International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2011;19(9):682-686
The incidence, morbidity and mortality of stroke are very high. The evaluation of ischemic penumbra has very important significance for guiding clinical treatment and assessing prognosis.Currently, ischemic penumbra can be evaluated using imaging technologies, such as MRI,CT,positron emission tomography, and single photon emission computed tomography.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(08):-
In this paper, heart rate (HR) and heart rate variability (HRV) are extracted from ECG,and the five indexes in both time and frequency domains are analyzed. The result shows that the standard deviation (SDNN) of R-R intervals, the value of total power (TP),the power value of low frequency (LF) of HRV and the value of LF/HF increase obviously, while the power value of high frequency (HF) decreases markedly after fatigue. The physical fatigue level is classified according to the rate of increase and decrease of the indexes above. It is suggested that these five ECG indexes be used to reflect and evaluate the degree of physical fatigue quantitatively.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2000;0(11):-
To research the expressions of IL-5,granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor(GM-CSF) in the asthmatic guinea pig pulmonary tissue and influence of triptolide on the expression,30 guinea pigs were divided at random into three groups:the asthma group(n=10),treated group(n=10) and control group(n=10).The expression levels of the IL-5,GM-CSF mRNA were detected by using in situ hybridization method. The results showed that the expressive intensities of IL-5,GM-CSF mRNA in asthma group were 36 38?7 65 and 32 78?9 43 respectively;the treated group were 17 46?7 32 and 18 92?6 38 respectively;control group were 13 82?5 43 and 18 27?7 45 respectively. The expressive intensities of IL-5,GM-CFS mRNA in asthmatic group were obviously higther than those of both treated and control groups, there was significantly difference between two groups(P

Clinical Medicine of China 2010;26(3):271-273
Objective To investigate the association of serum ferritin and hemoglobin with the pathogenesis of primary restless legs syndrome(RLS). Methods Thirty-five patients with primary restless legs syndrome and twenty insomnia controls were included in this study. The level of serum ferritin and hemoglobin were measured, and the data have been analyzed using t-test. Results The level of serum ferritin in the primary RLS patients (89.77μg/L (SD:48.52)) was significantly lower than in the contruls (123.36 μg/L (SD:35.06)) (t=-2.713,P <0.01), whereas the level of hemoglobin have no statistical difference between the RLS group (142.77 g/L (SD: 11.79)) and the control group (139.05 g/L (SD: 12.33)) (t = 1.108, P > 0.05). Conclu-sions The decrease of serum ferritin may be a risk factor of primary restless legs syndrome, but the level of hemo-globin is not associated with primary restless legs syndrome.

Journal of Clinical Surgery 1999;0(05):-
Objective To study the results of treatment of open fracture of tibia and fibula by external fixation with unilateral multifunction external fixation apparatus(UMEFA) and plaster in different period. Methods 89 cases with open fracture of tibia and fibula had got reduction and external fixation with UMEFA and then divided into two groups, group A of 53 cases followed by external fixation with UMEFA, 8 cases of them were forced to remove UMEFA because of complications, the other 45 cases followed by external fixation with UMEFA till bone union, group B of 36 cases were removed UMEFA and changed with plaster when the skin was healed, the sweal was eliminated and the bone was steady. Compared and analyzed the results by complication, healing time and quality. Results In group B, there was less complications(P

Objective To observe the cell apoptosis, oxidative stress reaction and expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax in kid?ney of dietary zinc deficiency mice during growth period, and discuss the mechanism of renal cell apoptosis induced by zinc deficiency. Methods Thirty weaning male mice were randomly divided into zinc-deficient group and zinc-adequate group, and 15 mice for each group. Zinc-deficient group was fed with zinc deficiency diet (0.85 mg/kg), while zinc-adequate group was fed with enough zinc diet (30 mg/kg). The TUNEL method was applied to observe the cell apoptosis, and the apoptotic in?dex was measured. The content of SOD and MDA were detected to observe the oxidative stress reaction in kidney. The ex?pression levels of Bcl-2 and Bax protein were detected by Western blot assay. Results Compared with zinc-adequate group, the cell apoptosis and oxidative stress reaction were increased in zinc-deficient group. The expression of Bcl-2 de?creased, and the expression of Bax increased. The ratio of Bcl-2 and Bax declined in kidney of zinc deficiency mice. Conclu?sion Diet zinc deficiency in growth period may result in the decreased antioxidase, the increased oxidative stress reaction, and the changed Bcl-2 and Bax expression, which promote the occurrence of cell apoptosis in kidney.

Chinese Journal of Trauma 2003;0(11):-
Objective To identify the cellular distribution of a my elin-associated protein (Nogo-A) in the central nervous system (CNS) of mice a nd explore its possible inhibition on the CNS axon regeneration after spinal cor d injury. Methods Brain, spinal cord, peripheral tissues and w eight-dropping injuried spinal cord from the adult C57BL/6 mice were studied. N ogo-A protein expression was localized immunohistochemically. Chick E12DRG neur ons were cultured and growth cone collapse assessed. Results N ogo-A protein expression detected was mainly in the oligodendrocyte cell body a nd the myelinated axons surrounded by cell processes rather than in the peripher al tissues. After spinal cord injury, Nogo-A was up-regulated at a moderate de gree in the area around the lesion. Chick E12 DRG growth cone collapse rate was as high as 70%, significantly higher than that in the blank control and vector control groups with a significant difference ( P

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1993;0(05):-
Medical Image has been increasingly applied in clinical diagnosis and treatment. It is very important to make use of large numbers of images in medical image management system in order to help clinician to analyze and diagnose. The traditional information retrieval techniques are not fit for retrieving large scale medical image databases. It is a very promising idea to introduce Content-based Image Retrieval(CBIR) technique into indexing medical image databases. The structure of the Content-based Medical Image Retrieval System(CBMIR) is introduced, and the key problems are mainly investigated, which included image segmentation, feature extraction, similarity searching and feedback mechanism. At last, the status and development of CBMIR are discussed.

Objective To evaluate suitable scan sequence of Low Field (0 35 T) MRI for children′s brain in development phase Methods The T 2 values of gray and white matter of centrum semiovale were measured The change of the T 2 value with the age was observed Three types of long TR scan sequence were performed These were routine TR, i e 2 700/40, 80 ms, long TR, i e 4 000/40, 80 ms, and extra long TR, i e 5 000~8 000/40, 80 ms They were applied to children of different age group And the quality of T 2WI was compared and analyzed Results The change of T 2 value was consistent with the process of myelinization Extra long TR sequence should be chosen for newborns Long TR sequence should be chosen for infants And routine TR sequence may be used in children older than one year old Conclusion In observing cerebral ventricle and extracerebral space of newborn and infant, image of long TR sequence is better than that of routine TR sequence
