A total of 102 cases (204 eyes) with mild ametropic amblyopia underwent refractive correction without any vision training.After wearing glasses,visual acuity was examined every 3 months during a follow-up period of 12 months.After wearing glasses 12 months,201 eyes (98.53％) were treated effectively,175 eyes (85.78％) cured basically and 3 eyes (1.47％) became invalid.The changes of visual acuity were satisfactory(P ＜0.01).The difference of visual acuity between every two observation timepoints were satisfactory(P ＜0.01).Treating mild ametropic amblyopia by refractive correction alone is both simple and effective.And it has an excellent compliance and a low cost.

Objective To observe the correctly positioning rate of left-sided double lumen endobronchial tube by combined adjustment of auscultation,PETCO2 and airway pressure changes.Methods Sixty adult patients undergoing thoracic surgery were intubated with Robertshaw DLTs. DLT position is checked and adjusted by fiberoptic bronchoscope（FOB）. Results In the supine position,successful intubation is 57 cases by three combined methods,one of cases is shallower,two of cases are deeper,satisfactory rate is 95 percents;In the lateral decubitus position,successful intobution is 56 cases by three combined methods,two of cases is shallower,two of cases are deeper,satisfactory rate is 93.4 percents.Conclusion Three combined methods that are simple,reliable can be used repeatedly during postural changes without increasing the opportunities for injury,it is clinically a very good approach,but the absolute scope of safety is very small,FOB is necessary for positioning.

Herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1) is the causative agent of cold sores and other more serious diseases. HSV-1 infected-cell protein 27 (ICP27) is an immediate-early regulatory phosphoprotein homologous to gene products identified in all classes of herpesviruses so far. To raise the antiserum to ICP27 for further characterization of its biological function, the ICP27 gene was cloned into the pET-28a (+) vector, then ICP27 protein was expressed in E. Coli and purified by nickel-nitrilotriacetic acid (Ni2+-NTA) affinity resin column,finally the purified protein was used to raise antiserum. Western blot analysis demonstrated that the antiserum recognized the recombinant protein, and the antiserum was able to probe the ICP27 in HSV-1 infected cells with high specificity by immunofluorescence assay (IFA). Therefore, the specific antiserum will provide a valuable tool for further studies investigating ICP27's biological function during HSV-1 infection.

Regulation of liver regeneration is a complex pathophysiological process, accompanied by the participation of a large number of cytokines, such as the early stage of IL-6, TNF-α, the proliferation phase of HGF, TGFα, as well as the termination phase of TGFβl, and so on. These factors are coordinated in an orderly adjustment of liver cell proliferation. Enhancing the capacity of liver regeneration after liver resection and transplantation, study on molecular mechanism of liver regeneration is of great significance. This article summarizes liver regenerati after partial hepatectomy and the role of the relevant molecules.

Objective To explore the clinical feature, treatment and prognosis of hepatitis associated aplastic anemia (HAAA) in children. Method The clinical data of 5 children with HAAA were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 5 patients (4 males and 1 female) with median age of 10 years (7~13 years ). The detection of hepatitis A, B, C, and E were all negative in these 5 children during their acute hepatitis period. In 2 children, parvovirus B19 antibody and EB virus were negative and the proportion of CD4+T cells and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ were decreased, and the proportion of CD8+T cells was increased by T-lymphocyte subsets analysis. Three children were treated with anti-thymocyte globulin combined with cyclosporine, 2 of whom achieved complete remission and 1 died of pulmonary fungal infection. One child was treated with cyclosporine only and achieved partial remission. One child lost follow-up after giving up treatment. Conclusion HAAA in children can be caused by viral seronegative hepatitis, and usually has T lymphocyte immune disorders. Immunosuppressive therapy is effective. .

Objective To investigate p53 protein expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and its correlation with biological behavior, p53 gene mutation and EBV infection in 43 cases of NPC. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was applied to detect p53 protein,PCR-SSCP was used to detect p53 gene mutation, and EBV infection was determined with PCR. Results The positive rate of p53 protein expression was 76 7%(33/43)in the NPC. OBJECIVE:To study the preparation technology of Psoralea corylifolia-Juglans regia tincture.METHODS: Taking Psoralea corylifolia and Juglans regia as raw material,which were extracted respectively with ethanol and mixed after having been condensed,then added with surface-active agent to prepare the compound preparation Psoralea corylifolia-Juglans regia tincture.RESULTS: The tincture was bright and uniformly sable in color.CONCLUSION: The preformulation and the preparation technology are both reasonable and the tincture is stable in quality.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for determining the content of Meropenem and to observe the stability of Meropenem in mixing with 5%GS,GNS and NS.METHODS:The conditions of HPLC were:column,Nova-Pak C18;mobile phase,acetonitrile-0.05mol KH2PO4(4∶96);flow rate,1.0ml/min;detection wavelength,300nm.After Meropenem mixing with 5%GS,GNS and NS,the changes of external apperance were observed in room temperature,the content was detected with HPLC and the pH and insoluble particles were determined.RESULTS:The calibration curve was in good linearity in the range of 12.5～250?g/ml(r=0.9 999)and the recovery was 99.7% with RSD=1.1%.CONCLUSION:This detection method is effective,rapid and accurate.Meropenem is stable in infusion fluids for 4 hr.

Objective Study the relationship between type A influenza virus genetic variation with survival selective pressure, help for the finding of possible vaccine conserved antigen target. Methods Select seven strains of same HA (Hemagglutinin) serotype, regional and isolation time closely related type A influenza virus with full HA gene coding sequence; use Blast2 program to calculate the parameter of nucleotide conservative, amino acid conservative, mutation ratio of codon 3rd (over) non 3rd locus, survival selective pressure indicator of these virus strains; analysis the parameters relationship with survival selective pressure indicator. Results Nucleotide conservative of HA gene is significantly lower than that of other genes; amino acid conservative of HA gene is similar with NS gene, all lower than that of other genes; genetic variation of HA gene is under survival selective pressure; selective pressure toward NS, PB1 gene is relatively lower than that toward NA, NP gene; survival selective pressure indicator is strongly correlated with mutation frequency upon codon 3rd locus. Conclusions Genetic variation of influenza virus is determined both by mechanism of relax replication model and survival selective pressure; genetic conservative of each gene is different, NA, NP gene could be selected as possible vaccine target for their relative high conservative, HA gene possesses medium genetic conservative with prospective of finding more conserved epitope region within its full sequence, NS, PB1 are not recommended as vaccine candidate for their relative low genetic conservative.
