By review and analysis the view point come from hospital,doctors,patients and medical students to patients secrets,determinating the significance of one's secrets and the right.Determinating patients secrets right seeing doctor.It was suggested that doctor should respect patient and their secret right,promoting of patient-doctor relationship harmoniously.

In the thesis we elucidate the connotation,correlative concept of medical scientific thoughts and the medical moral thoughts,emphasize the direction and method of the two thoughts.Through comparison,we find that the two thoughts have great differences in the direction,motive and manifestation while they have in common in the origin,foundation and destination.

This article conducted a study on the foreign postgraduate students in Chongqing Medical University from the development scope,resources of students,major distribution,finical supporting from the year of 2006 to 2012.Based on the former analysis,it is found that students are of poor quality.There are very less Chinese learning channels.It is very urgent to optimize enrollment and improve the quality of students.There should be multi-channel expansion of Chinese learning and training refined Chinese expert.

Foreign students’management is the issue for Chinese universities to explore constantly.How to provide the channel for foreign students to know China,to know Chinese universities,to answer their questions are the responsibilities of Foreign Students Management Office of universities.This paper analyses the result of Chinese-Foreign Students Joint Management Model which has been running for one year in Chongqing Medical University to provide some highlights on foreign students’ management in universities of China.

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum visfatin and glucose metabolism disorder in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods Seventy eight patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) were selected,and,according to the results of glucose tolerance test and insulin release test (OGTT),were divided into normal OGTT without insulin resistance (NONIR) group (n =32 cases),OGTT normal with hyper insulinemia (HI) group (n =25 cases),and OGTT abnormalities that may be associated with hyper insulinemia (also known as abnormal glucose metabolism (AGM) group; n =21 cases).Sixteen cases of tubal infertility women were selected as control group in the same period.The relationship between serum visfatin and glucose metabolism was analyzed and related to various factors.The changes of relevant indicators of PCOS patients who were treated before and after treatment were observed in AGM group.Results In AGM Group,PCOS patient's menstrual cycle,testosterone (T),luteinizing hormone (LH)/follicle stimulating hormone (FSH),visfatin,triglyceride (TG),homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMAIR) were higher than control group (P ＜ 0.05).The age at menarche,menstrual cycles,infertility time,waist-hip ratio (WHR),systolic blood pressure,T,estradiol (E2),and LH/FSH were no significant difference between AGM group versus NONIR group or HI group (P ＞0.05).However,the body mass index (BMI),waist circumference,diastolic blood pressure,HOMA-IR,and TG in AGM group were significantly higher than NONIR group,and older than HI group; visfatin in AGM group was higher than NONIR group or HI group (P ＜ 0.05).Visfatin was positively correlated with BMI,waist circumference,fasting insulin (FINS),fasting plasma glucose (FPG),HOMA-IR,and TG (r =0.423 ～ 0.847,P =0.01 ～ 0.04).After 3 months of treatment,8 cases AGM patients' serum visfatin,HOMA-IR,and blood pressure were significantly decreased (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions High serum visfatin may be one predictor of glucose metabolism in patients with PCOS.Especially,the patients with obesity should be highly vigilant glucose metabolism disorder occurring and should be given positive joint programs treatment for weight control.

Objective To investigate the location and expression of Fas/FasL in the salivary glands of patients with primary Sjgren′s syndrome (SS).Methods Expression of Fas and Fas ligand (FasL) in salivary gland biopsy material was detected in situ by immunohistochemical technique.Results Fas/FasL were strongly expressed in the acinar and ductal epithelial cells in SS.In contrast,few Fas/FasL were expressed in the salivary glands of normal subjects.The majority of infiltrating lymphocytes in SS did not express Fas/FasL.The number of infiltrating lymphocytes area was not associated with the acinar and ductal epithelial cells in SS.Conclusion These results suggest that the expression of Fas/FasL in the acinar and ductal epithelial cells may be an important mechanism leading to the glandular destruction found in SS.

Language is an unique complex psychological activity of human beings.Language barrier is a decline of effective activities and interactions in supporting the cognitive process of language behavior.Cognitive function is affected to a certain degree in patients with post-stroke aphasia.Therefore,accurately identifying these cognitive impairments contribute to the treatment and rehabilitation of the patients with aphasia.The assessment of the severity of cognitive impairment needs to use the cognitive assessment scales.This article reviews the cognitive assessment scales that are applicable for patients with post-stroke aphasia.

ObjectiveTo explore the effects and significance of acetazolamide on the expression of aquaporin-4(AQP4) of gastric mucosal in rats with endotoxemia. Methods30 SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: Sham operated control group( Control group) ,endotoxemia group( EDT group) and acetazolamide group( ATL group).The immunohistochemistry was used to assess the expression of the AQP4 in the gastric mucosal tissues. The serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-1 β(IL-1β) levels in each group were measured by radioimmunoassay. ResultsThe expression of AQP4 and the levels of serum TNF-αt and IL-1 ββ in EDT group were higher than those in control group( P ＜ 0.01 ). After the ALT treatment, the expression of AQP4 and the levels of serum TNF-α and IL1 β in ALT group were lower than those in EDT group( all P ＜0.01 ) and the expression of AQP4 in the gastric mucosal tissues in ALT group was also lower than those in EDT group( P ＜0.01 ). ConclusionThe raising of AQP4 expression and increasing of serum TNF-α, IL-1β take part in the progress of gastric mucosal injury in rats with endotoxemia. ALT could protect the gastric mucosal tissues by lowering the AQP4 expression and reducing the levels of serum TNF-α and IL-l β.
