4.CT Features of Body Echinococcosis at Plateau of Qinghai
Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(08):-
Objective To analyse the CT features of body echinococcosis at plateau of Qinghai. Methods CT findings in 108 patients with echinococcosis were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 108 cases, there were 101 cases of cystic echinococcosis and 7 cases of alveolar echinococcosis which manifested as irregular mixed-density masses. The 101 cases of cystic echinococcosis were divided into five types:26 cases of unilocular or simple cystyc type,15 cases of multilocular or separate inner cyst,37 cases of sub-polycystic,19 cases of calcification of parenchyma and 11 cases of mixtures. The most of them in 108 cases were liver echinococcosis, others included multi-organs of abdomen and pelvis in 18,lung in 7,lung and pericardium in one and tibia echinococcosis complicated with infection. The data in this group showed that echinococcosis in abdomen and pelvis was higher than that in lung. Conclusion CT can definitely demonstrate the site and nature of body echinococcosis and the diagnosis was not difficult.
5.Evaluation of Diagnostic Value of CT in Osteoarticular Tuberculosis
Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(10):-
Objective To evaluate CT diagnostic value of osteoarticular tuberculosis. Methods The clinic informations,X-ray findings and CT features in 112 cases of osteoarticular tuberculosis were retrospectively analyzed. Results The lesions localized at spine in 90,hip joint in 7,sacroiliac articulation in 6,knee joint in 5,wrist joint in 3 cases and ankle joint in 1.X-ray findings included:widening, narrowing or disappearance of joint space, swelling of soft tissue, osteoporosis, bone destruction with sclerosis of edge, sequestrum, forming of cold Abscess and calcification in Abscess.CT manifestations :synovial articular tuberculosis manifested thickening articular capsule, hydrarthrosis and swelling of soft tissue ;and bony articular tuberculosis basically manifested as the same as X-ray finding. Conclusion CT can demonstrate the features of osteoarticular tuberculosis, like sequestrum and cold Abscess, as well as the degree and extent of bony destruction, which play an important role in diagnosis of osteoarticular tuberculosis, especially in the early stage .
6.Nursing about 120 patients with anodynia fiberoptic bronchoscopy examination
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2006;0(05):-
Objective To make sure the nursing measurees of anodynia fiberoptic bronchoscopy examination, and then summarize the nursing experiments. Methods Analyze the concreted nursing measures of 120 patients with anodynia fiberoptic bronchoscopy examination. Results There were no anesthesia poison and complication during the course of examination because of the perfect nursing measures Conclusion Strengthen the psychological nursing of patients, kept the air way unblocked and made sufficient preparation before examination were the keys of obtain successful anodynia fiberoptic bronchoscopy examination.
7.Analysis on Monitoring Reports of50cases of Adverse Drug Reactions in Our Hospital
China Pharmacy 1991;0(03):-
OBJECTIVE:to review the occurrence of adverse drug reaction(ADR)in our hospital and its relevant factors.METHODS:The reports on50cases of ADR collected by ADR monitoring group of our hospital were counted up,classified and analyzed.RESULTS:Among the50cases,the allergic reactions dominated. The following was nervous adverse reaction.A few cases were caused by irrational or improper drug use.Prevention of possible or potential ADR lies in monitoring of clinical drug use.Antibiotic was the first major factor causing ADR and the next one was Shuanghuanglian injection.CON?CLUSION:ADR monitoring must be strengthened and knowledge of ADR must be publicized.

Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(03):-
Objective:To analyze the complications of interventional chemotherapy for breast cancer by two different ways to rationally select interventional chemotherapy ways with low risks of complications. Methods:A total of 91 cases of breast cancer were divided into 2 groups, interventional chemotherapy group through ulnar artery(i.e.,ulnar artery group)with 28 cases and interventional chemotherapy group through femoral artery(i.e.,femoral artery group)with 63 cases. Both groups were operated with local anesthesia in DSA room, and the chemotherapeutic drugs were perfused when the catheters were inserted into the proximal side of the cross of infraclavicular artery and internal thoracic artery. The catheters in ulnar artery group were kept for 1 to 2 therapeutic courses, but not in femoral artery group. The complications were observed and analyzed. Results:The occurrence rate of complication in ulnar artery group was 39.29%(11cases),which was significantly higher than that(6.35%,4 cases)of femoral artery group(?2=12.98,P
10.Effect of different pneumoperitoneums on the growth of human cervical carcinoma cells in vitro
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(03):-
Objective:To evaluate the effects of different pneumoperitoneums used in laparoscopy on the growth of human cervical carcinoma cells in vitro. Methods:Human cervical carcinoma cell line(CaSki)were cultured in vitro and then exposed to pneumoperitoneums of pure carbon dioxide or pure nitrogen gas with the untreated group as control. The cell growth was determined by MTT assay, flow cytometry and electron microscopy. Results:Carbon dioxide stimulated the cell growth from 48h to 120h after treatment. For nitrogen gas group, there was a transient descent of cell proliferation from 48h to 72h after treatment. The tumor cells of carbon dioxide group in G2-M phases significantly increased. Active karyokinesis was observed in carbon dioxide group while slight mitochondrion swelling was observed in nitrogen gas group with the nucleus space expanded. Conclusions:Carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum could increase the growth of human cervical carcinoma cells in vitro whereas nitrogen gas pneumoperitoneum had inhibiting effect on the cell growth.
