OBJECTIVE:To systematically review the efficacy and safety of the generic and original preparation of atorvas-tatin,and provide evidence-based reference for clinical treatment. METHODS:Retrieved from PubMed,EMBase,Cochrane Li-brary,CJFD,Wanfang Database,VIP and CBM,related randomized controlled trials(RCT)about generic preparation of atorvas-tatin(test group)versus original preparation of atorvastatin(control group)were collected. Meta-analysis was performed by using Rev Man 5.3 software after data extract and quality evaluation. RESULTS:Totally 16 RCTs were included,involving 2 077 pa-tients. Results of Meta-analysis showed,compared with control group,there were no significant differences in reducing total choles-terol (TC) [MD=-0.06,95%CI(-0.14,0.01),P=0.11],triglyceride (TG) [MD=-0.00,95%CI(-0.08,0.08),P=0.99], low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) [MD=-0.07,95%CI(-0.16,0.01),P=0.09],increasing high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)[MD=-0.00,95% CI(-0.03,0.03),P=0.96] and the incidence of major adverse cardiac events(MACE) [OR=1.18,95%CI(0.71,1.97),P=0.52] in test group;in terms of safety,compared with control group,there were no significant differences in the resulting in alanine aminotransferase (ALT) increased [OR=1.08,95%CI(0.51,2.30),P=0.83],the incidences of myalgia [OR=2.46,95%CI(0.70,8.65),P=0.16] and gastrointestinal adverse reactions [OR=1.11,95%CI(0.64,1.95),P=0.71]. CONCLUSIONS:Both the generic and original preparation of atorvastatin can effectively reduce blood lipid levels,with sim-ilar safety.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Flupentixol and Melitracen with conventional medicine on functional gastrointestinal disease of officers and soldiers.Methods Eighty-two officers and soldiers with functional gastrointestinal disease which defined by the Rome Ⅲ were randomly divided into two groups.The cases in therapy group were treated with Flupentixol and Melitracen combined with conventional medicine,and the cases in control group were simply treated with conventional medicine.The scales changes of clinical eddicacy,sympotoms,depression,anxiety amd the quality of life at the beginning and 8 weeks 'treatment were recorded.Results All offers and soldiers completed the therapy,and the overall response rate was 92.68％ in the therapy group and 70.13％ in the control group(x2 =6.61,P ＜0.05).The general severity score of symptoms,the score of depression and the score of anxiety in the therapy group after treatment were significantly lower than that of before treatment (t =27.76,16.24,16.28 ; P ＜ 0.05),while there were no significant difference in the control group(P ＞ 0.05).The score of the quality of life in the therapy group (SF-36) after treatment was improved significantly than that of before treatment (P ＜ 0.05),and the difference of two group was significant (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion The therapy scheme of Flupentixol and Melitracen with conventional medicine on offiers and soldiers with functional gastrointestinal disease can improve the total effective rate,clinical symptoms,depression,anxiety and the quality of life.

Objective To investigate the effects of tongue cancer resistance-associated protein 1 (TCRP1) in proliferation of chronic myeloid leukemia cells (CML),and explore the new thoughts of pathogenesis of CML.Methods The expression of TCRP1 was detected in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) of CML with real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and Western blot.After the expression of TCRP1 was interfered in K562 cells,the proliferation of cells was detected by 3-(4,5-dimenthylthiazol-2-yl)-5-(3-carboxymethoxyphenyl)-2-(4-sulfophenyl)-2H-tetrazolium (MTS) assay and soft agar colony forming assay,and the expression of protein kinase B (AKT) and its phosphorylation were tested by Western blot.Results In PBMC of CML patients,the mRNA and protein levels of TCRP1 were significantly higher than those of normal controls.The results of MTS assay and soft agar colony forming assay showed that the proliferation of K562 cells was significantly decreased after the expression of TCRP1 was interfered.After knockdown of TCRP1 in K562 cells,the phosphorylation of AKT was significantly decreased while the expression of total AKT did not change.Conclusions The expression of TCRP1 was increased in CML cells.High expression of TCRP1 might contribute to proliferation of K562 cells via the phosphorylation of AKT.

Objective To analyze the Oncomelania hupensis snail situation in schistosomiasis surveillance sites in Hubei Province from 2009 to 2014. Methods From 2009 to 2014,207 schistosomiasis endemic villages from 13 cities were selected as the surveillance sites in Hubei Province,where the surveillance of snail situation was performed,and the data about the in?dexes of snail situation during the 6 years were collected and analyzed statistically. Results From 2009 to 2014,totally 80 963.47 hm2 of snail areas were investigated,and 45 309.77 hm2 of area with snails as well as 364.93 hm2 of area with infected snails were found out,and 1 646 125 snails were captured. In the 207 surveillance sites,the density of living snails was reduced from 0.493 3 snail/0.1 m2 in 2009 to 0.339 3 snail/0.1 m2 in 2014,with a decline rate of 31.22%;the density of infected snails was reduced from 0.000 7 snail/0.1 m2 in 2009 to 0 in 2014;the infection rate of snails was reduced from 0.14%in 2009 to 0 in 2014. The infection rates of snails in the third?rank villages,endemic areas in inner embankment,ditch environment and weed environment were relatively higher. Conclusions The snail situation of Hubei Province has been declined steadily. However, the environment of snail breeding has not been changed completely. In order to consolidate the control achievements further ,the measures including mollusciciding and snail control projects should be strengthened.

Objective To investigate the changes of hippocampal neurogenesis and cognitive dysfunction induced by cranial radiation therapy.Methods C57BL/6J mice aged 10 d were subjected to 10 Gy whole brain irradiation with 6 MV X-rays to develop irradiation-induced brain injury model.Morris water maze was designed to estimate spatial learning and memory.At different time post irradiation,brain tissue was removed to stain with hematoxylin-eosin for the pathological results.DCX and PCNA immunohistochemical staining was used to mark the level of neurogenesis in the hippocampus,and ED1immunohistochemical staining to mark the activation of microglia.The TUNEL assay was used to assess the apoptotic neuron death in situ in the hippocampus.Real-time PCR was supplied to inspect the expression of TNF-α and IL-1 β mRNA.Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) was tested for the concentration of TNF-αt in the plasma.Results Pathological studies demonstrated that radiation could induce interstitial edema,inflammatory cell infiltration,cell degeneration,necrosis,apoptosis in the acute phase,edema subsiding,reduction of inflammatory cells,and cytothesis in the dentate gyrus of the hippocampus.IHC studies revealed that,at different time post irradiation,the number of DCX-positive cells and PCNA-positive cells decreased (F =4.9-12.5,5.2-15.7,P ＜ 0.05) but ED1-positive cells increased significantly (F =20.8,P ＜ 0.05).TUNEL-positive cells began to appear in the dentate gyrus of hippocampus 6 h post-irradiation,and its number reached to the highest level at 48 h post-irradiation (F =15.1,P ＜ 0.05).The formation of γ-H2AX foci got at the top 0.5 h post-irradiation (F =18.4,P ＜0.05) and then decreased.After irradiation,the expressions of TNF-α and IL-1β mRNA in the the irradiated group was higher than those of the control group (t =16.3,12.7,P ＜ 0.05).The concentration of TNF-α in the plasma of the irradiated group was higer than that in the control group 3 h post-irradiation,and maximized at 1 week post-irradiation (F =10.5,P ＜ 0.05).Morris water maze tests showed that the latency had no significant differences between the irradiated group and the control group at 1,2,3 d postirradiation,but the latency in the irradiated group was longer than that in the control group with a significant differences at 4,5,6 d post-irradiation (F =7.01,8.17,4.22,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Irradiation-induced cognitive dysfunction may be caused by microglial activation and suppression in hippocampal neurogenesis following cranial radiation therapy.

Objective To study antimicrobial resistance of clinically isolated Escherichia coli (E.coli),the preva-lence of integrons in E.coli,and relation of integron with antimicrobial resistance of E.coli.Methods E.coli isola-ted from three hospitals of Guangdong Province from 2010 to 2012 were collected,and antimicrobial susceptibility testing was performed by Kirby-Bauer method;integrons were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR),and gene cassette was analyzed by sequencing.Results A total of 156 E.coli isolates were collected,antimicrobial sus-ceptibility testing showed that resistance rate of E.coli to most penicillins,cephalosporins,fluoroquinolones,amin-oglycosides and sulfonamides were over 50%;the resistance rate to antimicrobials < 10% included cefoperazone/sulbactam(0),imipenem(3.85%),cefotetan(4.35%),ertapenem(7.69%)and piperacillin /tazobactam (8.97%);The positive rate of class I integron was 57.69%(90/156);the positive rate of class I integron in multidrug-resist-ant and non-multidrug-resistant E.coli was 66.00% (66/100)and 64.71 % (22/34)respectively,the difference was not statistically different (P >0.05),but compared with sensitive E.coli (9.09%,2/22),the difference was statisti-cally different (P<0.01 ).There were nine types of integron-drug resistant gene cassettes in the variable regions, most of which contained aadA and dfrA.Conclusion Antimicrobial resistance of E.coli is serious;high incidence of class I integrons are widely found in E.coli,and is closely related with drug resistance of E.coli,class I integrons mainly mediated aminoglycosides,sulfonamides and beta-lactams resistance.

Objective To analyze the surveillance results of schistosomiasis and understand the transmission situation in Hu?bei Province in 2014. Methods According to the Scheme of Schistosomiasis Surveillance in Hubei Province(the 2009 edi?tion),207 endemic sites were selected,where the schistosome infections of residents and livestock,and the distribution of On?comelania hupensis snails were investigated. Results In the 207 sites,there were 27 sites without positive results of the blood tests and 129 sites without positive results of the stool tests. The infection rates of residents and cattle were 0.17%and 0,respec?tively. The density of living snails was 0.339 3 snails/0.1m2,the rate of living snails was 10.12%,and the infection rate of snails was 0. The infection rate of residents in the inner embankment type was 0.22%,higher than the rates in the other types. In differ?ent age groups,the infection rate in the 50-59 years age group was higher than the rates in other age groups. The infection rates of residents in farmer and fisherman were higher than those in the other occupation groups. The infection rate of floating people was 0,and no acute schistosomiasis patients were found. Conclusion The endemic situation of schistosomiasis has decreased obviously in Hubei Province,and the whole province has achieved the criteria for transmission control of schistosomiasis.

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of different doses of dezocine at different administration time on analgesia after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 80 patients elected from ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ grade laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into four groups,20 cases in each group.Group Ⅰ was anesthetized by intravenously injected dezocine 0.10mg/kg before the surgery,group Ⅱ was anesthetized by dezocine 0.15mg/kg before the surgery,group Ⅲ was anesthetized by intravenously injected dezocine 0.10mg/kg after stopping anesthetic surgery,and group Ⅳ was anesthetized by intravenously injected dezocine 0.15mg/kg after stopping anesthetic surgery.The postoperative pain scores were observed 1,6,12,24 hours after operation in the four groups by using visual analog scale (VAS),comfort score (BCS),and anesthesia recovery score (modified Aldrete score).Results TheVAS of the four groups 1 hour after surgery:group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ was significantly different(t =2.308,P =0.036),group Ⅰ and group Ⅳ was significantly different (t =2.106,P =0.042),group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ was significantly different (t =2.711,P =0.014),group Ⅱ and group Ⅳ was significantly different (t =2.317,P =0.037).The BCS 1 hour after surgery:group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ was significantly different(t =2.108,P =0.042),group Ⅰ and group Ⅳ was significantly different(t =2.069,P =0.048),group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ was significantly different (t =2.353,P =0.033),group Ⅱ and group Ⅳ was significantly different (t =2.361,P =0.036).The VAS 6 hours after surgery:group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ was significantly different (t =2.084,P =0.045),group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ was significantly different(t =2.309,P =0.038),group Ⅱ and group Ⅳ was significantly different(t =2.303,P =0.040).The BCS 6 hours after surgery:group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ was significantly different (t =2.294,P =0.041),group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ was significantly different(t =2.322,P =0.035),group Ⅱ and group Ⅳ was significantly different (t =2.070,P =0.048).The BCS 12 hours after surgery:group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ was significantly different(t =2.518,P =0.047).VAS and BCS scores at other time points had no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion The analgesic after laparoscopic gallbladder surgery using dezocine 0.10mg/kg-0.15mg/kg,especially 0.15mg/kg administered anesthesia before surgery,can effectively relieve postoperative pain and improve postoperative comfort,reduce postoperative analgesic(pain pump) and has less adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.

Objective To explore the effect of SFI in radiation-induced mice brain injury after 20 Gy cranial radiation.Methods The mice were divided into three groups:(1) control group,(2) RT-only group:the whole brain was irradiated with a dose of 20 Gy,(3) RT and SFI group:SFI at 20 ml/kg/d from 4 weeks after 20 Gy cranial radiation theraty(CRT).Results Morris water maze test showed that the latency of the irradiated group was longer than control group and SFI improved the cognitive function of mice (t =6.34,6.70,P ＜0.05).The expression of TNF-α reached to the highest level at 3 h after irradiation,and then it decreased but got the second higher level again at 4 weeks after irradiation.The expression of IL-1 β reached to the highest level at 72 h after irradiation and decreased until 4 weeks after irradiation.SFI decreased both expressions of TNF-α (t =11.34,9.70,6.07,P ＜ 0.05) and IL-1 β (t =12.27,5.70,7.52,P ＜ 0.05).Immune florescence staining showed that SFI reduced the number of activated microglia (t =12.35,8.64,7.82,P ＜ 0.05)and inhibited the translocation of p65 of microglia after irradiation.Conclusions Findings suggest that SFI may decrease microglial activation and suppress the expression of TNF-α and IL-1β by inhibiting the translocation of NF-κB p65 and then attenuate irradiation-induced brain injury.

Objective To understand the dynamic schistosomiasis situation in Hubei Province so as to provide the evidence for formulating the effective control strategy. Methods According to the Scheme of Schistosomiasis Surveillance in Hubei Province the 2009 edition 207 endemic villages were selected and investigated for the schistosome infections of residents and livestock and the distribution of Oncomelania hupensis snails. Results The average infection rates of residents and cattle were 0.35% and 0.15% respectively and the endemic situation of fishermen and farmers were relatively serious 0.44% and 0.42% respectively . The density of living snails was 0.30 snail/0.1m2 but no infected snails were found. Conclusion The en-demic situation of schistosomiasis in Hubei Province was stable in 2013 but the efforts for the infectious source control still should be strengthened.
