Objective To conduct a retrospective study about drug-induced hyperthermia (DIH) based on DIH data obtained in medical practice, and elucidate the relationship between DIH incidence and antibacterials overuse. Methods To investigate successively the medical records of inpatients from orthopaedics department in Fudan university affiliated Jinshan hospital at two different periods, and data of DIH cases were extracted to perform a comparative study. The period for 229 effective cases of group Ⅰ was from Feb.1 to Apr.30,2011,before significant improvement on antibacterials use.The period for 342 effective cases of group Ⅱ was from Jul.1 to Sep.30,2012,after the effective enforcements of regulation on antibacterials use.Inclusion criteria for DIH were:①an oral temperature ≥37.6 ℃ since postoperative day 4,②no evidence of infection,③a time relationship between fever and the administration of causative drugs:a fever occurring with drug administration and disappearing after drug cessation within 3 days,④no other causes for the fever,⑤oral temperature ≤ 37.6 ℃ until leaving hospital.Exclusion criteria for DIH were listed below:①possible pathological fever,e.g.,in cancer,②hospitalization within 3 days,③no surgery,④severe trauma, for example, visceral or central nervous system injury. Results All causative drugs were for injection.By comparison, duration of antibacterial administration is significantly shorter in group Ⅱ than in group Ⅰ (1.7 ± 1.7 vs.4.6-± 1.8days,P < 0.01),and total DIH incidence and antibacterials related DIH incidence were significantly lower in group Ⅱ than in group Ⅰ (7.3% vs.30.1%,1.5% vs.25.3%,both P <0.01).Conclusion DIH incidence is related with drug type especially with antibacterials overuse, and changed with drug program.DIH was more serious for injection of antibacterials than injection of traditional Chinese medicine.Decrease of antibacterials usage is positively associated with the decreased DIH incidence.Safe medication should begin from safe usage of antibacterials.

Objective To study the imaging finding of the coracoclavicular ligament. Methods 400 cases of normal chest films 200 men and 200 women were collected. The presented rates of pseudoarthrosis of the coracoclavicular joints and the clavicular tuberosities which are the coracoclavicular ligament attachment were evaluated and the distances between the clavicle and coracoid process interval were measured. There were 30 cases of normal shoulder MRI,the displaying rate of coracoclavicular ligament, the length and width of the coracoclavicular ligament were measured at MR imaging.8 case with type Ⅱ(n=5) and type Ⅲ(n=3)of acromioclavicular injury were also included in this study. Results Among 400 cases(800 sides),one pseudoarthrosis(0.25%)and 198 clavicular tuberosities(24.8%)were found. The normal distance between the clavicle and coracoid process interval was (6.92±3.16)mm.On MRI study,30 cases of coracoclavicular ligament were all showed on oblique coronal slices. The acromioclavicular ligament and coracoclavicular ligament tear were found in type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ,of acromioclavicular injury respectively on MRI.The length and width of conoid ligament were(11.48±1.43) mm and (4.82±1.21) mm respectively, and the length and width of trapezoid ligament were(9.09±0.84) mm and (5.10±0.87) mm respectively. Conclusion The normal anatomic measurement standards of the coracoclavicular ligament are established on X-ray and MRI,which is important for diagnosis of coracoclavicular ligament lesions. The coracoclavicular ligament torn is showed in typeⅢ of acromioclavicular dislocation.

Objective To describe the status of anxiety and depression in patients with uveitis, and to explore the related factors of quality of life. Methods A total of 126 uveitis patients from September 2015 to March 2016 were investigated with the General Social Population Questionnaire, Life Quality for Diseases with Visual Impairment Scale, Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Beck Depression Inventory. Results There were 126 valid questionnaires, and the effective recovery rate was 96.9%(126/130). The score of Self-rating Anxiety Scale in uveitis patients was (43.49±7.20) points which lower than the standard mark standardized score, and 14.3% (18/126)of patients were diagnosed with anxiety. The score of Beck Depression Inventory in uveitis patients was (7.50 ± 6.60) points which lower than the standard mark standardized score, 28.6% (36/126)of patients were diagnosed with depression. The Self-rating Anxiety Scale scores and psychological dimensions of quality of life was negatively correlated (r=-0.310, P<0.01), and the Beck Depression Inventory scores and the average score of the quality of life, the 4 dimensions and total score of quality of life was negatively correlated(r=-0.534--0.240, all P<0.01). The multiple linear regression analysis showed that the related factors of quality of life were score of depression, vision loss, education and gender(P<0.05). Conclusions The incidence of depression and anxiety are both lower in patients with uveitis than general population. The status of quality of life is related to the score of depression, vision loss, education and gender.

Primary female urethral adenocarcinoma is rare. This paper reports a case of primary urethral mucinous adenocarcinoma complicated with signet ring cell carcinoma. The patient underwent urethral tumor resection in another hospital. Postoperative examination indicated that the tumor remained, and the tumor was completely removed after urethral tumor resection. After 11 months of follow-up, there was no tumor residue or recurrence.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the effect of low and high oxygen concentration on embryo development, pregnancy outcome and birth defects offertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET).
METHODSAccording to the oxygen concentration ofculture environment, the IVF-ET performed in the Women's Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine during 2013 and 2015 were divided into low oxygen concentration group (=2036, 5% O) and high oxygen concentration group (=4617, 20% O). The rate of fertilization, good quality embryo, clinical pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy, abortion and birth defect were compared between two groups.
RESULTSThe good quality embryo rate was significantly higher in the low oxygen concentration group (<0.05). However, no significant differences were found between two groups in the rate of fertilization, clinical pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy, abortion and birth defect (all>0.05).
CONCLUSIONSLow oxygen environment may improve the potential of embryonic development, but its impact on pregnancy outcome and birth defect is not significant.

The development of a cerebral organoid culture in vitro offers an opportunity to generate human brain-like organs to investigate mechanisms of human disease that are specific to the neurogenesis of radial glial (RG) and outer radial glial (oRG) cells in the ventricular zone (VZ) and subventricular zone (SVZ) of the developing neocortex. Modeling neuronal progenitors and the organization that produces mature subcortical neuron subtypes during early stages of development is essential for studying human brain developmental diseases. Several previous efforts have shown to grow neural organoid in culture dishes successfully, however we demonstrate a new paradigm that recapitulates neocortical development process with VZ, OSVZ formation and the lamination organization of cortical layer structure. In addition, using patient-specific induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) with dysfunction of the Aspm gene from a primary microcephaly patient, we demonstrate neurogenesis defects result in defective neuronal activity in patient organoids, suggesting a new strategy to study human developmental diseases in central nerve system.
