The healing of the tendon-bone interface is a complex dynamic process involving the interaction of multiple cellular and molecular signaling pathways. Bone mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) have the potential to differentiate into various types of cells, including osteoblasts, chondrocytes and adipocytes, etc., and have the potential to regenerate damaged tissues. They are potential seed cells for promoting tendon-bone healing. How to precisely regulate the proliferation and differentiation of BMSCs to accelerate the process of tendon-bone healing is a current research hotspot. Monomers of traditional Chinese medicine can promote tendon-bone healing by regulating signaling pathways such as Wnt/β-catenin and BMP/Smad to induce osteogenic and chondrogenic differentiation of BMSCs. This article reviews from several aspects such as the regulatory role of related signaling pathways on tendine-bone healing, traditional Chinese medicine monomers and their mechanism of regulating BMSCs to promote tendine-bone healing in order to providing new ideas for promoting tendine-bone healing.

OBJECTIVE:
To evaluate the effect of uncemented total hip arthroplasty(THA) on treatment of traumatic arthritis caused by intramedullary nailing interfixation of intertrochanteric fractures.
METHODS:
Total of 22 patients treated with THA due to traumatic arthritis caused by intramedullary nailing interfixation of intertrochanteric fractures from January 2012 to January 2017 were studied retrospectively, including 10 males and 12 females with a mean age of (72.5±9.8) years old ranging from 61 to 84 years old. Initial internal fixation method:14 patients were treated with Gamma nails and 8 patients were treated wit PFNA.The time from internal fixation surgery to THA was 10 to 68 months with an average of (32.2±21.3) months.Harris scores of the hip joint before and after surgery were compared, and the position of the prosthesis through postoperative imaging at 3, 6, 12 months and the last follow-up were evaluated.
RESULTS:
One patient was died due to heart failure 1 year after operation. Two patients was died to advanced tumor 2 years after operation. The other 19 patients were followed up for 36 to 64 months with an average of (48.5±11.9) months. At final follow up, 14 patients regained the ability to walk independently, 4 patients needed support of a cane, 1 patient needed assistance of a walker. No serious complications such as joint dislocation, periprosthetic fracture and deep venous thrombosis occurred during follow-up. There were no signs of loosening and subsidence of the prosthesis at the final follow-up. Mean Harris hip score increased from (29.2±12.9) points preoperatively to (74.2±11.2) points at the final follow up(P<0.05);the score was excellent in 9 patients, good in 7 and fair in 3.
CONCLUSION

4.Progress in the pathogenesis of Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura nephritis and IgA nephropathy in children
International Journal of Pediatrics 2020;47(8):569-572
Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura nephritis and IgA nephropathy are both characterized by extensive deposition of IgA in the mesangial area.In recent years, the researches on the pathogenesis of the two diseases have made significant progress. It was confirmed that the pathogenesis included the aberrantly glycosylated IgA1, abnormal complement activation, cellular immune imbalance and cytokine production disorder, genetic factors and so on.Furthmore, some other immunopathogenic mechanisms have a breakthrough on endothelial cell particles, extracellular trapping nets, podocyte autophagy and abnormal peptide lineage, offering new ideas for diagnosis and treatment of disease. This paper will review the above pathogenesis.

OBJECTIVE:
To identify the main active components in Ⅲ and their targets and explore the mechanism by which Ⅲ alleviates proteinuria in chronic kidney disease (CKD) based on network pharmacology.
METHODS:
The active components of Ⅲ and their potential targets, along with the oral bioavailability and drug-like properties of each component were searched in the TCMSP database. The proteinuria-related targets were searched in the GeneCards database. The active component-target network was constructed using Cytoscape software, and the acquired information of the targets from ClueGO was used for enrichment analysis of the gene pathways.
RESULTS:
A total of 102 active components were identified from Ⅲ. These active components acted on 126 targets, among which 69 were related to proteinuria. Enrichment analysis revealed fluid shear stress- and atherosclerosisrelated pathways as the highly significant pathways in proteinuria associated with CKD.
CONCLUSIONS
We preliminarily validated the prescription of Ⅲ and obtained scientific evidence that supported its use for treatment of proteinuria in CKD. The findings in this study provide a theoretical basis for further study of the mechanism of Ⅲ in the treatment of proteinuria in CKD.

Background and purpose:Sentinel lymph node biopsy is regarded as the standard of care in pa-tients without clinical axillary lymph node metastases in early-stage breast cancer. Accurate detection of sentinel lymph node is an important step for staging, prognosis, and treatment. In this study, a new sentinel lymph node tracer was produced by the rituximab to combine with the lfuorescence tracer (indocyanine green, ICG), and to identify the most appropriate combination ratio of the two agents. Its biological property and safety limitation were evaluated. Methods:Rituximab was combined directly with ICG. The new tracer was analyzed for labeled rate by instant thin-layer chroma-tography-silica gel, molecular integrity by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and molecular immune activity by ELLAS. The safety limitation was tested according to the Chinese Pharmacopeia. The localization ability of sentinel lymph node was tested in mice. Results:The new tracer was intact and kept the immune activity of rituximab. The ICG labeled rate of rituximab was 100%. The new tracer was bacteria and pyogen free, and was safe to body with location injection. The most appropriate combination ratio of rituximab and ICG was 4∶1 and 6∶1 with the best sentinel lymph node imaging. The location of sentinel lymph node identiifed by the new tracer was accorded with the radiotracer. Conclusion:The preparation method of the new sentinel lymph node tracer is simple and no radioactive injury. The new tracer has no bacteria, no pyogen and no acute toxicity, and can be used in sentinel lymph node visual-ization.
