1.Patients Bring a law Against Hospital For Their Secrets Been Invaided
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(04):-
By review and analysis the view point come from hospital, doctors, patients and medical students to patients secrets, determinating the significance of one's secrets and the right.Determinating patients secrets right seeing doctor. It was suggested that doctor should respect patient and their secret right, promoting of patient-doctor relationship harmoniously.
2.Comparison of the Medical Scientific Thoughts and the Medical Moral Thoughts
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(04):-
In the thesis we elucidate the connotation, correlative concept of medical scientific thoughts and the medical moral thoughts, emphasize the direction and method of the two thoughts.Through comparison,we find that the two thoughts have great differences in the direction, motive and manifestation while they have in common in the origin, foundation and destination.
3.The development status and countermeasures of the foreign postgraduate students education
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2014;13(10):985-987
This article conducted a study on the foreign postgraduate students in Chongqing Medical University from the development scope, resources of students, major distribution, finical supporting from the year of 2006 to 2012.Based on the former analysis,it is found that students are of poor quality. There are very less Chinese learning channels. It is very urgent to optimize enrollment and improve the quality of students. There should be multi-channel expansion of Chinese learning and training refined Chinese expert.
4.The model of joint management of Chinese -foreign students
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(04):-
Foreign students’management is the issue for Chinese universities to explore constantly. How to provide the channel for foreign students to know China,to know Chinese universities,to answer their questions are the responsibilities of Foreign Students Management Office of universities. This paper analyses the result of Chinese-Foreign Students Joint Management Model which has been running for one year in Chongqing Medical University to provide some highlights on foreign students’ management in universities of China.

Objective To investigate the location and expression of Fas/FasL in the salivary glands of patients with primary Sjgren′s syndrome (SS).Methods Expression of Fas and Fas ligand (FasL) in salivary gland biopsy material was detected in situ by immunohistochemical technique. Results Fas/FasL were strongly expressed in the acinar and ductal epithelial cells in SS.In contrast, few Fas/FasL were expressed in the salivary glands of normal subjects. The majority of infiltrating lymphocytes in SS did not express Fas/FasL.The number of infiltrating lymphocytes area was not associated with the acinar and ductal epithelial cells in SS.Conclusion These results suggest that the expression of Fas/FasL in the acinar and ductal epithelial cells may be an important mechanism leading to the glandular destruction found in SS.

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum visfatin and glucose metabolism disorder in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods Seventy eight patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) were selected, and, according to the results of glucose tolerance test and insulin release test (OGTT),were divided into normal OGTT without insulin resistance (NONIR) group (n =32 cases),OGTT normal with hyper insulinemia (HI) group (n =25 cases),and OGTT abnormalities that may be associated with hyper insulinemia (also known as abnormal glucose metabolism (AGM) group; n =21 cases).Sixteen cases of tubal infertility women were selected as control group in the same period. The relationship between serum visfatin and glucose metabolism was analyzed and related to various factors. The changes of relevant indicators of PCOS patients who were treated before and after treatment were observed in AGM group. Results In AGM Group,PCOS patient's menstrual cycle, testosterone (T),luteinizing hormone (LH)/follicle stimulating hormone (FSH),visfatin, triglyceride (TG),homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMAIR) were higher than control group (P < 0.05).The age at menarche, menstrual cycles, infertility time,waist-hip ratio (WHR),systolic blood pressure,T,estradiol (E2),and LH/FSH were no significant difference between AGM group versus NONIR group or HI group (P >0.05).However,the body mass index (BMI),waist circumference, diastolic blood pressure,HOMA-IR,and TG in AGM group were significantly higher than NONIR group, and older than HI group; visfatin in AGM group was higher than NONIR group or HI group (P < 0.05).Visfatin was positively correlated with BMI,waist circumference, fasting insulin (FINS),fasting plasma glucose (FPG),HOMA-IR,and TG (r =0.423 ~ 0.847,P =0.01 ~ 0.04).After 3 months of treatment,8 cases AGM patients' serum visfatin,HOMA-IR,and blood pressure were significantly decreased (P < 0.05).Conclusions High serum visfatin may be one predictor of glucose metabolism in patients with PCOS.Especially, the patients with obesity should be highly vigilant glucose metabolism disorder occurring and should be given positive joint programs treatment for weight control.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(10):-
Objective To investigate the regularity of changes an d the base line of physiological deficiency of ventricular diastolic function in normal individuals. Methods Non-invasive echocardiography was employed for monitoring hemodynamics of the ventricular diastolic function in n ormal individuals. 240 volunteers were divided into four groups by age, i.e. juv enile, youth, middle-aged and elderly groups. Items of examination included the diameter of cardiac chambers by two-dimensional (2D) echogram, velocity of dia stole of ventricular wall by M mode, velocity and ratio of blood flow at left an d right atrio-ventricular valves and pulmonary vein by spectral Doppler, fillin g phase and duration of filling of ventricles in diastolic phase by color Dopple r. Results Of mitral valve, tricuspid valve and pulmonary vein, a series of dynamic parameters of blood flow were correlated closely with the a ge. The ventricular diastolic function of normal person deteriorated physiologic ally with the passage of years, characterized by a normal stage in juvenile and young ages, compliant decreased stage in middle-age, and declined functional st age in aged. The declination course started in the left ventricle prior to the r ightventaide. Conclusion The results of the present study may b e helpful for further clinical researches on the mechanisms of changes in human ventricular diastolic function.

Acta Anatomica Sinica 1955;0(03):-
Comparative investigation of the distribution of galanin-immunoreactive (GAL-ir) nerve fibers in the neural lobe of the human being, monkey, dog, cat and rat was studied immunohistochemically. The density of GAL-ir fibers in the posterior pituitary was highest in the dog and rat, moderate in the monkey and cat; and lowest in the human being. A dense accumulation of positive fibers appeared in the pituitary stalk bordoring the intermediate lobe. The fiber density in the central part of the posterior pituitary was slightly higher than at its periphery in the human and monkey. Moderate amount of fibers were found to spread all over the neural lobe of the dog and rat, with slightly higher density in the posterior part of the dog. In the cat, the highest density of GAL-ir fibers was found along the wall of the recess hypophysis. A slightly increasing fibers or fiber clumps were seen in the peripheral region of posterior pituitary in four species of the animals and human being. Some fibers were found surrounding the blood vessels or located in their walls.
