Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2011;27(10):1-3
Objective To draw up the learning strategy scale for vocational nursing students and discuss its characteristics. Methods Structure model of learning strategies was constructed by summarizing and analyzing current learning connotation and structure research, through the view of application combining with theory. Results The results showed that the learning strategy of the vocational nursing students included five factors: cognitive strategy, meta-cognitive strategy, emotions regulation strategy, resource management strategy and practical operation strategy. Conclusions The strategy scale is very reliable and valid and can be used to measure these learning strategies. Results also indicates that excellent students show much more profitable strategies than students of lower levels, no difference is found in different grades.

Objective To understand the current status of learning motivation of high vocational nursing students, In order to increase their learning effect and teach quality. Methods 334 high vocational nursing students were investigated with college students learning motivation questionnaire, the results underwent analysis. Results High vocational nursing students had low learning motivation, their learning motivation was diversified. Significant difference existed between top students and low students. Conclusions High vocational nursing students had weak learning motivation, and is not related with grades and source places. It had individual orientation and utility color, but low social property. Learning motivation is an important factors for academic achievement.

Journal of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(4):637-640
Objective A retrospective study was carried out to investigate the survival rate of nasopharyngeal cancer patients after the combined treatment of chemoradiotherapy and Chinese herbal medicine. Methods Based on the will of the patients, 230 cases were divided into treatment group (N=107) and control group (N=123). Both groups received chemoradiotherapy, and the treatment group was additionally given oral use of Chinese herbal medicine over 180 doses per year, and the treatment lasted over 2 years. The survival rate was calculated by Kaplan-Meier estimator, and the Kaplan-Meier plot for the two groups was compared. Results (1) In the treatment group, the one-year, 3-year and 5-year survival rate was 99.1%, 86.4%, 72.5%, and was 95.9%, 73.5%, 58.3% respectively in the control group. The Kaplan-Meier plot showed that significant difference of patient survival was presented in the two groups ( P<0.01) . ( 2) The results of hierarchical group analysis of 230 nasopharyngeal cancer patients showed higher survival rate can be achieved in the T3-4 and N0 poorly-differentiated squamous carcinoma patients aged 50 years or more at the stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ in the treatment group than that in the control group, and the statistical differences were significant ( P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Chemoradiotherapy combined with Chinese herbal medicine can increase the survival rate, and prolong life span of the nasopharyngeal carcinoma patinets, in particular for the T3-4 and N0 poorly-differentiated squamous carcinoma patients aged 50 years or more at the stageⅢ-Ⅳ.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2016;30(2):152-153
The vocal cord polyp is easy to relapse after surgery, but if the patient has recurrence in a short term, it is necessary to consider it as postoperative vocal cord contact granuloma. If the patients with contact granuloma after surgical treatment had severe impact on the pronunciation, it is necessary to be operated and confirmed by pathology and given the treatment of acid suppression, in order to avoid postoperative recurrence.

Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Medical Sciences) 2004;24(6):585-7
To investigate the expression of KLF6mRNA in primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), nomal liver tissues and the tissues adjacent to the cancers, reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was employed to investigate the expression of the KLF6 gene in HCC, the corresponding adjacent non-cancerous tissues and normal liver tissue. Our results showed that an amplified fragment of 427 bp DNA was detected in 18 of 19 (94.7%) adjacent non-cancerous tissues and normal liver tissue, and in 12 (85.7%) of 14 HCC. There were no significant differences in the levels of KLF6 mRNA between normal liver and liver tumors (P>0.05). It is concluded that KLF6 mRNA is generally expressed in HCC.

Objective To study the relationship among HLA-A alleles, supertype, HPV infection and cervical cancer in Tu Nationality of Hubei province. Methods As a case-control surevy. The comparisons included the comparison between HPV positive cases and HPV positive women in control group, and the comparison between HPV positive cases and HPV negative women in control group. Number of cases was 100 ( HPV positive in 86) , and control was 187 ( HPV positive in 95 and HPV negative in 92). The most polymorphism of 2 and 3 exons of the HLA-A alleles were analyzed by the high-resolution typing method-sequence-based typing( SBT). Results Compar-ison between HPV positive cases and HPV positive control women. Supertype HLA-A3 (P_(corrected) = 0. 005, OR = 2. 36, 95% CI = 1. 45~3. 85) was risk factors. Comparison between HPV positive cases and HPV negative control women, HLA-A * 0206 alleles (P_(corrected)=0. 025,OR =0. 20,95% CI =0. 07~ 0. 58 ) supertype HLA-A2 ( P_(corrected) = 0.005 , OR = 0. 57 ,95% CI = 0. 37 ~ 0. 88 ) was protective factor. Supertype HLA-A3 ( P_(corrected) = 0. 005 , OR = 2. 36, 95% CI = 1. 45~3. 85) was also related to the susceptibility of cervical carcinoma. Conclusion Supertype HLA-A3 is a risk factor of cervical cancer.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1993;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the mechanism by which HBx facilitates the proliferation of hepatoma cells. Methods The expression of plasmid pHA-HBx encoding full length of HBx was transfected into HepG2 cell lines and the transformed cells were identified by RT-PCR. The nude mouse model of transplanted human hepatoma HBx-transfected HepG2 cells was established. The expression of VEGF both in HepG2 cell-formed tumors and HBx-transfected cell-formed tumors in nude mice was examined immunohistochemically. Results RT-PCR showed that HBx gene was integrated into the genome DNA of HepG2 cells and amplified; The rate of tumor formation in nude mice both of HepG2 cells and HBxtransfected HepG2 cells was 100%; The growth speed of HBx-transfected tumors was much faster than that in control group; The average volume of HBx-transfected tumors and non-transfected tumors was 2. 86?0. 34 cm3 and 2.48?0.22 cm3 respectively after 8 weeks(t=1.905 ,P

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2000;0(11):-
Objective To investigate the effects of HBx on proliferation and apoptosis of human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepGz in vitro and in vivo. Methods The expression plasmids of pHA-HBx encoding full length of HBx gene was transfected into HepG2 cells with Lipofectamine 2000. The proliferation activity of transformed cells was measured by calculating the growth curve, population doubling time and by the 3H-TdR incorporation rate assay. The nude mouse model of HepG2 expressing HBX gene was established and the apoptosis rate of tumor cells was detected with TUNEL assay. Results RT-PCR indicated that the HBx gene was integrated into the genome DNA of HepG2 cells and transcripted. The growth curve and population doubling time manifested that the proliferation activity of transformed cells was much higher than that of control group cells. The apoptosis rate of tumor cells expressing HBx gene was much lower than that of control group cells. ConclusionHBx facilitates the proliferation activity of hepatoma cells in vitro and in vivo and inhibits the apoptosis of hepatoma cells induced by adriamycin in nude mice.
