Objective To study the efficacy and safety of methylcarboprost suppository in preventing postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section.Methods Two hundred and nine puerperants with cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups: test group(n=103),1mg methylcarboprost suppository was given sublingually after peritoneotomy,and control group(n=106),20IU oxytocin intravenous drip immediately after neonate delivery. 20IU oxytocin were injected into uterine muscularis in the both groups after neonate delivery.The amount of bleeding in perioperation and 24 hours after delivery were measured.Results The blood loss volumes in perioperation and 24hour after delivery in test group were 191 2ml and 317 2ml respectively, and in control group were 216 6ml and 350 5ml respectively,and there was significant difference in the blood loss volume between the two groups(P

Objective To explore the application value of improved B-Lynch suture in the treatment of cesarean section refractory hemorrhage.Methods To analyze retrospectively the information of cesarean section refractory hemorrhage patients who have taken conventional treatment or improved B-Lynch suture treatment in our hospital,taken the conventional treatment.the uterus was remove when it's invalid.the improved B-Lynch suture treatment was taken.Results In the improved B-Lynch suture treatment group,the patients have apprently little blood loss,shorter time in the cesarean section operation(t =8.58,6.38,P ＜ 0.05).And none of the cases took the hysterectomy or occured DIC.In the conventional treatment group,the blood loss was more,the operation time was longer,and 6 cases took the hysterectomy,5 cases occured DIC.The two groups were significantly different(x2 =6.98,4.59,all P ＜0.05).Conclusion In the cesarean section,if refractory hemorrhage happen and the conventional measures does not work,the improved B-Lynch suture should be taken into consideration.It has good hemostatic effect.

Objective To discuss the value of vacuum sealing drainage combined with continuous fluid irrigation in deep second degree burn.Methods 33 patients with deep second degree burns in burn department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College were selected as study object.The observation group used vacuum sealing drainage combined with continuous fluid irrigation,while the control group used the traditional method of treatment.The rate of wound healing,wound healing time and pain conditions were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After 3 days in the observation group,there was dissolved necrotic tissue which were drained into the negative pressure bottles,wound necrosis dropped off and dissolved when changing VSD dressings after seven days,a large number of newborn epithelial tissue appeared on the wound after 14 days of treatment.The healing rate after 7 days and 14 days,total healing time and wound pain showed statistically significant differences between two groups.Conclusions VSD combined with continuous fluid irrigation can effectively improve local microcirculation of burn wounds,increase local blood flow,keep the wound stay at a moist environment,accelerate the exudate drainage,which will help reduce the damage caused by local inflammation,promote epithelial cell regeneration from multiple perspectives,promote wound healing,and improve local pain symptoms and the quality of life of patients.

Immune checkpoint is one of the most effective research targets for tumor immunotherapy. Immune checkpoint inhibitors, mainly programmed death receptor 1 and its ligand 1, have achieved good response rates in various tumor treatments, but some tumors still have low response rates. In recent years, bispecific antibodies have developed rapidly in the field of tumor research, because they can target multiple targets and play a combined role in tumor therapy, and can effectively inhibit tumor immune escape. This article reviews the research progress and clinical status of bispecific antibodies targeting immune checkpoints.

Objective: To investigate the quality of life among patients with occupational pneumoconiosis in Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, so as to provide insights into improving the quality of life among patients with occupational pneumoconiosis. Methods: Patients with occupational pneumoconiosis in Jinhua City from 2009 to 2021 were retrieved from the National Occupational Disease and Health Risk Factors Monitoring Information System. Participants' demographics, diagnosis of pneumoconiosis, stage of pneumoconiosis, pulmonary function and medical expense were collected through questionnaire surveys, and the quality of life was measured using a Chinese version of the Short-Form Health Survey (SF-36). The quality of life was descriptively analyzed among patients with occupational pneumoconiosis by disease stage, pulmonary function, expense for disease diagnosis and treatment and educational level. Results: A total of 244 patients with occupational pneumoconiosis were enrolled, including 225 men (92.21%). The participants had a mean age of (75.20±9.42) years, and mean duration from dust contact to pneumoconiosis onset of (13.11±9.89) years. The scores for physical functioning, role-physical, bodily pain, general health, vitality, social functioning, role-emotional, and mental health were (64.03±31.22), (45.14±44.22), (56.34±26.60), (40.80±19.80), (59.14±17.35), (68.41±19.67), (47.03±44.08) and (61.15±17.06) points among patients with occupational pneumoconiosis, which were all lower than the national constant (P<0.05). Lower scores were measured for physical functioning [(31.17±23.40) points], bodily pain [(45.21±19.50) points] and vitality [(47.00±20.70) points] among patients with stage Ⅲ occupational pneumoconiosis, for physical functioning [(32.27±24.24) points], role-physical [(12.88±30.70) points], bodily pain [(37.44±20.43) points], general health [(14.76±17.17) points], vitality [(38.79±19.33) points], social functioning [(53.33±17.08) points], role-emotional [(9.09±26.71) points], and mental health [(53.21±17.25) points] among occupational pneumoconiosis patients with severe pulmonary function damages, and for physical functioning [(30.97±27.40) points], bodily pain [(37.77±24.34) points], general health [(19.10±18.62) points], vitality [(38.39±23.78) points], social functioning [(55.89±21.00) points] and mental health [(55.35±20.35) points] among occupational pneumoconiosis patients that had personal payments for pneumoconiosis diagnosis and treatment expenses exceeding 30% of annual household incomes, while higher scores were measured for physical functioning [(66.36±17.33) points] and role-physical [(59.09±45.10) points] among occupational pneumoconiosis patients with an educational level of high school and above (all P<0.05). Conclusions The quality of life was low among occupational pneumoconiosis patients in Jinhua City from 2009 to 2021. Stage of pneumoconiosis, pulmonary function, medical expenses and educational level were identified as factors affecting the quality of life among occupational pneumoconiosis patients in Jinhua City.

Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway(CNP)on allergic rhinitis in patients with subcutaneous immunotherapy.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with allergic rhinitis treated with subcutaneous immunotherapy were equally randomized into the observation group and the control group.The former group were managed with clinical nursing pathway and the latter received only routine nursing care.The curative effect of subcutaneous immunotherapy was compared between the two groups including local adverse reactions,treatment compliance,patients' satisfaction and quality of life.Results The scores by symptom assessment at time points of half a year,years 1,2 and 3 showed the symptoms at different time points between the groups were significantly different by the comparison between time and the interactive effect of main effect(F=678.24,P<0.01),and the symptoms in the two groups were both alleviated with the extension of treatment due to the compared time effect at F=47.16, P<0.01.The scores on the symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at different time points(P<0.01).The experiment group was better than the control group in terms of local adverse reactions,treatment compliance, quality of life and patient's satisfaction(P<0.01)Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can improve patient's compliance,improve immunotherapy,reduce adverse reactions and improve the quality of life of patients as well as patients' satisfaction.

Objective To study the intestinal microflora changes in children with Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura (HSP). Methods The feces of 64 children with HSP (the experimental group) and 25 healthy children (the control group) were collected. 16S rRNA/DNA fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction were performed to detect bacterial content of Lactobacillus, Biifdobacterium and Escherichia coli in feces. Results The amounts of Lactobacillus, and Biifdobacterium in the HSP group were lower than those of the healthy group, and the amounts of E.coli were higher, but the differences were not statistically signiifcant. The amounts of Lactobacillus and Biifdobacterium in the HSP children with gastrointestinal symptoms (abdominal pain, vomiting, e.g.) were signiifcantly lower than those in HSP children without gastrointestinal symptoms and in the healthy group. The difference was signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusions It suggests that intestinal microlfora in children with HSP in acute phase may exist disorders, especially in the HSP children with gastrointestinal symptoms.

AIM: To compare the difference in serum prolactin levels and the concentrations of anti-infective factors of human colostrums between normal labor and cesarean section. METHODS: The serum prolactin levels were measured at 48 h, 96 h after parturition in 100 cases of normal labor and cesarean using radioimmunoassay. Furthermore, the levels of SIgA, IgG, IgM, C3, C4 were tested in 100 cases at the same time using the technique of immuno-turbidimetry. RESULTS: The serum prolactin levels in normal labor tested at 48 h after parturition were significantly different with that of the cesarean section group. But there was no significant difference in serum prolatin levels 96 h after parturition between the two groups. The levels of SIgA,IgG,IgM,C3 and C4 of the colostrum in the cesarean group were higher significantly than those of the normal group at 48 h after parturition. (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01). At 96 h after parturition, there was no significant difference in SIgA, IgG, IgM and C3 between the two groups except C4. CONCLUSION: At 48 h after paturition, the serum prolactin levels of normal labor group are higher than that of the cesarean section group. The concentrations of anti-infective factors (SIgA, IgG, IgM, C3 and C4) of human colostrums at 48 h after paturition in cesarean section group are higher than those of normal labor group.
