s Objective To observe the enhancement of sensitivity of human gastric cancer cell MKN-74 to anticancer drugs by administration of 5-aza-2'-deoxycytidine(5-Aza-CdR)and trichostatin A(TSA)with anticancer drugs.Methods Growth inhibition of MKN-74 with treatment of 5-Aza-CdR and/or TSA together with anticancer drugs,including fluorouracil(5-FU),paclitaxel(PTX),oxaliplatin(OXA),SN38 or gemcitabine(GEM),was detected by MTT method.Induction of apoptosis was analyzed by flow cytometry.Expressions of p21,caspase3,Rb and p16 gene were studied by RT-PCR.The gray scale of the genes was analyzed by gel analysis software Bandscan 4.3,and the ratio of gray scale of targeted genes and GAPDH gene were calculated.Results Compared with 5-Aza-CdR alone,combined administration of 5-Aza-CdR and TSA enhanced the chemosensitivity of MKN-74 to 5-FU,PTX,OXA and GEM.Compared with TSA alone,the combined administration enhanced its osensitivity to OXA and GEM.The apoptosis rates in MKN-74 cells in TSA+OXA group,5-Aza-CdR+OXA group and 5-Aza-CdR+TSA+OXA group were 28.067%,25.333% and 38.367%,respectively(P

Objective To perform the percutaneous Argon-Helium cryoablation on experimental emphysema rabbits Model, in or-der to eveluate the Percutaneous cryoablation of lung volume reduction surgery( LRVS) effectiveness, feasibility and safety.Methods The emphysema model were established on 20 healthy adult new Zealand white rabbits.The lung function and blood gas analysis were measured before and after the emphysema model establishment.After the emphysema model was established, the rabbit were punctured by CT-guided for Argon-helium cryoablation, which was performed for 2 cycles;frozen process for 5 minutes each time;helium active tha-wing, for 2 minutes each time.The result of lung function and blood gas analysis were measured on 1,3,7,14,28 days respectively, meanwhile obtain the corresponding specimens to observe the general morphological and histological changes under light microscopy.Re-sults During the Argon-Helium cryoablation of lung volume reduction surgery, 3 cases of mild intraoperative bleeding ( 15%) and 2 cases of subcutaneous emphysema (10%) happened.compared with emphysema model, lung function and blood gas analysis of the model did not change significantly 1 day post operation(P>0.05), on 3 days and 7 days post operation , lung function and blood gas analysis changed significantly (P<0.05);the lung function and blood gas analysis on 14 days, 28 days post operation have change significantly ( P<0.01) against emphysema model, the best time to improve the result of lung function and blood gas analysis is between 7-14 days. Conclusion Percutaneous cryoablation of lung volume reduction surgery achieve the purpose of effectively destroy the target tissue, sig-nificantly improve the animal model of pulmonary function and blood gas analysis index, with small trauma, fewer complications, higher efficacy and safety.

Objective To evaluate the value of Doppler indices of intrarenal artery (IRA) in clinicobservation in pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH).MethodsForty-six cases of PIH underwent Doppler measurment of PI,RI in IRA,and 186 normotensive pregnant women were measured as control.Results ①There was a larger increase of IRAPI and IRARI in PIH than in normal prgnant(P<0.001),and IRAPI is significantly higher in moderate and severe PIHs than in mild PIH(P<0.001),②IRAPI,IRARI correlate positively with classification of PIH(P<0.001),proteinuria(P<0.001)and MAP(P<0.05),and IRAPI is the best one.Conclusions It is of a certain significance to the clinical observation and treatment of PIH by using color Doppler to examine the indices of IRA in the pregnant women with PIH.

Through the reforming of public long-term care insurance, Japan has solved difficulties on the elderly care and provided positive experiences for the establishment of long-term care in China. The background , history and contents of long-term care insurance system are introduced. The establishment effects of the system are analyzed based on comparative method , reasonable suggestions of establishing long-term care insurance system in China are proposed combined with the national condition.

Objective To expolre the clinical effects of quickening blood and beautifying skin decoction on 20-50-year-old females with physical constitution of qi-stagnation and blood stasis.Methods According to the 2010 enactment of the Chinese Medical Association's Classification and Assessment of Chinese Constitution the standard identification of the physical object and physical scale iden tification,55 cases of 20 50 years old of Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis constitutions were collected and quickening blood and beautifying skin decoction treatment was given.25 g of the decoction were administrated each time,2 times a day,for 2 months.After that,the identification of physical constitution fitness was conducted,to find if this kind of beauty-keeping decoction could improves women's physical constitutions and some beauty-harm related physical symptoms.Results After taking the herbal decoction before and after treatment,the quality of Qi-stangnation and blood-stasis constitutions and factor of the beauty-harmful relevant symptoms were statistically significant differences (P＜0.005).The total score of Qi-stangnation and blood-stasis constitutions and beauty-harm relevant symptoms showed that the total effective rate reached 61.82％.Conclusions The result indicates this quickening blood and beautifying skin decoction has a certain effect in improving the quality of qistangnation and blood-stasis situation and treating the beauty-harm relevant symptoms.The traditional Chinese medicine decoction has a certain effect on improving physical constitution which is abnormal.

Objective　To study the induction of apoptosis and the regulation of apoptosis related genes bcl-2, bax and ICE expression by wild-type p53 gene. Methods　A p53 gene recombinant adenovirus vector, ad CMV p53, was transfected into human bladder cancer cell HTB9. The level of bax mRNA was quantified by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). The content of Bcl-2, Bax and ICE protein were detected by immunochemical staining. Agarose gel electrophoresis of DNA、 terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) method and flow cytometric technique were used for analysis of apoptosis. Results　Introduction of wild-type p53 could increase the mRNA and protein level of bax, and could induce apoptosis in HTB9 cells with the apoptotic percentage of 50.4%. At the same time, the introduction also increased the protein level of ICE, but that of Bcl-2 decreased.Conclusion　It's very possible that wild-type p53 gene induced apoptosis by regulating the expression of apoptosis-related genes including bax, bcl-2 and ICE.

Objective To investigate the influence of gestational weight gain (GWG) on the incidence of macrosomia, and to establish the reference ranges of GWG based on the incidence of macrosomia. Methods A multicenter, cross-sectional study was conducted. Totally, 112485 women were recruited from 39 hospitals in 14 provinces in China. Totally, 61149 cases were eligible with singleton pregnancies and non-premature deliveries. The associations of pre-pregnancy body mass index (BMI), GWG, newborn gender and gestational diabetes with macrosomia were analyzed with logistic regression. The normal GWG ranges were calculated in all maternal BMI subgroups, based on the normal incidence of macrosomia was set as the range of 5.0% to 10.0%. Results In this study, the incidence of macrosomia was 7.46%(4563/611149). The macrosociam was positive related with maternal height, delivery week,pre-pregnancy BMI, GWG, gestational diabetes, primipara, and male babies significantly (P<0.05), based on unadjusted and adjusted logestic regression. The normal range of GWG 20.0-25.0, 10.0-20.0, 0-10.0 and 0-5.0 kg in subgroups of underweight (pre-pregnancy BMI<18.5 kg/m2), normal (18.5-24.9 kg/m2), overweight (25.0-29.9 kg/m2) and obese (≥30.0 kg/m2), respectively. Conclusion The reference range of GWG in China based on the incidence of macrosomia is established.

Sub-health status in the occupational population showed high incidence. Thus, it is necessary to improve the occupational groups of sub-health status, improve the health level of occupational groups. Shanghai university of traditional Chinese medicine Shuguang hospital treatment center (hereinafter referred to as disease prevention center), based on traditional Chinese medicine disease theory, did a lot of practices on occupational sub-health groups with Chinese medicine prevention and health care. Since 2014, three-year commitment to the Shanghai action plan project, the hospital has constructed a sub-health platform. This article discussed the experience of construction of sub-health platform for the construction of sub-health management system with Chinese characteristics and provided reference for the construction of sub-health management model.

microRNAs ( miRNAs) are a family of short non-cod-ing RNAs that regulate the expression of target genes by binding to complementary regions. The miRNAs expression is readily al-tered by drugs, carcinogens, hormones, stress or diseases, and that might lead to changes in the drug metabolism, pharmacoki-netics or potency. Moreover, the evaluation of drug metabolic enzyme-related miRNAs would provide useful information for per-sonalized medicine. This review describes the current knowledge on the post-transcription regulation of drug metabolic enzymes by miRNAs.

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Die-Mailing in treating cases of pulmonary heart disease with heart failure.Methods 92 cases were divided at random into 2 groups:conventional therapy group(46 cases) were treated with Die-Mailing injection on the base of routine therapy.Control group(46 cases) were treated with only routine therapy.Results Effect rate of conventional group was 93.5%(43/46),while the effect rate of control group was 71.7%(33/46).Conclusion The treatment of the Die-Mailing injection based on the conventional treatment can be effective to control pulmonary heart disease and heart failure.
