Objective To investigate the effect of point massage on swelling pain alleviation of breast during neonatal maternal separation. Methods 100 cases of parturients with neonaml maternal separation were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 50 patients in each, the control group received routine breast care, the experimental group was given breast point massage from the first day after delivery for consecutive 3 days.Subjective evaluation of breast swelling paill, breast hardness, breast duct smooth and breast filling degree were compared and analyzed on the third day postpartum. Results For the experimental group, the self evaluation of breast pain was significandy lower, while the breast hardness, breast filling degree and breast duct smooth were better on the first 3 days postpartum than the control group. Conclusions Breast point massage Can significantly reduce the level of swelling pain for parturients with neonatal and maternal separation.

Improving medical students' calculation ability in statistics has become the focus and difficulty of medical statistics course teaching, and its application relies heavily on statistical calculation software. In order to explore a new teaching approach which combined the advantages of traditional method and web-based calculation, we intended to build a web computing platform applying the Browser/Server (B/S) mode based on the campus network, and to revise the current syllabus of medical statistics, as well as to create a virtual web-lab containing a typical case library. Practice has proved that the new mode effec-tively improved the practice capability of students and changed the traditional teacher-centered teaching approach.

Objective To analyze the clinical features of 442 cases of hand-foot and mouth disease in children. Methods A total of 442 cases of hospitalized patients with HFMD in our hospital from January to October 2013 were retrospectively analyzed, according to the patient's age they were divided into group Ⅰ (317 cases), aged 2 months to 3 years old, and groupⅡ (125 cases), aged 3 to 9 years old. General information, laboratory tests, clinical manifestations of different ages were compared. Results Group Ⅰ set the number of leukocytes in children, respiratory rate, EV71-IgM positive rate and CoxA16-IgM were significantly higher than that in group Ⅱ, children of different ages were significant differences (P <0.05), group Ⅰ in fever, diarrhea proportion of patients were higher than in group Ⅱ, children of different ages were significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion EV71, CoxA16 infection is more common in HFMD children, when children have a fever, symptoms of oral herpes, diarrhea they should treat with active treatment, should pay attention to the prevention of HFMD in children less than 3 years old.

Central medial thalamic nucleus (CM) is a nucleus located in the medullary plate of the midline thalamus. It belongs to the midline nucleus group of the thalamus and serves as a non-specific projection system. CM has extensive anatomical connections with other brain areas and acts as a relay and integration center for brain functions. Recent research has demonstrated that CM is involved in various behaviors such as general anesthesia and arousal, pain, itch, emotions, and cognition. This paper reviews the anatomical structure, morphology, fiber connection, electrophysiological characteristics, and other related functions of CM to provide references for future research.
