Objective To summarize and analyze the examination result of serum specific IgE in patient with allergic skin disease,and seek the cause of disease for the allergic skin disease patient and provide the clinical treatment basis.Methods The serum specific IgE of ingestion and inhalation were detected by enzyme-linked immunoassay in 529 patient with allergic skin disease.Results In 529 cases,the serum specific IgE of inhalation and ingestion were positive in 336 cases,and simple positive of inhalation were in 92 cases,and simple positive of ingestion were in 51 cases.In the inhalation group,D1,1D2 (dust mites,mites) was highest,followed by T3,T8,T11,T18,T70 (birch,elm,eucalyptus,and indus,and the mulberry tree) and H1 (house dust).In the ingestion group,F13,F17 (peanut,hazelnut) was highest,followed by F3,F40,F37 (COD,tuna,scallop),F47,F48,F263 (garlic,onion,green pepper).In 14 items,more than one item were positive in 96.2％.Concluslon Detecting allergic skin disease patients serum allergen specific IgE can guide patient awareness of their allergen and clinical treatment,which has effect on allergic skin disease prevention and treatment.

Objective To investigate the better factor for inducing the primordial germ cells to differentiate into hepatocytes in vitro. Methods The primordial germ cells(PGCs) from the gonadal ridges of the mouse embryos at 11 days postcoitum(dpc) from Kunming pregnancy mice were cultured and proliferated in vitro.An aliquot PGCs suspension was cultured in 6-well dishes for 24?h.Then bFGF, EGF,?-NGF,RA and hepatocyte abstract were added into the dishes respectively,Anather aliquot PGCs were co-cultured with mouse embryonic hepatocytes for directional differentiation.The morphological changes and indiocyanine green(ICG) intake of the PGCs were observed;albumin(ALB) and ?-1-antitrypsin(AAT) were assayed by immunocytochemistry. Results After the addition of ?-NGF,hepatocyte abstract and CM-EH the ICG was intaken by the differentiated cells which like star and ovum,the ALB and AAT immune positive expression were detected in those differentiated cells.The ratio of positive cells was above 60% in 2 weeks.But bFGF,EGF and RA had no same as the effects.However RA could improve the ratio of differentiated cells induced by ?-NGF and hepatocyte abstract.Conclusion ?-NGF and some factors from hepatocytes and embryonic hepatocytes could effectively induce PGCs to differentiate into hepatocytes.

Chemoprevention of cancers is still very important since we have not got effective treatments for them.Many natural products(e.g.extracts from plants) or chemical synthetic substances(e.g.additives in foods) were used as chemoprevention regents.Some of them fight the carcinogens or other toxins through induction of the phase 2 antioxidant enzymes.Recently,it is wildly believed that the mechanism of this induction is the activation of Keap1-Nrf2-ARE signaling pathway.Thus understanding of this signaling pathway will widen the field of the cancer research and chemoprevention.

Titanium & titanium alloy are popular in dentistry as dental material because of their good mechanical properties and extremely good biocompatibility. The bonding strength between the titanium and the resin agent is the decisive factor in evaluating the success of resin-bonded restoration. Appropriate surface treatment on the titanium is an effective way to reinforce the bending strength. The purpose of this review is to summarise the relevant studies and introduce some latest findings.

Objective　To study the expression of 5 multidrug-resistant genes in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and establish the criteria for genetic diagnosis of multidrug resistance (MDR). Methods　The expression of mRNA and proteins of the multidrug-resistant genes were detected with reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and flow cytometry (FC) respectively. IC50 of the original HCC cells was determined with MTT method. Results　MDR in HCC was associated with the genes of mdr1, MRP, LRP, Topo II α and GSTTP1. mdr1 mRNA ≥0.5, MRP mRNA ≥0.6, LRP mRNA ≥0.8, GSTP1 ≥0.7 and Topo II α mRNA ≤0.4 could be used as the criteria for genetic diagnosis of MDR in HCC. Conclusion　The complex MDR is the main form of drug resistance of HCC. Using RT-PCR to detect the mRNA expression of 5 multidrug-resistant genes is necessary and feasible for predicting sensitivity of chemotherapy for HCC.

Objective To analyze the cause of lower limbs swelling after knee arthroscopy operation, and compare the effect of gravity and pump irrigation system on lower limbs swelling after operation. Methods 60 patients after knee arthroscopic surgery were divided into the pump irrigation group and the gravity group with 30 patients in each group. We measured the perimeter of the lower limb pre and post operation and compared the operation time of each group. Results There were no significant differences in the perimeter of the lower limb and operation time between the gravity group and the pump irrigation group. Conclusions During knee arthroscopic surgery which cost less than 1 hour, there was no inlluence on lower limbs swelling whether using gravity or pump irrigation system.

Objective To analyze the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Rivermead Behavioural Memory Test-Third Edition (RBMT-III). Methods The items of RBMT-III were translated in Chinese and adjusted. A total of 131 healthy subjects were tested with Chinese version of RBMT-III, 30 of them were tested again with other materials two weeks later. Results The Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.799. The correlation coefficient of parallel-forms in subtest scale and meory index were all more than 0.65. There were six main fac-tors extracted, which explained 64.47%of the accumulated variance, those were novel task learning, spatial memory, verbal memory, visual memory, prospective memory and orientation/date. Conclusion RBMT-III is a reliable and validated instrument for assessment of memory.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the antibiotic resistant phenotyping of Acinetobacter spp on NC21 panel. METHODS A total of 275 strains were isolated from clinical specimens.Acinetobacter were identified and antimicrobial susceptibility test performed.Phenotyping was according to David Livermore.Resistance phenotyping analysis included 13 antibiotics. RESULTS The susceptible results of 13 antimicrobial agents in 275 strains of Acinetobacter spp showed imipenem,amikacin,ampicillin-sulbactam,ciprofloxacin,tobramycin,ceftazidime,cefepime,gentamicin and trimethoprim had the greatest susceptibility(97.8%,88.4%,86.6%,82.2%,81.9%,9.6%,76.8%,73.8% and 73.6%,respectively).Beta-lactam agent-resistant phenotypes Ⅰto Ⅴ(wild type,penicillinase,cephalosporinase,penicillinase+cephalosporinase,multi-drug resistance mechanism) and nontyping were 67.3%,1.8%,1.8%,19.6%,0.7% and 8.8%,respectively.74.2% of 275 strains were susceptible to gentamicin,amikacin and tobramycin.Aminoglycosides resistant phenotype(gentamicin-resistant,gentamicin-amikacin-resistant,gentamicin-amikacin-tobramycin-resistant) and nontyping were 7.3%,1.1%,10.9% and 6.5%,respectively.8.7% were the penicillinase-cephalosporinase and gentamicin-amikacin-tobramycin-resistant phenotyps,those strains were all susceptible to imipenem and half to ampicillin-sulbactam. CONCLUSIONS Resistance phenotyping system should be useful in epidemiological studies of Acinetobacter and avoiding unnecessary antibiotics treatment,ampicillin-sulbactam as imipenem shows high antibacterial activities,aztreonam has a lower antimicrobial susceptibility than other 12 antibiotics.

Objective To strengthen the awareness that hematological tumors present with certain rheumatic symptoms for early diagnosis and treatment to a hidden neoplasm.Methods 15 patients admitted to rheumatic ward with suspected rheumatic disease were finally diagnosed as hematological tumors.Their rheumatic manifestations and occult malignancies were collected.Results A variety of rheumatic manifestations were presented.Among 15 patients,10(66.7%)had fever,6(40%)skin lesion,3(20%)arthritis,6(40%)vasculitis,3 adult onset of Still's disease,2 unelassified,and one of the each following disease:amyloidosis,dermatomyositis,polymyalgia rheumatica,and panniculitis.9 of lymphoma,3 leukemia,3 multiple myeloma were finny diagnosed. Conclusion Rheumatic disorders associated with hematological tumors include a variety of conditions.An extensive investigation for occult malignancies with some rheumatic symptoms is recommended when accompanied by specific findings of suggestive malignancy.

Inhalation chemotherapy and immunotherapy is a developed technique for respiratory neoplasm recently. It is easy manipulated with high local response and little side effects. The drugs include 5 FU,DDP, taxol, camptothecin,interleukin 2 and GM CSF, etc. Inhalation chemotherapy and immunotherapy have been successfully applied for the therapy of primary lung cancer as well as the lung metastases other tumor.
