Chinese Herbal Medicines 2022;14(1):125-129
Objective: To investigate the analgesic substances in the aerial part of Urtica fissa (Urticae Fissae Herba), commonly used for rheumatoid and rheumatism arthritis. Methods: The analgesic constituents were isolated with the active guidance of hot plate and acetic acid writhing models, and identified by comprehensive spectroscopic analysis. Results: Thirteen alkaloids (1–13), two lignans (14, 15), and three amides (16–18) were isolated from the active fractions. Among them, compound 1 was a new alkaloid, and compound 6 was a new natural product. The activity evaluation in vivo indicated that various pyrrole alkaloids (1, 3, 6, and 12) possessed significant analgesic activities, they could significantly inhibit the mice pain response induced by acetic acid and hot plate at the dosage of 2 mg/kg BW. Conclusion: The study revealed that the pyrrole alkaloids played important roles in the analgesic activities of Urticae Fissae Herba.
2. Effect of home visit intervention on joint function and life ability of patients after hip arthroplasty
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2019;35(21):1638-1642
Objective:
To observe the effect of home visit on joint function and complications of patients undergoing hip replacement.
Methods:
Ninety cases of patients with artificial hip replacement who were admitted to our hospital from January to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups by random Number Table Method.45 patients in the control group were given routine nursing after discharge, and 45 patients in the observation group were treated with home visit nursing. The hip function and living ability of the two groups were evaluated 8, 12, 16 weeks after discharge, and the complication rate was compared.
Results:
The self-care ability scores of the observation group at 8, 12 and 16 weeks after discharge were 102.23±11.20, 108.36±10.41, 116.25±10.36 higher than those of the control group at 97.86±10.35), 100.21±14.26, 104.23±15.6, with significant differences (

Objective:To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing on elderly patients with coronary heart disease(qi stagnation and blood stasis type) constipation. Methods:A total of 126 elderly patients with coronary heart disease (qi stagnation and blood stasis type) constipation were divided into the control group and the experimental group by random digits table method, 63 cases each; the control group received routine nursing, and the experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing; comparing the two groups of patients defecation, mental state, recurrence rate, and nursing satisfaction. Results:There was no significant difference in defecation frequency, each defecation time, defecation smoothness score, fecal trait score, fall inflated score, and self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score( P >0.05). After one month of nursing, defecation frequency, each defecation time, defecation smoothness score, fecal trait score, fall inflated score, and SAS score were (4.09±0.86) times/week, (5.12±1.24) min/time, (2.57±0.39) points, (1.53±0.31) points, (0.97±0.21) points, (49.27±4.15)points in the experimental group, (3.12±0.61) times/week, (6.87±1.52) min/time, (2.59±0.36) points, (2.02±0.44) points, (1.29±0.27) points, (54.42±6.01) points in the control group, the differences were significant ( t values were -6.638-7.081, all P<0.05). Within 1 month after nursing, the recurrence rate of constipation in the experimental group (14.3%, 9/63) was lower than that in the control group (74.6%, 47/63) , and the satisfaction rate of the experimental group (98.4%, 62/63) was higher than that in the control group (69.8%, 44/63) , the differences were significant(× 2 values were 46.414, 19.257, P<0.05). Conclusions:Traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive care for elderly patients with coronary heart disease (qi stagnation and blood stasis type) constipation can significantly improve their defecation and psychological state, and can reduce the recurrence rate and improve the patient's satisfaction with nursing, which deserves further clinical application and research.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2019;35(32):2514-2519
Objective:
To observe the role of family support nursing system in the continuous care of patients with home rest and recuperation after symptomatic internal carotid artery occlusion (SICAO) intervention.
Methods:
Selecting patients with SICAO interventional procedures from August 2015 to July 2017, According to the continuous nursing method during the rest period, they were divided into the control group and the research group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group underwent routine continuous nursing intervention, and the study group implemented continuous nursing intervention based on the family support nursing system. The modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score, Barthel Index (BI) score, and Comprehension Social Support Scale (PSSS) scores were compared between the 2 groups at discharge and at 6 months of care intervention. The compliance of the two groups was compared at 2 weeks and 6 months, and the complications of the 2 groups were compared between 2 weeks and 6 months.
Results:
There were no significant differences in the scores of mRS, BI and PSSS between the two groups at the time of discharge (

Chinese Medical Ethics 2022;35(7):790-795
【Objective:】 To understand the true experience and feelings of nurses in the intensive care unit on the clinical experience of moral dilemmas, and to provide strategies for reducing the impact of moral dilemmas. 【Methods:】 Thirteen nurses in the intensive care unit were interviewed face to face by descriptive nature research method. The traditional content analysis method were used to compute the data, and the coding, categorization and topic extraction were carried out cyclically until the data were saturated and the interview was stopped. 【Results:】 The moral dilemma experience of nurses in the intensive care unit had the following three themes: negative psychological experience, negative behavior experience, and life and death cognitive experience. 【Conclusion:】 Nurses in the intensive care unit will have complex negative experiences after experiencing moral dilemmas. This negative experience threatens nurses’ mental health. Nursing managers should pay attention to the impact of moral dilemmas on nurses and formulate effective measures, thereby ensure nursing safety and maintain the healthy development of the nursing team.
