1.Practice in the rotation of the Chinese peacekeeping medical contingent
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(04):-
Objective: To summarize the experience of the Chinese peacekeeping medical contingent in rotation after successful accomplishment of its peacekeeping mission. Methods: From December 2004 to July 2005,the Second Chinese Peacekeeping Medical Contingent was carrying out its peacekeeping medical support mission in West Africa. It successfully accomplished its mission entrusted by the United Nations, its long-distance intercontinental deployment and evacuation from the mission area,as well as its rotation by two-batch-mode handovers in an organizational system. Results: Smooth rotation ensured the fulfillment of the medical support mission, harmonious relationship with various units, close cooperation with related sections, joint action with multination forces and uninterrupted work performance. It tested the contingent's combat readiness and medical support ability. Conclusion: The rotation of the Untied Nations peacekeeping medical support forces provided an all-round training for the Chinese medical contingent and helped it adapt to the future warfare in the international setting, which is of great practical significance for strengthening military preparedness of the army.

3.Clinical characteristic and current status of treatment for nasal NK/T cell lymphoma
China Oncology 2006;0(08):-
Nasal NK/T cell lymphoma is a rare type of lymphoma. There is no universal standard for the diagnoses and the treatment of the disease. Our paper summarized the epidemiology, etiology, clinical features, stage, pathology, diagnoses, treatment and prognoses of Nasal NK/T cell lymphoma in order to give some clarification in coping with the disease.
4.The progress of induced pluripotent stem cells in neural developmental diseases
International Journal of Pediatrics 2014;(5):455-457
Induced pluripotent stem cell ( iPS cell ) , similar to embryonic stem cell, can be repro-grammed to the pluripotent state by ectopic expression of specific transcription factors. The iPS cells have pluri-potency and can be induced into neuron cells, which represent a promising cellular tool to study human neurode-velopmental disease, drug screening, diagnosis and personalized treatment. This article reviews the latest progress on iPS cell and its applications in neural developmental disease.

Objective To explore the influence of trimetazidine on left cardiac systolic function and plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)in alcoholic cardiomyopathy. Methods 60 cases of alcoholic cardiomyopathy in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were chosen to research, and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table,30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with bisoprolol combined with strengthening heart, diuretic and other treatment, the observation group was treated with trimetazidine on the basis of routine treatment.Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD),each sub output(CO)after 6 months'treatment were compared. Results LVEF of the observation group was from pre -treatment (34.8 ±5.4)% up to (47.4 ±5.5)%,LVEDD value (49.1 ±6.5)min and CO values (5.6 ±0.7)L/min were significantly better than the control group[(53.4 ±7.5)min,(4.9 ±0.7)L/min],the differences were statistically significant(t =2.373,3.873,all P <0.05).BNP level of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than control group[(455.8 ±133.2)fmoL/mL vs (542.7 ±128.3)fmoL/mL,t =2.574,P <0.05)].The total effective rate of the observation group (96.67%)was higher than that of the control group (80%),and the difference between the two groups was significant (χ2 =13.09,P <0.05 ).Conclusion Alcoholic cardiomyopathy should pay attention to the daily scientific daily routine, take measure to quit smoking and alcohol.Trimetazidine could effectively improve the left ventricular systolic function, decrease the level of BNP,thus is worthy of clinical application.

Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 1994;0(04):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate the knowledge about hand hygiene among the healthcare workers in the infectious disease hospital and improve their hand hygiene compliance.METHODS A standardized questionnaire was sent to 364 healthcare workers in the infectious disease hospital. The following data investigated anonymously were collected.RESULTS All the healthcare workers' answers to the choice questions were right(100.0%).However,there were significant differences in the answers to the memorized questions among the healthcare workers with different careers. The correct answers among the nurses were the highest(97.7% and 94.8%,respectively);among the doctors were 71.4% and 34.7%;and among the medical technicians were 21.5%,and 8.6%,respectively.But there were no significant differences between sexes, education degrees and service length in the three groups.CONCLUSIONS The healthcare workers of our hospital are well in the field of basic knowledge about hand hygiene. However, there are differences in the answers to the memorized questions among healthcare workers with different careers. It need to enhance the systems of training and examination for workers, especially for the doctors, technicians and all the new staff.Alcohol-based hand rub(AHR),which is prone to practice, would replace hand-washing.And it should be more supervised.

Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(12):-
Objective Study the possible mechanisms of inhibiting hepatic fibrosis of IFN-? by observing the effects of IFN-? on the expression of smad3 mRNA in rat hepatic fibrosis model. Methods 70 rats were divided into three groups at random-fibrosis model group、IFN-? treatment group and normal control group. There are 30 rats in fibrosis model group which were induced to hepatic fibrosis by subcutaneous injection of carbon tetrachloride(CCl4) for 12 weeks. In the meantime, using IFN-? to treat the rats in IFN-? treatment group for 12 weeks.Histopathology changes and degree of fibrosis in livers of all rats were observed.Eventually,Smad3 mRNA were detected and quantified by real-time RT-PCR.Results In contrast with normal control group, the degrees of fibrosis in rat fibrosis model were significantly increased(P

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(03):-
Objective: To evaluate the sleeping status of Chinese Peace-Keeping Force in Liberia, and to ensure soldiers' somatic and mental health. Methods: Written questionnaires about the sleeping status were collected twice from Chinese military staff at two independent intervals. Results:The sleeping status of the soldiers was worse in Liberia than at home, but it became better at later stage when soldiers adapted to the environment and the job, when the weather became less hot,and appropriate medical treatment was used. Conclusion: Improving occupancy condition, adjusting night duty to ensure adequate sleeping time for the night duty soldiers, strengthening the sleeping hygiene education and proper medical treatment were important for the severe insomnia soldiers.

Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2003;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the protective effects of epidermal growth factor (EGF) on pancreas of rats with acute pancreatitis(AP). Methods Seventy-two male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: Control group, AP group and AP-EGF group. Subcutaneously injection of EGF (0.1 ?g/g) were given to animals in the AP-EGF group after the establishment of the model of AP. The other two groups of animals received the same volume of saline. At 6 h, 12 h and 24 h after induction of AP, 8 animals in each group were sacrificed respectively, 4 ml of blood sample was withdrawn from heart,2 ml for the analysis of amylase activity and 2 ml for MDA content in serum. Ascites was sucked with dry gauzes and was weighed thereafter. Changes of pancreas morphology were evaluated at every time point. The same part of pancreas was removed for measurement of MDA content, apoptotic index (AI) and histologic changes. Results Histologic injury of the animals in the AP-EGF group was milder than that in the AP group. Ascites weight in the AP-EGF group decreased significantly compared with that in the AP group at 12 h and 24 h 〔(4.53?1.29) g vs (6.58?1.47) g, (7.64?1.85) g vs (11.96?2.13) g,P
