Objective To observe the effect of antitumor and hematopoiesis of the extract of Spatholobus suberctus Dunn (SSCE) in vivo. Methods The mouse model of Lewis lung carcinoma was used to investigate the effects of SSCE on tumor growth and hematopoiesis by detecting the counts of peripheral blood, the counts and classify of the cells in bone marrow. Result The tumor inhibitory rate of SSCE on Lewis lung cancer was 30.65%. SSCE can stimulate the proliferation of bone marrow cells and relieve the marrow depression induced by chemotherapy, at the same time, the physique of the mouse treated by SSCE was not effected. Conclusion SSCE exits antitumor effect, moreover, it can stimulate the bone marrow cells to proliferate and relieve the marrow depression produced by chemotherapy.

Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of multimodal analgesia with different doses of nalbuphine combined with flurbiprofen on patients who received intravenous patient -controlled analgesia(PCIA) after thoracotomy.Methods Sixty patients underwent thoracotomy,ASA Ⅰ -Ⅱ,18 -65 years old,who underwent postoperative PCIA,were randomly divideded into three groups according to the digital table,nalbuphine 60 mg group (N60 group),nalbuphine 80 mg group(N80 group)and nalbuphine 100 mg group (N100 group),20 cases in each group.All patients were given 150mg flurbiprofen,a total of 100mL.PCIA solution:the background dose was 2mL/h, PCIA dose of 0.5mL,locking time of 15min.10min before surgery,each patient was intravenously given flurbiprofen 50mg,given a loading dose of 0.1mL/kg when closed chest.All patients were followed up for 48h.The incidence of adverse reactions such as vital signs,number of times,visual analog scale(VAS)score,sedation score,nausea and vomiting were recorded.Results There were no significant differences in the age,gender,body mass index and surgery duration among the three groups(all P >0.05).The vital signs were stable within 48h after operation.The VAS scores of N60 group were higher than the other two groups(N80 group:t =7.94,6.35,6.49,5.21,5.63,all P =0.00;N100 group:t =8.41,9.10,5.80,8.07,8.18,all P =0.00)at 4,6,8,24 and 48h after operation(all P <0.05).The VAS score of N80 group 48 h after operation was lower than that of N100 group(t =2.30,P =0.03),and the difference was not statistically significant in remaining(all P >0.05).The effective /actual compression ratio of PCIA of N80 group and N100 group were significantly higher than that of N60 group (t =7.30,8.35,all P <0.05). There were no differences in the incidence of adverse reaction among the three groups(group N80:χ2 =0.17,0.23, 1.03,all P >0.05;group N100:χ2 =3.14,0.23,1.03,all P >0.05).Conclusion Postoperative PCIA with nalbu-phine (80 mg)combined with flurbiprofen(150 mg)has significant analgesic effect and lower costs.

Purpose To observe the functional expression of calcium sensing receptor ( CaSR) in human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cell line, the effect of CaSR on intracellular calcium, cell proliferation and migration of SCG-7901. Methods The expression and distribu-tion of CaSR were detected by Western blotting and immunofluorescence observation in SGC-7901. The intracellular concentration of free calcium ( [ Ca2+] i ) was determined by confocal laser scanning microscopy. MTT, flow cytometry and scratch test were used to an-alyze the impact of CaSR the proliferation and the migration capabilities of SGC-7901 cell. Results CaSR protein was expressed in SGC-7901. Extracellular calcium or calindol significantly increased the expression of [Ca2+]i, CaSR and E-cadherin;In addition, the migration capabilities were decreased. Conclusion CaSR is expressed in SGC-7901. The activation of CaSR induces the expression of E-cadherin, and decreases migration ability.

Objective:To investigate the current status of emotion regulation self-efficacy and self-esteem,to explore the influencing factors and the correlation among middle school students,thus to provide reference for mental health education to schools.Methods:A sample of 995 junior middle school students was selected from 2 middle schools in Yanta District,Xi'an City.A questionnaire survey was conducted using the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale and Emotion Regulation Self-Efficacy Scale.Data was analyzed using SPSS 22.0 software.Results:Both self-esteem (29.2 ± 4.7) and emotional regulation self-efficacy (44.1 ± 8.8) were at the medium level.The influence factors of self-esteem included academic performance,mother's education level,whether parents quarrel,and personality type (P ＜ 0.05),while the influencing factors of self-efficacy included academic performance,mother's education level,whether parents quarrel,and personality type,study and living type (P ＜0.05).Self-esteem and emotion regulation self-efficacy was positively correlated (r =0.412,P ＜0.05).Conclusion:The overall level of self-esteem and emotion regulation self-efficacy of middle school students is not high.Academic performance,mother's educational level,whether parents quarrel,personality type affect self-esteem and emotion regulation self-efficacy at the same time,which should not been ignored in mental health education.

Objective To investigate the effect of hyperthermia on the expression of E6 and E7 genes of human papillomavirus (HPV) type 6 and 11 in HPV-infected human skin. Methods Tissue samples were obtained from the lesions of condyloma accuminatum (CA) in 6 patients after informed consent. Each sample was divided into 4 parts: one was embedded and directly stored at -80 ℃; the other 3 parts were placed in culture medium and the surface of the samples was irradiated for 30 minutes with a thermotherapy apparatus at 37℃, 42 ℃, 45 ℃, respectively, then the samples were taken out and stored at -80 ℃. RNA was extracted from the specimens, real time quantitative PCR (qPCR) was performed to detect the expression of E6 and E7 genes of HPV-6 and -11. Results Of the 6 patients, 2 were infected with HPV-6 and -11 respectively, 4 with both HPV-6 and HPV-11. The expression of E6 and E7 mRNA decreased with the increase in irradiation temperature. The relative mRNA expression levels at 37 ℃, 42 ℃ and 45 ℃ were 1.00 ± 0.00, 0.61 ± 0.17, 0.27 ± 0.15, respectively, for HPV-6 E6 gene, 1.00 ± 0.00, 0.56 ± 0.21, 0.16 ± 0.11 respectively, for HPV-6 E7 gene, 1.00 ± 0.00, 0.60 ± 0.22, 0.16 ± 0.08, respectively, for HPV-I1 E6 gene, 1.00 ± 0.00, 0.55 ± 0.15, 0.24 ± 0.06, respectively, for HPV-11 E7 gene; statistical difference was noted among them between the specimens irradiated at different temperature (all P < 0.01). Conclusion Hyperthermia can remarkably suppress the expression of HPV-6/I 1 E6 and E7 genes, which may be a possible mechanism under the regression of warts induced by local hyperthermia.

Objective To increase the ability to recognize the characteristic MRI features of multiple sclerosis (MS) in the spinal cord. Methods Fifteen patients with MS underwent MR examination of the cervical spine. The MS plaques were evaluated for lesion location, length,size on cross-section and lesion enhancement. MRI features of intraspinal tumor of spinal cord, cervical spondylopathy of myeloid form and transverse myelitis were analyzed and compared. Results The lesion mainly developed in cervical cord in the 15 patients. The lesions were less than five vertebra body in length. MRI features showed that involved cord segment was mild swollen with smooth periphery in sagittal section;the plaques showed iso-mild hypointense on T 1WI and hyperintense on T 2WI; the plaques were located peripherally and occupied less than 50%of the cross-sectional area of the cord; the lesions in active stage were enhanced by Gd-DTPA or no enhancement, the enhanced size of plaque was smaller than the extent showing hyperintense on T 2WI. The case of several onset showed various enhancement. Conclusion MS of spinal cord has characteristic feature on MRI, this can provide reliable proof for clinical diagnosis.
