypertonic saline via gastrointestine an/or veins. Conclusion Various causes could result in hyponatremia after liver transplantation. The hyponatremia was treated by supply of hypertonic saline constantly and slowly.

China Pharmacy 2001;0(08):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the stability of timolol maleate eye drops and predict its storage period at room temperature METHODS:Timolol maleate was determined by UV-spectrophotometry,initial average rate method was used in predicting the expiry term RESULTS:Stability of the 0 5% timolol maleate eye drops was not so good, expiry term predicted at 25℃ was only 70 days, while at 5℃ was as long as 1 2 years CONCLUSIONS:Initial average rate method is rapid, convenient and precise,so it is suitable for stability study of hospital preparations

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(04):-
Objective The expression of IL-13 in plasma and renal tissue was studied to eluciate the molecular pathogenesis of Mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis (MsPGN). Methods Plasma level of IL-13 in patients with MsPGN and in normal control groups were examined by ELISA. The expression of IL-13 in patients with MsPGN and in control group were examined by immune histochemistry ABC technique in renal tissue. Results Plasma levels of IL-13 in patients with MsPGN were significantly higher than that in control group, and the highest was found in IgAN;IL-13 expressions in glomerulus and tubulointerstitial zone in patients with MsPGN were higher than that in control group, and IL-13 expression in tubulointerstitial zone was more strong, but it was not distinctive difference between non-IgA MsPGN and IgAN. Conclusion IL-13 may play an important role in the molecular pathogenesis of MsPGN.
