The urinary concentration of pseudouridine, primarily a degradation product of transfer ribonucleic acid, was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography in 84 patients with lung cancer, 22 patients with pulmonary infectious diseases and 69 healthy controls. 12 cases of COPD with cor pulmonale and 5 health volunteers were observed while load dose of aminophylline (6mg/kg) was infused intraveneously.LVEF,LVER were measured by 113In-nuclide before and after administration,and FEV1.0,FVC,and arterial blood gas were determined.Serum concentration of theophylline was measured simultaneously.The results showed:(I) In COPD and cor pulmonale patients 10/12 (85%) showed abnormal LVEF,LVER without evidence of coronary heart disease.The results suggested that left ventricular performance were impaired.(2)After load dose of ami-nophylline infusion the left ventricular performance and pulmonary ventilation were improved synchronously.It suggested that aminophylline may be a drug of choice in the stable state of these patients.

It discusses the framework, chief content, basic principles and major features of the reaction chain of medical disputes and argues that as a commonly used tool for handling medical disputes, the reaction chain renders it possible to check from the angje of the interests of the patients whether each party involved in the dispute has fulfilled its duties. Intended to improve the professional ethics of the physicians and the quality of medical care and calling on the patients to rebuild their confidence in the physicians, the reaction chain indicates that it is necessary to scientifically analyze the entire process and various influencing factors of medical disputes and bring into play the advantages of integration so as to successfully resolve medical disputes.

Objective:To investigate the impact of conditioned medium of decidual stromal cell culture(DSCM) on proliferation,apoptosis and invasion of trophoblast cells.Methods:lsolution,culturing and indentifying the purity of decidual stromal cells from healthy women of early pregnancy to prepare different concentrations of DSCM (5％,20％,50％ and 100％);Proliferation was evaluated by MTT assay;Cell apoptosis was examined by flow cytometry using annexin V-FITC/PI staining;Cell invasion was assayed using a Transwell chamber;RT-PCR and gelatin zymography were used to explore the mechanism of cell invasion.Results:Using this method we obtained a purity over 90％ of decidual stromal cells.With the concentration of DSCM increased(5％,20％,50％,100％),the OD value of the MTT assay has elevated and the rate of apoptosis declined,the infiltrating cell increased as well (P ＜ 0.05);Compared with control group,DSCM treatment led to a significant increase in the mRNA and protein expression of MMP-2/9(P ＜0.05).Conclusions:Decidual microenviroment may promote trophoblast proliferation and inhibite its apoptosis besides could enhance its ability of invasion by altering the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9.

Objective To discuss the intervention effects and mechanisms for Rapamycin on renal interstitial fibrosis in rats.Methods A total of 72 Wistar male rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,normal group(n =24) ,model group(n =24), treatment group (n =24).The model group and treatment group received adenine 200 mg/kg daily,and the treatment group was also given Rapamycin 5 mg/(kg·d) at the 8th day,the normal group was just given the same amount of normal saline for 6 weeks.In the end of the 2nd,4th and 6th week,8 rats in each group were sacrificed respectively.The expression of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF), transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) and neutrophils gelatinases related apolipoprotein (NGAL) in each group were observed.The software of image analysis system was used for semi-quantitative analysis.Results HE and Masson staining results showed that the renal tubular were progressive swelling, and changed with interstitial fibrosis,atrophy and even necrosis in model group from 2 weeks to 6 weeks.The pathological changes of kidney were more ease in the treatment group compared with those in model group.Immunohistochemical staining results showed that HGF expression levels of renal interstitial tissue in model group and treatment group at the 2nd week were significantly higher than those of normal group(P ＜0.05), and were significantly decreased at the 4th week and 6th week (P ＜ 0.05);HGF expression levels of renal interstitial tissue in treatment group were significantly higher than those in model group (P ＜ 0.05).NGAL expression levels of renal interstitial tissue in model group and treatment group at the 2nd week were significantly higher than those in normal group(P ＜0.05) ,and were significantly decreased at the 4th week and 6th week(P ＜ 0.05);NGAL expression levels of renal interstitial tissue in treatment group were significantly higher than those in model group (P ＜ 0.05).TGF-β expression levels of renal interstitial tissue in model group and treatment group at the 2nd,4th,and 6th week were significantly higher than those in normal group (P ＜0.05) ,while TGF-β expression levels of renal interstitial tissue in treatment group were significantly lower than those in model group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Rapamycin could improve the rat kidney tissue pathology, relieve renal tubular expansion, and slow progression of renal interstitial fibrosis, and has certain protective effect to the kidney.

Objective To investigate the protective effect of melatonin on renal injury induced by bile duct ligation in rats. Methods Sixty four rats were randomly divided into four experimental groups ( n =16 rats per group): the control group (CN), sham operative group (SO), bile duct ligation group (BDL) and bile duct ligation melatonin treatment group (BDL+Mel). Obstructive jaundice was induced by common bile duct ligation. Plasma level of nitric oxide (NO), total bilirubin (TB), direct bilirubin (DB), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (Cr) were measured 4 d and 8 d after operation. NO and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in renal tissue were detected at the same time point, too. Histopathological changes of kidneys were examined by HE staining. OBJECTIVE: Understand the changes before and after treatment in patients with severe OSAHS serum S100β protein, NSE levels and cognitive function. To investigate the molecular mechanisms of cognitive dysfunction in patients with severe OSAHS. Serum S100β protein, NSE levels and cognitive function were examined before and after the therapy. METHOD: Select one hundred patients diagnosed as severe OSAHS were included, by polysomnography (PSG) diagnosis of severe OSAHS patients. Determination of serum S100β protein, and NSE levels and theat the same time be MoCA score were checked at after the day after admission, CPAP treatment for the 7th days after CPAP treatment and the 90th day after, comprehensive treatment in these patients for 3 months. Assessment of severe OSAHS patients with serum S100β protein, NSE basic level and MoCA score situation. Comparison of three groups serum S100β protein, NSE levels and MoCA score changes. Serum S100β protein, NSE detection assay (ELISA) method using enzyme-linked immunosorbent. RESULT: (1) Severe OSAHS patients with serum S100β protein, and NSE levels in severe OSAHS patients were positively correlated with AHI, but negatively correlated with lowest oxygen saturation (LSaO2); (2) MoCA score in patients with severe OSAHS was significantly negatively correlated with AHI, but positively correlated with LSaO2; (3) S100β protein, NSE levels were negatively correlated with MoCA score; (4) Compared with admission, serum S100β protein, and NSE levels in these patients have declined after 7 days CPAP therapy, compared with admission the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After 3 months of comprehensive treatment, patients' serum S100β protein and, NSE levels were significantly decreased, compared with the admission and the 7th days after CPAP treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). (5) After CPAP treatment for 7 days, the MoCA scores were slightly higher, but have there was no statistically significant difference compared with the admission (P > 0.05). After 3 months of comprehensive treatment, MoCA score improved significantly, compared with the admission and 7 days after CPAP treatment the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION Comprehensive treatment can reduce serum S100β protein, and NSE levels, and improve MoCA score. Disease severity in patients with OSAHS have a correlation some relative.with the serum S100β protein, NSE levels and MoCA score. Long-term hypoxemia and the structure of sleep disorders may be the cause of elevated serum S100β protein, NSE levels elevated and causes of cognitive dysfunction. Comprehensive treatment can improve patient hypoxemia, correct disorders of sleep structure ,and can improve cognitive function and to improve the quality of life of patients.

With the help of computer image analysis system, we used the method of average positive stained area percentage APSAP to evaluate the slice immunohistochemistry result. Then we compared the evaluation result with the result of manual counting. Conformity between the two methods was verified. These data indicated that the method of was in accord with manual counting to a great extent. Moreover, the theory basis, advantages and disadvantages of the method were discussed in this paper.

Objective To measure the expressions of zinc finger protein A20 and nuclear factor (NF)-κB in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (CSCC) tissue and their correlation with human papillomavirus (HPV) infection.Methods Tissue specimens were obtained from the lesions of 43 patients with CSCC and normal skin of 21 healthy human controls.Gene chips were used to detect the DNA of 21 HPV subtypes in these specimens.The expression levels of zinc finger protein A20 and NF-κB were determined by immunohistochemistry.The correlation between clinicopathological features of CSCC and HPV infection was estimated by Spearman rank correlation analysis.Results No significant difference was found in the expression level of either zinc finger protein A20 or NF-κB among patients of different age groups,gender,and with CSCC of different primary sites or histological grade (all P ＞ 0.05).However,there was a significant difference in the expression levels of zinc finger protein A20 and NF-κB between 39 patients with histological grade Ⅰ or Ⅱ and 4 patients with grade Ⅲ (25.85 ± 3.84 vs.48.34± 7.69 for zinc finger protein A20,46.64 ± 8.93 vs.57.34 ± 10.02 for NF-κB,both P ＜ 0.05),and between 3 patients with nodular metastasis and 40 patients without (35.34 ± 6.02 vs.26.51 ± 4.09 for zinc finger protein A20,57.53 ± 13.32 vs.45.45 ± 9.64 for NF-κB,P ＜ 0.05 or 0.01).The expression rate was 2/8,5/13 and 1/3 for zinc finger protein A20 (P ＞ 0.05),3/8,10/13 and 2/3 for NF-κB (P ＞ 0.05),in CSCC tissue specimens infected with low-risk HPV subtypes,high-risk subtypes,concurrent low-and high-risk HPV subtypes respectively.In HPV-infected CSCC tissue,a significantly positive correlation was found between the staining scores for zinc finger protein A20 and for NF-κB p65(r =3.14,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The high expressions of NF-κB and zinc finger protein A20 may play an important role in the oncogenesis of CSCC induced by HPV infection.

Objective To comparative evaluation the application value of high frequency ultrasound (HFU)and magnetic reso-nance imaging (MRI)in the diagnosis of rotator cuff tears(RCT).Methods 86 patients of unilateral RCT confirmed by shoulder ar-throscopy were chosen.The detection rate by HFU and MRI before the surgery was compared.Shoulder arthroscopic finding was as the evaluation standard,the accuracy of HFU and MRI in the diagnosis of RCT was calculated which included:total (full and partial) RCT,full RCT,partial RCT.Chi-square test was used to compare the accuracy rate.Results Among 86 patients,30 patients with full RCT and 56 patients with partial RCT were detected by shoulder arthroscopy,in which 28 patients with full RCT and 43 patients with partial RCT were found by HFU,and 28 patients with full RCT and 5 1 patients with partial RCT were found by MRI respec-tively.The accuracy of HFU and MRI in the diagnosis of total,full,partial tear RCT were 82.6%,93.3%,76.8% and 91.9%,93.3%, 91.6% respectively.There was no significant difference between HFU and MRI in diagnosing total and full RCT(P >0.05),the ac-curacy on HFU in diagnosing partial RCT was slightly lower than that on MRI (P <0.05).Conclusion Both HFU and MRI have relatively high accuracy in diagnosing full RCT,HFU is slightly lower than MRI in diagnosing partial RCT.
