Objective To evaluate the predictive value of cord blood bilirubin levels for subsequent neonatal hyperbilirubinemia in term infants with ABO hemolytic disease.Methods A total of 292 term newborns with ABO hemolytic disease admitted from August 1,2011 to July 31,2012 were enrolled.Cord blood bilirubin levels were analyzed and the clinical characteristics of the neonatal hyperbilirubinemia group (n=34) and non-hyperbilirubinemia group (n=258) were compared.A receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis was performed to identify the predictive value of the occurrence and cut-off point of hyperbilirubinemia in term infants with ABO hemolytic disease.Paired-t-test,Chi-square test and Spearman correlation were used for statistical analysis.Results Of the 292 term infants with ABO hemolytic disease,34 cases had hyperbilirubinemia,with an incidence of 11.6％.Cord blood bilirubin levels were significantly associated with the presence of hyperbilirubinemia.The mean cord blood bilirubin level in infants who developed hyperbilirubinemia was (52.4± 13.2) μ mol/L,and was (35.0±8.0) μ mol/L for those who did not develop hyperbilirubinemia (t=7.540,P=-0.001).When cord blood bilirubin concentration increased,the incidence of hyperbilirubinemia gradually increased (x2=113.715,P＜0.001; rs=7.19,P＜0.001).The ROC area under the curve of 0.882 (standard error 0.005,95％CI:0.873-0.891,P＜0.001) was significant in predicting neonatal hyperbilirubinemia by cord blood bilirubin,and the occurrence of hyperbilirubinemia increased with increasing cord blood bilirubin level.Neonatal cord blood total bilirubin ≥ 50 μ mol/L predicted hyperbilirubinemia,and the positive predictive value was 0.683,negative predictive value was 0.959,sensitivity was 0.690 and specificity was 0.958.Conclusions Cord blood bilirubin level is useful in predicting subsequent neonatal hyperbilirubinemia in term infants with ABO hemolytic disease.

Objective: According to clinical investigation, analysis on the storage format of DICOM3.0 medical images files and displaying them is the basis of medical image processing. It is very important for medical imaging technology. Methods: Firstly, with the DICOM standard, the format of the medical images is studied, mostly the format of the information header and data element. Then the DIB display of the DICOM images in Windows platform is put forward, using linear window-transformation. Results: It is successfully realized the display of CT、MR images. With the manual window-transformation, the displaying would be better. Conclusion: As the results show, the method studied in the paper can preferably realize the display of the DICOM medical images, meeting certain clinical needs, and laying a foundation for the following study.

Objective To compare the effectiveness of two-suppression therapy with over-plus hyperopia lens and atropine mydriasis for school-age chihtren with monocular amblyopia. Method One hundred and sixty-seven cases of children with monocular amblyopia in the age of 7-12 years old were observed, who were randomly divided into two groups, using over-plus hyperopia lens or atropine mydriasis to suppress the normal eye, and the amblyopia eye was comprehensive trained, followed-up of 3 years. Results The effect rate was similar between over-plus hyperopia lens and atropine mydriasis [90.7%(78/86) and 91.4%(74/81), respectively]. There was no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusions For school-age children with monocular amblyopia, you can use over-plus hyperopia lens inhibit the normal eye sight, its effect is similar with the atropine mydriasis.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the related factors of hospital-acquired infection in our hospital for prevention and control of infection.METHODS We carried out a prospective and retrospective study of 26 424 hospitalized patients in our hospital from Jan to Dec 2006.RESULTS From then 1261 patients had hospital-acquired infection(4.77%),the total infection case-time was 1380(5.22%).CONCLUSIONS Hospital-acquired infection is closely related to patients,underlying diseases,old age,invasive procedure,hospital stay and inappropriate antimicrobial agents use.It requires us to strengthen the surveillance of hospital-acquired infection,decrease the unnecessary invasive procedures,shorten hospital stay and use antimicrobial agents appropriately.

[Objective] To investigate the protective effects of different extraction of Agaricus blazei Murrill on HaCaT cells damaged by UVB. [Methods] The cell viability which was detected by MTT method was used to determine the impact of different dose of UVB and different extraction of Agaricus blazei Murrill on normal HaCaT cells and HaCaT cells damaged by UVB. [Results] ①The HaCaT cells viability declined after irradiation with UVB, and it was a dose-dependent manner. The cell viability was 53.23%when the dose of UVB was 20mj/cm2. ②The water extraction at the concentration of 0.2~4mg·mL-1, aqueous extraction at the concentration of 0.1~2mg·mL-1 and crude polysaccharide at the concentration of 0.2~1mg·mL-1 could promote the proliferation of HaCaT cells, while aqueous extraction and crude polysaccharide inhibited the proliferation of HaCaT cells at higher concentrations.③The water extraction at the concentration of 1~4mg·mL-1, aqueous extraction at the concentration of 1~2mg·mL-1 and crude polysaccharide at the concentration of 0.5~1mg·mL-1 could enhance the cells viability which was irradiated by 20mj/cm2 UVB (P<0.01). [Conclusion] The different extraction of Agaricus blazei Murrill all could relieve the photo-damage caused by UVB, and it has the potential of anti-photoaging.

Objective To analyze the MRI features of senile endometrial polyp and compared MRI features with pathological find-ings,to improve the ability for the diagnosis.Methods The study included 58 cases with senile endometrial polyp proved by diag-nostic curettage or hysterectomy.MRI and pathological findings were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among 58 cases,there were 46 cases with and 12 cases without uterine cavity enlargement.Lesion combined solid portions with cryptomere cystics areas filled in uterine cavity in 35 cases,and MRI showed hypointensity on T1 WI,mixed intensity with hypointensity separation lines on T2 WI, and marked heterogeneous enhancement.The signal of uterine cavity was heterogeneous in 23 cases with hypointensity or isointensi-ty on T1 WI,hyperintensity or isointensity on T2 WI,and no obviously enhancement.Conclusion MRI combined with clinical fea-tures can improve the diagnostic accuracy of senile endometrial polyp.

Both molecular weight 6000 and 1000 polyethylene glycol (PEG) have been used to induce thc fusion of hepatoma cell by two methods of centrifugation and stillstand. The results showed that 50% PEG of molecular weight 1000 and centrifugation increase the percentage of fused cells. The procedure of cell fusion has been examined. The cytoplasm has been fused when the cells start fusing in one hour and a half, and the neucleus start fusing in two horus and a half.

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of 3D-FS-SPGR and 3D-reconstructional technique in detecting the lesion of articular cartilage of knee.Methods Fifty eight knees with OA(42 cases)or trauma (9 cases) in 54 cases (12 cases were confirmed by operation) were imaged with eight different MR imaging sequences including T 1-weighted,proton density-weighted,T 2-weighted FSE,STIR,3D-FS-SPGR,2D-FS-SPGR,3D-SPGR and 3D-FS-GRE.The classification and three-dimensional reconstruction of cartilage in four locations of knee were performed on different MR sequences.The detecting rate of cartilage lesion were calculated.The results in partly cases were analysed compared to operation. Objective To discuss the methods of the prevention of the superior laryngeal nerveinjury at endoscopic thyroidectomy through subclaviclar approach.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with thyroid diseases received endoscopic thyroidectomy through subclavicular approach were analyzed retrospectively.Nodular goiter in 69 cases,adenoma in 18 cases,simple goiter in 13 cases.Line side lobe resection in 35 cases,the side lobe subtotal in 8 cases,the side lobe resection + subtotal contralateral lobe in 48 cases,bilateral subtotal gland in 9 cases.Results All 100 patients after surgery pronounced normal,no tone deep,choking water,etc,patients 7-30 d laryngoscope review found no abnormalities.Conclusion Thyroidectomy through subclavicular approach under endoscope is calleidic thyroidectomy,effectively avoid permanent superior laryngeal nerve injury.
