Bisphenol A (BPA) is widely used in the production of medical instruments, and has direct or indirect contacts with the human body through the digestive tract, respiratory tract, blood and other ways to enter the body. At present, the main regulatory for bisphenol A is focus on the food packaging and products for babies. There is no clear limits made for the use of bisphenol A in medical instruments. Government lacks the safety evaluation for the application of bisphenol A in the medical instruments. There are imperfections in the regulation and supervision of the potential risks in the application of bisphenol A. The release of bisphenol A when using medical instruments could lead to potential harmful impact on human's health, it is necessary to evaluate the safety of bisphenol A in medical instruments.

Objective: To explore the effect of improving these traits through art therapy group meetings as a form of psychological counseling, so as to promote mental wellness among this population. Methods: A total of 74 hearing impaired students from grades 3 to 9 were surveyed with the Children s Self concept Scale (PHCSS) and Social Adaptability Scale. Eight art therapy group meetings, as a form of psychological counseling, were then held. Results: Self consciousness among hearing impaired students aged 10-12 and 13-16 years old was significantly lower than the national norm ( t =-6.51, -8.50, P <0.01). The social adaptability level of this group was very poor(2.89±8.26), and a significant positive correlation was found between self awareness and social adaptability among hearing impaired students. Further, self awareness could predict the social adaptability of these students ( F = 9.04 , P <0.05). After group psychological counseling intervention, there was significant increases in self consciousness among students from grades 3 to 9, and significant increases were also found in the social adaptability of students in grades 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 ( P <0.05). Conclusion Self awareness shows certain influence on the social adaptability level of hearing impaired students, and group psychological counseling can promote social adaptability by improving self awareness among this population.

Objective To explore the clinical nursing effect of nursing intervention in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 100 elderly hypertensive patients were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and patients in the experimental group were treated with systematic nursing.Compliance,blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipid level,social support,hypertension knowledge score and satisfaction were compared before and after treatment.Results The compliance after intervention in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,SBP,DBP and 2 h PPG levels were significantly lower than that of the control group,and the total score of social support after intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group.K score,A score and KAB scores of experimental group were significantly higher than that of control group,and B score was significantly lower than that of the control group.The overall satisfaction of experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,and there was significant difference (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Nursing effect of nursing intervention in elderly patients with hypertension is significant,and it has draw great significance.
