2.A technique for long- term intravenous infusion in rats
Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 1997;0(04):-
In order to develop a technique which provides not only a route for continuous intravenous administration of drugs, but easy access for TPN support in unrestrained rats as well,we designed a fluid infusion swivel system with implanting and maintaining venous catheter in the superior vena cava of rats, and administered a long- term intravenous infusion in unrestrained rats. The results showed that the average period for which infusion was carried out was 1 0 days, and the infusion was maintained for up to 3week in some of rats. All animals appeared to tolerate infusion catheter without obvious discomfort and minimal restriction of their motion.Kinking and leakage did not occur anymore. We conclude thatthis technique can be readily utilized and has great potential value for studying problems related to surgical nutrition and metabolism.
3.MicroRNA and cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(12):883-885
MicroRNAs (MiRNAs) are a contemporary class of short non-coding RNAs,which play a critical role in diverse biological processes, including development, cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis,by suppressing translation of protein coding genes, or cleaving target mRNAs of protein coding genes to induce their degradation. Accordingly, altered miRNA expression is likely to contribute to human disease, including cancer. This review will summarize the emerging knowledge of the association between human miRNA biology and different aspects of carcinogenesis, such as the development, metastesis and therapy strategies.
4.Intestinal Rehabilitation Therapy in Short Bowel Syndrome
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2004;0(01):-
To investigate the role of rehabilitation therapy both on nutritional status and intestinal adaptation of patients with short bowel syndrome (SBS). Methods The literatures about rehabilitation therapy for SBS were reviewed. Results Intestinal rehabilitation refers to the process of restoring enteral autonomy, in order to get rid of parenteral nutrition, usually by means of dietary, medical, and surgical treatment. Recent researches showed that medication and the use of specific nutrients and growth factors could stimulate intestinal absorption and might be useful in the medical management of SBS. Conclusion Intestinal rehabilitation is of benefit in the treatment of SBS and would play a greater role in the future.
5.Merchant Capital Influence on Market Price of Chinese Genuine Regional Herbs
World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2013;(8):1843-1846
Chinese genuine regional herbs are a combination of nature resource and traditional knowledge. Although we can make it to be an intellectual property product through applying geographical indication or certification mark, the value realization of Chinese genuine regional herbs should be supported by the merchant capital. Meanwhile, the merchant capital also disturbs the reasonable market price of Chinese genuine regional herbs. We should combine the merchant capital with Chinese genuine regional herbs, apply permission for sale and set up a new professional cooperation mode to maintain the market credibility and reasonable price of Chinese genuine regional herbs.
6.Study on the Coordination between Standardization Strategy and Trade Secrets Protection System in Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine
China Pharmacy 2017;28(13):1736-1739
OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the effective integration of standardization strategy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and intellectual property. METHODS:Through analyzing the conflict between standardization requirement of TCM and intellectual property system, the coordination between TCM standards and intellectual property especially the trade secret rights was explored. RESULTS:The information disclosure of TCM standards and intellectual property strategy especially protec-tion of TCM trade secrets faced confrontation and conflict in system and design. For the suggestions to solve it,one is to reconfirm the role and positioning of the government on the adaption of standardization in public law field;another is to establish coordina-tion principle of information disclosure and confidentiality in private law field, and achieve difference open and moderate open of information. CONCLUSIONS:The TCM standardization is not absolute, the pros and cons is the precondition to solve the conflict between the standardization strategy and trade secret system in TCM in terms of protection of information freedom and secret infor-mation.
7.Research progress of the effect of epithelial-mesenchymal transition on diabetic renal interstitial fibrosis
Chinese Journal of Diabetes 2016;24(7):655-661
[Summary] The epithelial‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) is a biological process in which epithelial cells are converted into cells with mesenchymal phenotype in specified physiological and pathological conditions. EM T plays a critical role in proper embryonic development ,tissue regeneration ,cancer metastasis and organ fibrosis. EM T can be divided into three subtypes (Ⅰ ,II and Ⅲ ) based on different biological context ,of which type II EMT contribute importantly to the development of organ fibrosis.Renal interstitial fibrosis (RIF) is an important pathological feature of diabetic nephropathy (DN). The understanding of molecular mechanisms of this process tubular EM T may provide a clue to intervene the development of DN through suppressing EM T and reversing RIF.
8.Qualitative and quantitative research of preventive medicine's clinical internship
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2017;16(7):661-665
Objective To provide improvement measures and recommendations to improve preven-tive medicine's clinical internship. Methods 88 third-year students and 82 fifth-year students of preventive medicine in Sichuan University were surveyed. Then 81 valid questionnaires of the third grade and 79 valid questionnaires of the fifth grade were input into EpiData, and SPSS 17.0 was used to analyze the data. Then, in-depth interviews were conducted among 6 employees and 2 professional teachers of the employing units, and the interview records were organized to form an interview summary. Results The third-year preventive medicine students who are preparing to take part in the clinical internship know little about the clinical in-ternship, which accounts for only 0%and 92.59%(75) think that the internship content should be different with the clinical medicine, in the meantime 44.44% (36) think chief resident should be the internship teacher. For the fifth-year preventive medicine students who have finished the clinical internship, only 3.80%(3) is very satisfied with clinical internship;84.81%(67) are considered to take into account the pro-fessional characteristics of the clinical practice; meanwhile, the satisfaction of the knowledge or the ability learned from the clinical internship as well as the help in the post-graduation job is only 8.86% (7); the employer's and professional teachers consider that the related clinical internship program of the preventive medicine student should be suitable for prevention medical students , and at the same time , preventive medicine students should focus on learning clinical knowledge related to disease prevention. Conclusion The clinical internship of preventive medicine needs further improvements, such as adjusting practice con-tents, learning teacher, management methods to form a clinical practice system characterized by preventive medicine so as to meet the needs of employers and students.
9.Comparison Between Protection System for Varieties of Traditional Chinese Medicines and Patent Legal System
World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;19(2):223-227
Patent legal system is a part of civil law, while protection system for the varieties of traditional Chinese medicines is involved in the market regulation law. Both of them emphasize on different aspects compiementarily in protecting traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) with advantages and disadvantages. To meet the requirements of the development of TCM in the new era, protection scope of the protection system for varieties of traditional Chinese medicines should be promoted, examination system and elimination mechanisms should be improved through the inheritance and innovation of TCM,which may be conducive to protect rights and interests of TCM enterprises and improve the quality of varieties of traditional Chinese medicines.
10.The Protection System of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Variety Should Adopt to the Developing Rule of TCM
World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;19(2):203-206
TCM variety derived from classical or proved prescriptions and was improved through the innovation and development of clinical practices, controlling of medicinal raw material and producing process. The current protection system of TCM variety does not match the developing rule of TCM,in that there is no particular article to regulate traditional classical or proved prescriptions,self-made TCM preparations in hospitals, the genuineness of medicinal raw material and manufacturing techniques, and also lacks the relevant investment return mechanism. It was recommended of creating TCM protection category, protecting self-made TCM preparations in hospitals, regulating genuineness of medicinal raw material and establishing know-how protecting mechanisms, while protecting test data were suggested to be introduced for perfecting the protection system of TCM variety.
