Methods:Divided 80 patients into test group and control group. Each included 40 people. Objective To discuss the efficacy and safety of sterile repositionable hemostasis clipping device in combination with high frequency electric snare in polypectomy of colorectal polyps with wide and long peduncle. Methods From January 2014 to December 2015, 21 cases of colorectal polyps with wide and long peduncle (diameter greater than 2 cm) in endoscopic treatment under electronic colonoscopy. We used 1 ~ 2 hemostatic clips to clip colorectal polyps roots, then used electric resection with high frequency electric snare electric coagulation. Postoperative bleeding, perforation were observed follow-up. Results 24 polyps in 21 cases were removed one-time successfully. Stump errhysis in 1 case, hot biopsy forceps is given to deal with local wound followed by Olympus Clip HX-610-135L EZ titanium clip. There was no complication such as bleeding and perforation in 3 to 6 months after the operation. In the colonoscopy examination, recurrence of polyps were not found in the original polyp resection site. Conclusion Sterile repositionable hemostasis clipping device in combination with high frequency electric snare in polypectomy of colorectal polyps with wide and long peduncle is safe and effective, without bleeding or perforation.

Objective To observe and evaluate the location of the three compartments of the pelvic floor organ and levator hiatus area in the postpartum women by transperineal real time three-dimensional ultrasound.Methods Sixty eases of maternal with the matching age and body mass index (BMI;postpartum group) and 35 non-fertile women (control group)were selected.The distance between the lower edge and the reference line was measured by the transperineal ultrasound at rest and Valsalva movement in the lowest point of bladder,cervix and rectum.Meanwhile,the area of levator hiatus under Valsalva action was measured by real time 3-dimensional ultrasound.The differences were compared between two groups.Results In the postpartum group,the lowest point of the bladder and cervix was lower than the control group at rest and Valsalva movemen (both P＜0.05).Rectum location in the rest state difference between the two groups had no statistical significance (t=0.405,P =0.398).The area of the levator hiatus of the postpartum group was significantly larger than that of the control group at the rest and Valsalva movement (t=11.253,9.625,P＜0.001).Conclusion Transperineal real time 3-dimensional ultrasound can dynamically observe the position,movement of pelvic floor organ and the area of levator hiatusin of the female.To evaluate the pregnancy and childbirth have obvious effect on the pelvic floor support tissues.

Objective:To study the clinical characteristics of odontogenic cutaneous fistula.Methods:6 cases of odontogenic cutane-ous fistula were represented and the reports of 60 cases of the lesion were reviewed.Results:The fistula was mainly located in cheek, chin,para-nasal part,sub-mandibular area and the lower border of the mandible,and respectively corresponding to mandibular third molar,mandibular incisor,maxillary canine,mandibular first and second molar,the corresponding teeth were mainly in mandible (71 .2%).In middle and old aged patients the lesion usually in para-nasal or mandible area,In younger patients the lesion mostly loca-ted in cheek or sub-mandibular area.After root canal therapy for the teeth with apical periodontitis or extraction of none-curable teeth,the odontogenic cutaneous sinus tract disappeared.Conclusion:Proper treatment of focal teeth can cure the odontogenic cutaneous fistulas.

Objective:To study the effects of miR-20a on the osteogenic differentiation potential of inflammatory periodontal liga-ment cells(IPDLSCs).Methods:Cells were isolated and cultured from the healthy and inflammatory periodontal ligament samples (HPDLSCs and IPDLSCs)respectively.miR-20a expression was analyzed by qRT-PCR.Alizarin red staining,Western blot and PCR were used to evaluate the osteogenic differentiation potential of IPDLSCs after transient transinfection of miR-20a mimics or inhib-itor.Results:miR-20a expression in IPDLSCs was lower than that in HPDLSCs,and the osteogenic differentiation potential of IP-DLSCs were promoted by miR-20a mimics,and reduced by miR-20a inhibitor.Conclusion:The miR-20a in IPDLSCs was down reg-ulated.miR-20a can promote the osteogenic differentiation potential of IPDLSCs.

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of neonatal dengue fever. Methods The clinical data from 4 neonates with dengue fever who were admitted and treated in 2014 were retrospectively analyzed and the related literatures had been reviewed. Results Four cases of neonatal dengue fever were all males. Three cases were mother to child transmission, the age at onset was 1 to 7 days after birth, and their mothers suffered with prenatal fever and were diagnozed of dengue fever during perinatal period. One case was community acquired, the age at onset was day 21 after birth and the neonate was bit by mosquito the day before. All four neonates had fever, two cases had rash, and one case had hemorrhagic spot. None of them had jaundice or cough. All of them had thrombocytopenia ( 30-125 )× 109/L, prolonged activated partial thromboplastin time ( 44 . 0-89 . 8 s), and increased aspartate aminotransferase (AST) ( 46-71 U/L). Three cases had declined ifbrinogen ( 1 . 36-2 . 53 g/L). Two cases had increased CK-MB ( 29-86 U/L). Two cases had increased CRP ( 3 . 00-46 . 05 mg/L). After the treatment of anti-infection and intravenous immunoglobulin, all of them were cured and discharged. The duration of hospital stay was 4-17 days. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of neonatal dengue fever were mainly fever and blood coagulation dysfunction, clinical symptoms are mild and lack of speciifcity, and prognosis are good. Mother to child transmission is one of the ways of dengue virus infection.

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of the non-invasive high frequency ventilation (NHFV) and non-invasive intermittent positive pressure ventilation (NIPPV)in neonates with respiratory distress syndrome (RDS) after extubation.Method Neonates with RDS from January 2015 to January 2016,who required high frequency ventilation after birth and were extubated after treatment were retrospectively studied.The enrolled patients were divided into NHFV group and NIPPV group to compare the rate of successful extubation within 7 days,non-invasive respiratory ventilation support time and complication incidence.Result In total 42 neonates were included,NHFV group were 21 cases and NIPPV group were 21 cases.The rates of successful extubation were not statistically different (71.4％ vs.80.9％,P ＞ 0.05);Compared with NIPPV group,NHFV group had shorter ventilation time [3.5 (2.2,4.1) d vs.4.6 (2.8,5.3)];the incidence of bronchopulmonary dysplasia,pneumothorax,intraventricular hemorrhage,periventricular leukomalacia,retinopathy of premature and necrotizing enterocolitis between groups were not statistically different (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion NHFV is a new safe and efficient ventilation support method for extubated neonates,and needs further research.

Objective To study the characteristics of skinfold thickness of Han adults in Jiangsu province . Methods The skinfold thicknesses of facial , subscapular , suprailiac , biceps , triceps and calf on 311 urban adults ( 157 males and 154 females) and 421 rural adults ( 213 males and 208 females ) of Han were investigated in Huaian city of Jiangsu province .Results The thickness of skinfold of urban females were thicker than that of urban males .Rural adults were the same .Han adults of Jiangsu showed the most significant differences between urban areas and rural areas .The values of six skinfold thicknesses of Jiangsu urban adults have positive correlation with age .Conclusion Han adults of Jiangsu show the most significant differences between genders .

The protocorm-suspension-system of Cremastra appendiculata was founded by liquid-suspension culture. The factors to effect germination rate and seedling conversion rate of C. appendiculata synthetic seeds, such as synthetic coating materials, synthetic endosperm components, storing conditions and germination materials, etc. were studied. The result showed that the germination rate and seedling conversion rate of synthetic seeds were the highest on the MS solid-medium while using 4% sodium alginate + 2% CaCl2 + 2% chitosan as synthetic coating materials, with 1/2 MS liquid-medium + 0.2 mg x L(-1) NAA + 0.1 mg x L(-1) GA3 + 0.5 mg L(-1) BA + 0.4 mg x L(-1) penicillin + 10.0 mg x L(-1) endophyte extract +0.3% carbendazim powder + 0.2% sodium benzoate + 1.0% sucrose as synthetic endosperm. And the germination rate and seedling conversion rate of synthetic seeds could attain to 68% and 65% after 20 days storing at 4 degrees C. The germination rate and seedling conversion rate of synthetic seeds decreased to a great extent with increasing the storing temperature and prolonging storing time.
