Objective] To investigate Bushenhuoxue method to improve the effect and mechanism of ovarian reserve, providing a theoretical basis for clinical treatment. [Methods] The intervention method to retrieve recent Bushenhuoxue premature ovarian failure and decreased ovarian reserve related literature, from theoretical research, clinical research and experimental study three aspects discussed Bushenhuoxue method to improve the effect and mechanism of ovarian reserve. [Results] Invigorating kidney on improving the exact effect of ovarian reserve. [Conclusion] In recent years Bushenhuoxue method research progress in improving ovarian function, mechanism of action has a more in-depth elucidation, but further in-depth exploration and research are stil needed.

Objective To determine the correlations between breast ultrasonic and mammographic features and molecular classification of breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma in young women.Methods A retrospective review of radiological,clinic-pathology features of breast cancers for women under 40 years at our hospital between January 2011 and May 2016 covering 94 patients.Mammography and ultrasound were available for all 94 patients.Results On sonography,basal like type tumours more often appeared as oval or round masses and microlobulated or indistinct margins luminal type irregular mass and angular or spiculated margins(P =0.000,P =0.000).Basal like type masses were often with abrupt interface,luminal A type with echogenic halo (P =0.000).On mamography,HER-2 enriched type cancers more presented as microcal cification only,basal likc type more masses(P =0.002).Luminal typc masses were more often with spiculated or obscured margins,basal like with indistinct margins(P =0.000).Conclusion The imaging charasteristics of breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma in patients under 40 years appear correlated to breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma.

Objective To study the complications and the outcome of different type of twin pregnancy. Methods Three hundred and thirty two cases of twins from 1981 to 2000 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The incidence of twins is 8.63%.The common complications were pregnancy induced hypertension, premature rupture of fetal membranes, anaemia, premature labor and postpartum hemorrhage. There were no differences between the monozygotic twins and dizygotic twins in the incidences of these complications. Objective To evaluate the effect of intrathecal administration of ?-conopeptide SO3 on inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS)expression of spinal cord and the ligated sciatic nerve in a rat model with chronic constriction injury(CCI).Methods 40 male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups of 10 animals each.Rats in the N group served as controls;in group C 4 loose ligatures were placed around the right sciatic nerve for 14 days;in group CN,normal saline 1?l/h was injected intrathecally slowly for 7 days seven days after the ligation;in group CS,?-conopeptide SO3 30ng/h was administered intrathecally slowly for 7 days seven days after the ligature.Local expression of iNOS was assayed in samples taken from injured nerves(between and distal to the CCI site)and the spinal cord using Western blotting analysis,with GAPDH as an internal reference.Results A 130 kDa band,corresponding to iNOS protein was detected in the middle and distal sections of the injured nerves and the spinal cord.The iNOS immunoreactivity was inhibited by continuous intrathecal injection of ?-conopeptide SO3.There was no difference in the expression of iNOS between group CN and group C.Conclusion The expression of iNOS in the spinal cord and injured nerves of CCI rats was enhanced.Intrathecal injection of ?-conopeptide SO3 can inhibit the expression of iNOS.The data suggested that N-type calcium channel blocker took part in the expression of iNOS.

Objective We used the DNA methylation microarrays to investigate the differential methylation genes and loci sites in Kashin-Beck disease (KBD),to study the relationship between DNA methylation and KBD pathogenesis.Methods Totally 12 KBD adults and 12 healthy adults were selected and peripheral blood samples were collected and DNA was extracted.Illumina 450K bead-chip was applied to detect methylation status in KBD and healthy controls.Aberrant hyper-methylated sites were filtrated according to the P value after correction and methylation differences,together with GenomeStudio soft.Screened genes were validated using bisulfite sequencing polymerase chain reaction (BSP) technology.Results A total of 484 948 loci sites were analyzed and compared,93 differential methylated loci were found by comparing KBD and normal people,including 34 hypermethylated sites and 59 hypomethylated sites.There were 50 genes corresponding to the loci,43 genes not reported in literature.According to gene ontology analysis,the genes were involved in the immune response,antigen processing,phosphate and phosphoric acid metabolism and phosphorylation and the process of metal ions in combination.However,in the verification test using BSP method,there was no significant difference in methylation rate in human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-DRB1 between the case and the control group (48％ vs 70％,x2 =3.688,P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions The high and low differentially methylated sites in peripheral blood DNA of KBD patients are significantly different from those of the health control.HLA-DRB1 locus is not significantly different between the BSP verification test and methylation chip.

Objective To explore the effect of lidocaine combined with ropivacaine in penile dorsal nerve block for pediatric circumcision.Methods 130 children with pediatric circumcision surgery were divided into observation group and control group by the digital meter method,65 cases in each group.The control group was taken inhaled sevoflurane composite static note ketamine surgery,the observation group was given ropivacaine combined with intravenous infusion of ketamine for penile dorsal nerve block anesthesia.The anesthesia effects of the two groups were recorded.Results In the observation group,10 min after surgery,the rhythm of the heart was (98.47±10.88)times/min,central arterial pressure was (65.13±7.78)mmHg.In the control group,10min after surgery,the rhythm of the heart was (121.78±15.23)times/min,central arterial pressure was (85.27±12.31)mmHg,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(t=10.040,11.150,all P＜0.05).In the observation group,the used ketamine,waking up time,pain score,incidence rate of pain and irritability were (41.38±11.28)mg,(5.54 ±1.03)min,(2.11±1.13)points,7.69％,respectively,which in the control group were (71.47±16.82)mg,(13.67±2.57)min,(3.89±1.79)points,26.15％,respectively,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(t=11.978,23.673,6.779,χ2=7.878,all P＜0.05).Conclusion The anesthesia effect of lidocaine combined with ropivacaine in penile dorsal nerve block for pediatric circumcision is stable,safe and reliable,it is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.

It was studied that effects of Hg 2+ ,Cu 2+ ,Cd 2+ ,Cr(Ⅵ) and Pb 2+ on 96h average growth rate,conductivity of osmotic luquor and total protein and bacteriochlorophyll content of our Rhodopseudomonas palustris The results showed that the toxicity sequence of these heavy metal ions from high to low is Hg 2+ , Cu 2+ , Cd 2+ ,Cr(Ⅵ)and Pb 2+ according to the results of effects of 5 heavy metal ions on 96h average growth rate of this strain;forcing of Hg 2+ , Cd 2+ ,Cr(Ⅵ) and Pb 2+ lead to increasing of conductivity of osmotic luquor ,and this effect has dose response,but that of Cu 2+ doesn't ;forcing of 5 heavy metal ions could result in reducing of bacteriochlorophyll content,and this effect also has dose response But forcing of 5 heavy metal ions hasn't marked effect on total protein content

Objective To study the outcome of distal third clavicular fracture treated with AO clavicular hook plate. Methods From May 2001 to May 2003, 14 cases of fresh distal third clavicular fracture (Neer typeⅡ) were treated with AO clavicular hook plate in our hospital. Results All the cases obtained satisfactory results. No infection, nonunion, ineffective internal fixation, or loosening or breakage of the plate occurred. Conclusion The treatment of distal third clavicular fracture with AO clavicular hook plate is an effective surgical method.

Objective To investigate the effect of Fuxin tablet on thrombus formation in the arteries in rats and aggregation of platelet in rabbits. Methods To observe the effect of OT in the arteries through electric stimulation of common carotid artery. To observe the aggregation of platelet by using the PRP of the rabbit and ADP as the accelerant. PAG-1, PAG-3, PAG-5 and PAG-M were examined in the normal saline group and high-dose, middle-dose, low-dose groups of Fuxin tablet. Results High-dose and middle-dose groups of Fuxin tablet could prolong OT and decrease the aggregation of platelet. Conclusion Fuxin tablet could significantly inhibit the formation of thrombus in the arteries and maximal aggregation rate of platelet.
