This paper expounds the connotation of doctor-patient communication and its importance in medical prac-tice, and points out the problems existing in the doctor-patient communication in practice. Based on this, advances the ESP teaching ideas, reform mainly from the following several aspects: first, the increase in oral English course arrange-ment class, small class teaching;secondly, on the oral English teaching mode reform, with school, learning, is unified. Once again, to reform on English spoken language teaching material use, both medical professional knowledge and English language skills. Finally, the reform on oral English teaching staff, improve English teachers' team.

The present situation of environment polluted by phthalate esters,the main kinds of phthalate esters in the air samples and water samples and the pretreatment and analysis technology of phthalate esters in different environment were reviewed in the present article. In the air samples ,di(2-ethylhexy) phthalate(DEHP),di-n-butyl phthalate(DBP) and dioctyl phthalate(DOP) were included,while diethyl phthalate(DEP),di(2-ethylhexy) phthalate(DEHP),dipropyl phthalate(DPrP),butyl benzyl phthalate(BBP),dioctyl phthalate(DOP) and dimethyl phthalate(DMP) could be mainly detected in the water samples.

OBJECTIVE: To study the curative efficacy of Shuxuetong injection for vascular dementia(VD).METHODS: A total of 60 patients with VD were randomized to receive Shuxuetong injection(6 mL) added into normal saline(250 mL)q.d by drip infusion for 21 days(treatment group) or citicoline injection(250 mg) added into 250 mL normal saline q.d by drip infusion for 21 days(control group).In addition,both groups received basic treatment and nursing care,and the antihypertensive,hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic therapies were adopted based on the patients' severity of disease and complications.The efficacy was evaluated before and after treatment by using mini-mental state examination(MMSE),activities of daily living(ADL),transcranial Doppler(TCD) and P300 test.RESULTS: Compared to control group,the treatment group had significantly higher MMSE score and ADL score(P

Objective Through investigating the current situation of first national Standardized Medical Resident Training Bases construction in Xinjiang to provide the basis for the administrative department of public health to improve their resident training bases.Methods Selecting standardized training related personnel 133 people of 20 base hospital to conduct a questionnaire survey,and selecting the base hospit.al leaders,the management staff of functional departments,teachers and residents,a total of 254 people were given in-depth interviews.We conducted data collection mainly around the basic situation of the base hospitals and departments,to understand the basic situation,difficulties and problems of the standardized training of resident doctors in the base hospitals,and suggestions and opinions on the training work.We used x2 test,Wilcoxon rank test to make statistical analysis.Results Basic conditions of the hospital was not balanced,70％ of the base hospital library number was 10 thousand ～5 million,75％ of the base hospital computer had a volume of less than or equal to 30.There was statistical significance in the difference of the rate of operation between the cases and the skills in the southem/northeru region teaching/non professional teaching base hospital.Teacher level was not balanced,and only 5 hospital teacher training rate was greater than or equal to 80％,which met the national requirements.Enrollment of each department had a rising trend,including the department of pediatrics,psychiatry and other major shortage of profes-sional year by year,the increase in the proportion of 1 ～2 times.National financial aid was implemented,but lacked local financial input.Conclusion The balanced development of base construction,the continuous improvement of system construction and organization management,the improvement of the teachers' teaching and training quality,the improvement of the resident treatment and striving for more national and local financial allocation will be the focus of the construction and development of Xinjiang resident standardized training base.

Objective:To investigate regulatory immune response induced by DNA vaccination encoding T cell receptor V?5.2 or V?2.1 chain predominantly displayed on ovalbumin (OVA)-specific T cell clone.Methods:BALB/C mice were vaccinated with pcDNA3.1 encoding T cell receptor (TCR) V?5.2 or V?2.1 chain respectively.Using RT-PCR,transcription of the recombined plasmids was analysed. Cell proliferation was measured by 3H-TdR incorporation.CTL response was assayed by JAM test.Immuno-fluorescent assay was used to examine the anti-TCR antibody level and the number V?2 +T cells.Results:RT-PCR analysis showed that the recombined plasmids can be transcripted in vivo and in vitro.DNA vaccine with TCR variable chain effectively induced TCR-specific humoral and cellular immune response,V?2 +T cells was not depleted by V?2.1 TCR-DNA vaccination,but rather was anergy.Conclusion:Regulatory immune response can be induced by DNA vaccination encoding TCR V? or V? region in normal mice.

Pituitary adenoma is a serious disease that affects human health through interfering hypothalamus-pituitary-target organ axis systems.Proteomics is an effective approach to elucidate molecular mechanisms of a pituitary adenoma and discover effective biomarkers for a pituitary adenoma.A great progress has been made in the field of pituitary adenoma proteomics in the past ten years:(1) the use of laser capture microdissection,(2) functional pituitary adenoma proteomics (such as prolactinoma),(3) proteomics analysis of invasive characteristics of nonfunctional pituitary adenoma,(4) protein post-translational modifications including phosphorylation and tyrosine nitration,(5) the use of protein antibody array,(6) proteomics analysis of hormone isoforms,(7) serum proteomics and peptidomics,(8) integration of proteomics and other omics data,and (9) proposal of multi-parameter systematic strategy for a pituitary adenoma.

Objective To investigate the mechanism of homocysteine-induced microglia (BV-2 cells) expression of interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α).Methods The BV-2 cells were divided into blank control group,cysteine (Cys) group,homocysteine (Hcy) group and homocysteine and glutathione (Hcy+GSH) group,and the BV-2 cells in these groups were incubated with cysteine or homocysteine or homocysteine and glutathione together for 72 h.The mRNA expressions of IL-1β and TNF-α were assessed by RT-qPCR.The protein expressions of IL-1β and TNF-α in supernatant were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Western blot was used to observe the changes of NF-κB/p65 expression.Results There were significant differences in mRNA and protein expressions of IL-1β and TNF-α and NF-κB/p65 protein expression between groups (F=48.63,130.76,702.91,293.69,212.06,respectively,all P=0.000).The secretions of IL-1β and TNF-α were significantly improved by homocysteine (P＜0.05),and were reversed by the treatment with glutathione (P＜0.05).Western blot assay result showed that NF-κB/p65 was elevated after treatment with homocysteine (P＜0.05).Conclusions Homocysteine can induce microglia expression of interleukin-1β and tumor necrosis factor-α,and NF-κB signaling pathway may be involved in this process.
