1.Mr. Wang Xugao's Treating Infants Diseases

[Objective] To sum up Mr. Wang Xugao's experience in treating infants diseases. [Method] By analysis on infants medical cases treated by Mr. Wang Xugao such as fetus scare, child tuberculosis, Severe Malnutrition, acute asthmatic attack in children,etc., sum up his features in treating such dis-eases. [Result] In treating infants diseases, he pays attention to differentiation and analysis of organs deficiency and excessiveness, very according with the gist of Mr. Qian Yi's theory of infants physiologytender organs, un-enough Qi bloodand pathology easy deficiency and excessiveness, easy cold and hot. [Conclusion] Mr. Wang's treatment on infants diseases is flexible and changeable, with good cure effect.
2.The Effect of the Theory Thought of Treating Liver Diseases from Zhang Zhongjing to Wang Xugao

[Objective]Analyzing the effect of the theory thought of treating liver diseases from Zhang Zhongjing to Wang Xugao ’s book named“Xixi Library recorded”.[Method]To summarize the methods and experiences of treating liver diseases from Wang Xugao ’s book and to analyze the inheritance of the theory thought of treating liver diseases from Zhang Zhongjing to Wang Xugao.[result]Wang Xugao ’s book originated“the thirty methods of treating liv-er diseases”,based on his methods and experiences;he also generalized “liver qi,liver wind and liver fire ”as the essential points in liver diseases.[Conclu-sion]Dr. Wang Xugao was a famous physician skil ful at liver diseases ,and his theory thought of treating liver diseases basical y came from the theory of Dr. Zhang Zhongjing.
3.Research and implementation of real-time dynamic display of multiple physiological parameters

The real-time dynamic display of physiological parameters curve is a key element to observing users' various physiological information directly in telemedicine system. The real-time dynamic display of B/S waveform is realized with ActiveX, DelphiActiveForm and network data communication based on Sockets.
4.Automatic segmentation for cryo-electron micrograph image based on wavelet transformation and difference of Gaussian

Segmentation of cryo-electron micrograph (Cryo-EM) image is crucial to identification of macromolecular particles. In this paper, the features of Cryo-EM image are discussed and a new automatic segmentation algorithm for Cryo-EM image based on wavelet transformation and difference of Gaussian (DoG) is also provided. This method uses wavelet decomposition to do the multi-resolution analysis, which can depress noise and enhance contrast. After DoG image is segmented by using OTSU method, main edges are selected by the combination of gray and grads information. Experiment results show that the algorithm has good result.

8.Performance Research of Gray-scale Image Registration Algorithm in Radiotherapy

Objective To introduce the key issues of image registration in radiotherapy and study the performances of the three kinds of registry ways based on gray-scale registration, included mean-square measure, normalized correlation measure and mutual information measure. Methods After analysis of elements of the matching algorithm, the different registration algorithm performance are evaluated by the use of a comprehensive registration error based on C ++ to be realized, which can compare with the evaluation results of traditional target registration error. Results All three kinds of measure can both match accurately in plesiotype model images, which registration accuracy and speed in the standard of mutual information measure is more stable, integrated registration error is only half of the other two measures. Conclusion The comprehensive evaluation result by using registration error is more objective, the mutual information measure is better registration measure in radiotherapy.
9.Design of the Pulse Wave Measurement System Based on ZigBee Wireless Network

Objective To design a pulse wave measurement system based on ZigBee wireless technology. Methods CC2430 controlled by the pulse sensor unit will be collected in pulsatile signal to human superficial artery through analog circuit preprocessing, which could be transformed into digital signal in digital model, and then can be impressed and displayed by control unit to deal with and display, at the same time, data in ZigBee wireless communication data unit is sent to the host computer and these data would be retrieval and playback of medical workers. Results The experiments show that the system is able to acquire the pulse wave of the human body in real-time, at the same time, through the ZigBee wireless network, it can be real-time, secure and reliable communications. Conclusion It is applicable to a wide range of health movement monitoring, monitoring of mobile hospitals and other areas.
10.Discussion on teaching mode of basic medical knowledge for Biomedical Engineering students in science and technology college
