Objective:To evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasound combined with ultrasonic elastography for curative effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) for breast cancer.Methods: 100 patients with breast cancer who has received NAC were divided intoobservation group (50 cases, underwent examination of color Doppler ultrasound scanner combined with ultrasonic elastography) and control group (50 cases, only underwent examination of color Doppler ultrasound scanner) according to the different examination methods. The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of differential diagnosis methods for curative effect of NAC between the two groups were compared as above data.Results: The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of differential diagnosis for curative effect of NAC in observation group were 88.00％, 90.00％ and 86.00％, respectively. While them of control group were 78.00％, 80.00％ and 76.00％, respectively. And the differences of these indicators between the two groups were statistically significant (x2=2.01,x2=3.24,x2=3.45, P<0.05).Conclusions: Color Doppler ultrasound combined with ultrasound elastography can diagnose the curative effect of NAC for patients with breast cancer from two aspects which includes tissue hardness and blood supply, and it can achieve more diagnostic accuracy compared with only using simple color Doppler ultrasound.

Objective To discuss the feasibility of endovascular treatment for traumatic arterial lesions.MethodSix patients treated by endovascular stent grafts were retrospectively reviewed.Result Patients consisted of left common carotid artery pseudoaneurysm, right subclavian arteriovenous fistula,thoracic aortic pseudoaneurysm, righ iliac arteriovenous fistula,left iliac arterial pseudoaneursym and femoral arterial pseudoaneurysm. All of the patients abtained the blood flow reconstruction without any complications after endoluminal therapy under local anesthesia. No occlusion appeared during follow up.Conclusion The stent grafts appear to be associated with a low morbidity, high success rate, and less traumatic procedure. Endovascular management is an important tool for the treatment of vascular trauma.

Objective To explore the clinical application of the expression of LOXL2 mRNA and Tenascin-C mRNA in tissues for the disease with the bile duct cancer.Methods The serum and clinical data in 35 cases of patients with the bile duct cancer (cancer group) and 28 cases of patients with normal bile duct tissue (control group) were collected,used the real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR (real-time-PCR,RT-PCR) technology to detect the expression of LOXL2 mRNA and TenascinC mRNA in tissues toobserve the relationship between the changes and the bile duct cancer for the two markers.Results The expression of LOXL2 mRNA and Tenascin-C mRNA in tissues in the cancer group were 1.27±0.18 and 1.39±0.19,which of ones in the control group were 0.20±0.06 and 0.23±0.06.In the cancer group,the expression of LOXL2 mRNA and Tenascin-C mRNA in tissues respectively with comparision to those in the control group were significantly higher,the differences had statistical significance(t=52.18,56.87,P＜0.01),which of ones in the cancer group was positively related (r=0.687,P＜0.01).Conclution The expression of LOXL2 mRNA and Tenascin-C mRNA in tissues may be a molecular targets for the disease with the bile duct cancer in the early diagnosis and judgment of progression in the courses of this disease.

Objective To explore the effects of acceptance and commitment therapy on psychological resilience and perceived benefit of breast cancer patients.Methods From January to June in 2015,39 inpatients were enrolled as the control group,where routine nursing and functional exercise were carried out.From July 2015 to January 2016,41 inpatients were treated as the observation group,where acceptance and commitment therapy was implemented apart from the treatment for the control group.Before and after the intervention,the Conor-Davision resilience scale (CD-RISC) and the Chinese version of perceived benefits of diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer (PB-DTBC) were used for evaluation.Result After the intervention,the scores of psychological resilience and the perceived benefit of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group and before intervention (P＜0.01).Conclusion Acceptance and commitment therapy can effectively improve the psychological resilience and disease-perceived benefit of breast cancer patients.

Objective To evaluate the role of oxidative stress in the spinal neurotoxicity induced by ropivacaine in rats.Methods Ninety pathogen-free male Sprague-Dawley rats,weighing 250-320 g,aged 3 months,in which intrathecal catheter was successfully implanted into L5,6 interspace without complications,were randomly divided into 3 groups (n =30 each) using a random number table:control group (group C),ropivacaine group (group R),and antioxidant Tempol group (group T).The rats received 1％ ropivacaine 1.2 μg/g for 8 times at 1.5 h intervals through the catheter in R and T groups,while the rats received the equal volume of normal saline instead in group C.In T group,Tempol 20 μg/g was injected intrathecally at 4,8,12,24,48 and 72 h after the last injection of ropivacaine.The rats were sacrificed at 1,3,5,7 and 14 days after the end of ropivacaine injection,and their lumbar enlargements were removed for TUNEL staining to detect the cell apoptosis.SOD activity was determined by colorimetry and MDA content was measured using TBA photoelectric colorimetry.Apoptosis index was calculated.Results Compared with group C,apoptosis index and MDA content were significantly increased,and SOD activity was decreased in R and T groups.Compared with group R,apoptosis index and MDA content were significantly decreased,and SOD activity was increased in group T.Conclusion Oxidative stress is involved in the development of spinal neurotoxicity induced by ropivacaine in rats.

Objective To explore the application effect of cognitive behavioral intervention on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease nursing care.Methods 80 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group(n=40).Both groups were given medical treatment and conventional nursing care,and the control group was given the cognitive behavioral intervention nursing care additionally.The average days of stay,the ratio of readmission,the treatment adherence,and smoking cessation rate in one year were recorded.Moreover,the life quality of the two groups was analyzed with a CAT assessment test.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group achieved shorter average days of stay,higher medication adherence and smoking cessation rate,lower readmission rate and admission rate.The experimental group achieved better life quality with lower CAT value than the control group.Conclusion Cognitive behavioral intervention can obviously improve the treatment effectiveness of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonarv disease.
