Guilty Knowledge Test is a lie-detection procedure elicited by Lykken in 1959. This paper introduces the development of the cognitive rationale of GKT,namely orienting responses (ORs),and the relationship between ORs and the GKT. The paper also analyzes and discusses four paradigms of the GKT and finally points out the main problems existing within the GKT,some relative extended researches exploring for solutions and its trend of development.

Objective:To explore the roles of cognition and deception in the Guilty Knowledge Tests and its effectiveness on the judgement of the guilt and the informed innocent people.Methods:72 healthy undergraduates participated in the study and were randomly assigned to the experimental conditions. This research was composed of one laboratory experiment with the mork crime paradigm in GKT, and the widely measured electrodermal responses(EDRs) as the physiological index.Three response modes were designed in the experiment in order to test the existence of cognition and deception components. Results:Significant differences of judgement scores were observed in different reponse modes and different roles. Conclusion:Deception plays a more important role than cognition in GKT.However, GKT can not efficiently discriminate the guilty and informed innocent people and needs futher exploration.

Objective To explore the neural basis of the visual illusory motion using the event-related potential(ERP).Methods One hundred trials(each duration 2 000 ms)of a visual illusory motion figure, rippling wheat pattern made by Akiyoshi Kitaoka, and a visual static figure made of modified rippling wheat pattern were randomly presented with equal probability.Ten healthy right handed undergraduate students as subjects were asked to judge the stimulus whether motional or not.The EEG was recorded from 128 scalp sites using with electrodes mounted in HydroCel GSN cap(Electrical Geodesics Incorporated,Oregon,USA).Results 1)The C1 component of ERP could be evoked by both visual illusory motion pattern and static pattern in POz.The peak of C1 component was presented about 75 ms after each stimulus.C1 component evoked with visual illusory motion was negative, but it's static pattern to be positive.2)P100 and P200 components could be obviously evoked by both kinds of stimuli, but in O2 the amplitudes of P100 evoked by different stimuli were significant different and in T3 the amplitudes of P200 were significant different too. Conclusion The visual illusory motion is formed at the primary visual cortex. It may be related to the organized mode of perception.

Objective:To investigate the current situation of medication near-miss reporting barriers for pediatric nurses for pediatric nurses and analyze its influencing factors. Methods:Using a multi-stage cluster sampling method, clinical pediatric nurses from 13 hospitals of Henan Province were selected as research objects from July to October 2020. General situation questionnaire, Hospital Safety Atmosphere Questionnaire, Medication Near-miss Reporting Barriers Scale, Multiple Leadership Style of Head Nurse Scale and Patient Safety Competency Nursing Staff Self-rating Scale were used for investigation, and related factors affecting medication near-miss reporting barriers for pediatric nurses were analyzed. A total of 1 104 questionnaires were distributed and 1 070 were effectively returned, with the effective recovery rate of 96.92%.Results:The reporting rate of 1 070 pediatric nurses who actively reported medication near-miss reporting barriers was 14.42%, and the score of Medication Near-miss Reporting Barriers Scale was (98.1±21.46) . The total scores of Hospital Safety Atmosphere Questionnaire was (77.36±12.97) , score of Multiple Leadership Style of Head Nurse Scale was (74.4±15.89) , and score of Patient Safety Competency Nursing Staff Self-rating Scale was (107.81±2.59) . The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that educational background, entry length, job title, marital status, leadership style, patient safety competence, and hospital safety atmosphere were the main influencing factors of medication near-miss reporting barriers for pediatric nurses ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The medication near-miss reporting barriers for pediatric nurses are common, which are influenced by educational background, years of employment, leadership style, hospital safety atmosphere and other factors. Nursing managers should strengthen pediatric nurses' awareness of medication near-miss reporting, implement transformational leadership style and improve patient safety competence and hospital safety atmosphere, so as to promote drug use safety of children.

[Objective] To perform genetic analysis on samples with weak agglutination and mixed agglutination of ABO blood group antigens in neonates, and to investigate the molecular biological characteristics of ABO subtypes in neonates. [Methods] Serological identification of ABO blood group was performed by tube method and microcolumn gel method. The ABO exons 2-7 were amplified by PCR, and the amplified products were sequenced by Sanger sequencing method to determine the genotype. [Results] Among the ABO blood group serological results of 14 neonates, 8 cases showed weakened A antigen, and 6 cases showed weakened B antigen. Seven samples were identified with ABO subtype alleles, with genotypes as A102/B101+c.538C>T, Aw26/B102, A205/O02, A205/B101(2 cases), Aw26/O02, B(A)06/O01, B101/O01(3 cases), A102/O01(2 cases), A102/B101 and B101/O02. Additionally, three other family members were also found to carry B(A)06 allele in a pedigree investigation. [Conclusion] For samples showing weakened antigens in ABO blood type identification of neonates, it is necessary to consider the possibility of ABO subtype in addition to age factors, and genetic testing can be used to prevent missed detection of ABO subtypes in neonates.
