Objective To investigate the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) at position + 10225 in adiponectin receptor 1 gene and type 2 diabetes.Methods The genotypes of + 10225C/G of adiponectin receptor 1 were detected by polymerase chain reaction with sequence specific primers (PCR-SSP) in 200 type 2 diabetes and 100 health controls.Fasting blood samples of all cases were obtained to extract DNA and detect genotype.Statistical software spss 13.0 was used to analyzed.Results Frequency of G-type allele in type 2 diabetes was 40.5％,that in normal controls was 23.5％,there was significant diffierences in the genotype frequencies of SNP+10225 between type 2 diabetes and health controls (x2 =128.0,P＜0.01).Conclusion AdipoR1 + 10225C/G polymorphism was probably associated with type 2 diabetes,G-type allele might be a genetic risk factor of type 2 diabetes.

Some female spinal cord injured patients may present a raise of serum prolactin which is irrelevant with pregnancy, and re-sults in irregular menstruation and galactorrhea. Hyperprolactinemia may even happen in men after spinal cord injury. This kind of hyperpro-lactinemia does not relate with the level or severity of spinal cord injury, and maintains for various time. The hypersensitivity to thyrotro-pin-releasing hormone may relate to the elevatory serum prolactin and amenorrhea. In addition, there are some suspicious factors, such as chest wall injury, pituitary body contusion, enkephalins increasing, the stimulation of spinal neural pathways, stress, and so on. Bromocripti-ne has been tried for it.

AIM: To establish the quality control standard for Chuanbaizhiyang Lotion(Radix Sophorae Flavescentis, Cacumen Tamaricis, Fructus Cuidii, etc.). METHODS: Radix Sophorae Flavesentis, Fructus Cnidii, Folium Artemisiae Argyi were identified by TLC. The content of osthole was determined by HPLC. RESULTS: The TLC sports developed was fairly clear. The HPLC showed good repeatability. The average recovery of osthole was 96.72% with RSD of 1.04%. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate and can effectively control the quality of Chuanbaizhiyang Lotion.

OBJECTIVEThe purpose of this study is to analyze the incidence and the type of the bifid mandibular canal (BMC) by using cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) images.

METHODSA total of 216 patients (104 female and 112 male) who underwent CBCT were included in this study. The CBCT images were evaluated for the incidence and the type of the BMC.

RESULTSBMC was observed in 39 (18.06%) of 216 patients and 50 (11.57%) of 432 sides, female 18 (17.31 %) and male 21 (18.75%). BMC were classified into four types: type I 17 sides (3.94%), type II 11 sides (2.55%), type III 20 sides (4.63%), and type IV 2 sides (0.46%).

CONCLUSIONBMC is detected at a high rate by using CBCT. When doctors perform surgical procedures in the mandible, they should pay attention to the anatomical variations of BMC of the mandibular canals.

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of arterial chemotherapy and embolization in the treatment of advanced uterine carcinoma.Methods In this study,52 cases of uterine carcinoma(including 43 carcinoma of cervix and 9 cases carcinoma of endonetrium)were treated interventional therapy.In these cases,after one or two times interventional therapy and after 10-14 days,45 cases followed by uterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy. 7 cases that can't operated continue followed by interventional therapy. Results Curative effect was obvious,the clinical symptoms were alleviated,the bleed in operation was decreased and the tumor was divided easily.In 45 cases followed by operation,the one-year and three-year survival rate are 100% and 92%.In 7 cases treated by interventional therapy alone,the one-year and three-year survival rate are 100% and 85%.Conlusion The interventional therapy preoperation can reduce the clinical stage and metastasis of lymph,improve the ectomy by operation and survival rate of patients obviously,so it can be used as a routine treatment in uterine carcinoma.

Objective To observe the effect of intrathecal injection (IT) of oxycodone hydrochloride on neuropathic pain and spinal cord level of microglial c-Jun N-terminal kinase/chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 1 (c-JNK/CXCL) 1signal in rat model of chronic constriction injury (CCI).Methods Male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into five groups (n =40 per group):sham group (intrathecal normal saline,IT NS),CCI group (CCI + IT NS),oxy group (CCI + IT 5 μg/30 μl oxy),mino group (CCI + IT 5 μg/30 μl Minocycline),and c-JNK inhibitor group (SP group,CCI + IT 5 μg/30 μl SP600125).The lumbar intrathecal catheters were implanted in L5-6 of rats and CCI models were established as previously described.The thermal and mechanical nociceptive thresholds were assessed by paw withdrawal latency (PWL) to radiant heat and von Frey filaments.The oxycodone,minocycline and SP600125 were administered intrathecally for 3 days before surgery.The spinal cord expression of Ⅰ ba-1,p-c-JNK and CXCL1 proteins assessed by Western blot.Immunofluorescence staining was performed to examine microglia morphology and the number of Ⅰ ba-1 positives cells in dorsal horn of injured spinal cord at 7 days post-IR.Results Compared to sham group,rats in CCI group had significantly lower mechanical and thermal pain thresholds,but higher spinal proteins expression of Ⅰ ba-1,and p-c-JNK and CXCL1 (P ＜0.05).Rats in oxy group,mino group and SP group had significantly higher mechanical and thermal pain thresholds and significantly lower proteins expression of Ⅰ ba-1,p-c-JNK and CXCL1 compared to those in CCI group (at any observed time-point after ligation,but most significantly at 7days,P ＜ 0.05).At the 7days after surgery,microglial cells in CCI group transformed from the ramified shape to amoeboid macrophage-like shape by immunofluorescence staining with the increases of Ⅰ ba-1 positive cells;while the other three groups exhibited hypertrophic morphology with less number Ⅰ ba-1 positive cells (P ＜ 0.05).There were no significant differences between these three groups at any observed time (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Intrathecal injection of oxycodone hydrochloride can relieve CCI-induced neuropathic pain by down-regulation microglial c-JNK/CXCL1 signal in spinal cords.Provide new therapeutic targets for clinical treatment of neuropathic pain.

Objective To establish a method for the determination of silybin in Fufang Yiganling tablet. Methods RP-HPLC was used and the mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (48∶52∶1). The detection wavelength was 286 nm. Results The calibration curve of Silybin was linear in the range of 0.238 0～2.380 ?g, linear equation:Y=2.146?106X +1.818?103, r=0.999 9, with average recovery of 98.17% (RSD=1.3%). Conclusions The method is simple, accurate and with good reproducibility. It can be used to control the quality of silybin in Fufang Yiganling tablet.

Objective To establish a method for the determination of Alkaloid in cut crude drug of aconite root.Method Contents of aconitine,hypaconitine and mesaconitine incrude drug of aconite root were determined by LC-MS.It was carried out on Inertsil ODS-3 column(150 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m),with acetonitrile-ammonium acetate buffer solution(60:40) as mobile phase,at a flow rate of 0.2 mL/min and temperature of 30 ℃.Result The method of determining Alkaloid content in crude drug of aconite root was established and 25 lots of crude drugs were determined.Conclusion The method was sensitive and specifical,can be used to control the quality of cut crude drug from aconite root.

Objective To improve the quality standard for Yangxue Anshen Pills. Method TLC was used to identify caulis spatholobi and herba ecliptae, and HPLC to determine the content of emodin. Results The TLC spots of caulis spatholobi and herba ecliptae were clear. The linear range of emodin was 0.009 92～ 0.124 0 ?g. The average recovery rate was 96.2%, and RSD was 1.1%. Conclusion The methods are simple and accurate, with good reproducity.

Objective To study the quality standard of Anshen Jiannao Mixture. Methods Radix ophiopgonis, Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Fructus Lycii and Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng were identified by TLC. HPLC was used to determine the content of Schizandrol A on C18 (250 mm?4.6 mm, 5 ?m) ODS column. The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water (55∶45). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was at 250 nm. Results The characteristic spot of Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Fructus Lycii and Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng could be easily examined by TLC. The calibration curve of Schizandrol A was linear in the range of 0.121 8～1.218 ?g, r=0.999 9. The precision RSD was 0.22% (n=6). The reproducibility RSD was 1.1% (n=6). The average recovery rate of Schizandrol A was 97.34% (RSD=1.7%, n =6). Conclusions The method is easy, sensitive and specific with good reproducibility. It can be used to control the quality of Anshen Jiannao Mixture.
