Objective:To explore the correlation among childhood trauma, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, and implicit and explicit memory in patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD).Methods:Fifty-two OCD patients were enrolled, and the childhood trauma was investigated by using the childhood trauma questionnaire short-form(CTQ-SF). The degree of obsessive-compulsive symptoms was assessed by using the Yale-Brown obsessive symptoms scale (Y-BOCS). In addition, the abilities of implicit memory and explicit memory were tested by vocabulary perception speed tasks and vocabulary recognition tasks.According to the scores of CTQ-SF, the patients were divided into abuse group( n=26) and neglect group( n=26). SPSS 22.0 software was used for t-test and Pearson correlation analysis. Results:Results of obsessive-compulsive symptoms, implicit memory, and explicit memory showed no differences between the abuse group and the neglect group( t=-1.959-1.839, P>0.05). The scores of obsessions symptoms(12.52±4.61) were positively correlated with the total scores of CTQ-SF (40.10±10.20)( r=0.331, P<0.05). On the subscale, the scores of obsessions were positively correlated with the scores of physical abuse(7.89±3.02), sexual abuse(6.47±2.28)( r=0.373, P<0.01, r=0.356, P<0.05). There was a negative correlation between the scores of physical abuse and the accuracy of explicit memory(68.75±13.33)( r=-0.281, P<0.05). The scores of physical neglect(8.98±2.67) was positively correlated with implicit memory response time(4 285.94±2 067.42)( r=0.314, P<0.05). Conclusion:Obsessions in patients with OCD are related to traumatic childhood experiences, especially physical abuse and sexual abuse.Physical trauma may influence the level of implicit and explicit memory in patients with OCD.

Acute kidney injury (AKI), associated with significant morbidity and mortality, is widely known to involve epithelial apoptosis, excessive inflammation, and fibrosis in response to ischemia or reperfusion injury, which results in either chronic pathological changes or death. Therefore, it is imperative that investigations are conducted in order to find effective, early diagnoses, and therapeutic targets needed to help prevent and treat AKI. However, the mechanisms modulating the pathogenesis of AKI still remain largely undetermined. MicroRNAs (miRNAs), small non-coding RNA molecules, play an important role in several fundamental biological and pathological processes by a post transcriptional regulatory function of gene expression. MicroRNA-21 (miR-21) is a recently identified, typical miRNA that is functional as a regulator known to be involved in apoptosis as well as inflammatory and fibrotic signaling pathways in AKI. As a result, miR-21 is now considered a novel biomarker when diagnosing and treating AKI. This article reviews the correlative literature and research progress regarding the roles of miR-21 in AKI.

ObjectiveTo analyze the coping style and its relationship with anxiety status among middle school students aged 13 to 18 in Anhui province during the COVID-19 epidemic. MethodsFrom February 13 to 19， 2020， a cross-sectional survey was conducted among middle school students in Anhui province by using convenience sampling method and network questionnaire. The assessment tools included the Coping Style Scale for Middle School Students （CSSMSS） and the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders （SCARED）. ResultsThe results of the CSSMSS evaluation showed that female students scored higher in emotion abreaction than male students ［（8.27±2.98） vs. （7.84±2.91）］. The scores of tolerance ［（9.74±2.73） vs. （9.11±2.60）］， escape ［（7.82±2.79） vs. （7.26±2.44）］， emotion abreaction ［（8.48±2.97） vs. （7.91±2.93）］ and fantasy/denial ［（9.79±3.56） vs. （9.26±3.47）］ of senior high school students were higher than those of junior high school students， and the score of problem solving ［（19.38±4.07） vs. （20.33±4.54）］ was lower than that of junior high school students， with statistical significance （P<0.05 or 0.01）. Correlation analysis results showed that the scores of tolerance， escape， emotion abreaction and fantasy/deny in CSSMSS were positively correlated with the scores of SCARED of middle school students in Anhui province （r=0.348， 0.287， 0.390， 0.501， P<0.01）. ConclusionDuring COVID-19 epidemic， students of different genders and grades in Anhui province have different coping styles， and some coping styles may induce anxiety status.

Objective: To compare the evaluation effects of abdominal enhanced computed tomography (CT) coronal imaging versus three-dimensional (3D) vascular reconstruction for critical blood vessels in right colon cancer. Methods: The retrospective and descriptive study was conducted. The clinicopathological data of 50 patients with right colon cancer who were admitted to Changhai Hospital Affiliated to Naval Medical University from January to September in 2018 were collected. There were 33 males and 17 females, aged from 33 to 86 years, with an average age of 63 years. All the 50 patients underwent abdominal multi-slice CT examination on the same CT equipment. The CT examination data were analyzed by two-dimensional (2D) coronal imaging and 3D vascular reconstruction. Observation indicators: (1) anatomical type of Henle trunk; (2) the length of Henle trunk and surgical trunk; (3) the positional relationship between ileocolic vein (ICV) and ileocolic artery (ICA). Measurement data with normal distribution were represented as Mean±SD, and count data were represented as absolute numbers. Kappa coefficients were used to measure the consistency between anatomical types of Henle trunk on 2D coronal images and on 3D vascular reconstructed images. Pearson coefficients were used to evaluate the correlation between the length of Henle trunk and surgical trunk on 2D coronal images and on 3D vascular reconstructed images. Bland-Altman method was used to assess the consistency between the length of Henle trunk and surgical trunk on 2D coronal images and on 3D vascular reconstructed images. Results: (1) Anatomical type of Henle trunk: on the 2D coronal images, 43 of 50 patients had the Henle trunk and 7 had no Henle trunk. On the 3D vascular reconstructed images, 44 of 50 patients had the Henle trunk and 6 had no Henle trunk. There were 2, 21, 17, 3 patients classified as type 0, Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ of Henle trunk on the 2D coronal images of 43 patients. There were 6, 19, 16, 3 patients classified as type 0, Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ of Henle trunk on the 3D vascular reconstructed images of 44 patients. Six patients with no Henle trunk, 2 in type 0, 18 in type Ⅰ, 15 in type Ⅱ, and 3 in type Ⅲ had the same anatomical type of Henle trunk on the 2D and 3D images. The consistency between anatomic types of Henle trunk on 2D coronal images and on 3D vascular reconstructed images was high (κ=0.830, 95% confidence interval: 0.705-0.956, P<0.05). (2) The length of Henle trunk and surgical trunk: on the 2D coronal images, 43 of 50 patients had the length of Henle trunk as (10±5)mm, and 42 of 50 patients had the length of surgical trunk as (34±12)mm. On the 3D vascular reconstructed images, 44 of 50 patients had the length of Henle trunk as (9±5)mm, and 43 of 50 patients had the length of surgical truck as (35±12)mm. The correlation between the length of Henle trunk and surgical trunk on 2D coronal images and on 3D vascular reconstructed images was positive (r=0.872, 0.979, P<0.05). Bland-Altman plot showed a high consistency between the length of Henle trunk and surgical trunk on 2D coronal images and on 3D vascular reconstructed images (P<0.05). (3) The positional relationship between ICV and ICA: on the 2D coronal images, 24 of 50 patients had anterior crossing between ICV and ICA, 26 had posterior crossing between ICV and ICA. On the 3D vascular reconstructed images, 24 of 50 patients had anterior crossing between ICV and ICA, 26 had posterior crossing between ICV and ICA. There was a complete consistency in the positional relationship between ICV and ICA on the 2D coronal images and on 3D vascular reconstructed images. Conclusion Abdominal enhanced CT coronal imaging and 3D vascular reconstruction have the similar evaluation effects for position of critical blood vessels in right colon cancer, with a good consistency.

OBJECTIVE To study the efficacy of sinapine thiocyanate dissoluble microneedle （ST-DMN） for acupoint administration against bronchial asthma （BA）. METHODS The network pharmacology and molecular docking techniques were used to screen the core targets of sinapine thiocyanate （ST） against BA， and the pharmacodynamics of the top 3 core targets was studied. Firstly， ST-DMN was prepared （drug loading of ST was 1 mg/tablet）； secondly， 30 rats were divided into blank control group， model control group， blank microneedle group， Sinapine powder plaster group （positive control group） and ST-DMN group. Except for the blank control group， rats of other groups were sensitized with 10% ovalbumin （containing aluminum hydroxide adjuvant） and nebulized with 1% ovalbumin to induce the BA model. After modeling， blank control group did not receive any intervention； normal saline was applied to the Feishu acupoint and Dazhui acupoint of the rats in the model control group， while the blank microneedle group， Sinapine powder plaster group and ST-DMN group were given blank microneedle， Sinapis alba powder （plaster， 1.5 g） and ST-DMN （3 tablets at 2 acupoints） at same acupoint， once a day， for 28 consecutive days. After administration， the general symptoms were observed and the body mass of the rats was measured.pathological changes of lung tissues in rats was observed； the levels of prostaglandin endoperoxide synthase 2 （PTGS2）， GNYL matrix metalloproteinase-9 （MMP-9） and interleukin-2 （IL-2）in serum， bronchoalveolar lavage fluid （BALF） and lung tissues were determined. RESULTS Results of network pharmacology and molecular docking showed that the key targets of ST against BA were identified as PTGS2， MMP-9， IL-2， epidermal growth factor receptor， heat shock protein90AA1， etc. Pharmacodynamic experiments showed that compared with model control group， relieved cough， restored hair color， sensitive behavior， stable respiration and increased body weight were all found in ST-DMN group； the histopathological changes as the structure of lung tissue， infiltration of alveolar epithelial cells and pulmonary interstitial inflammatory cells were improved to different extent； the levels of PTGS2， MMP-9 and IL-2 in serum， BALF and lung tissue were significantly reduced （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）. CONCLUSIONS The anti-BA effect of ST-DMN acupoint administration is good， the mechanism of which may be associated with decreasing the levels of PTGS2， MMP-9 and IL-2 in serum， BALF and lung tissue.
